La Rossa Artigianale dei Mastri Birrai Umbri è prodotta seguendo la ricetta Cotta 37 con il tradizionale metodo dell’alta fermentazione e con l’impiego di materie prime ricercate e di malti speciali tostati, che caratterizzano il suo colore ramato intenso e naturalmente velato. ll suo aroma coinvolgente è dominato dalla complessità dei luppoli nobili che si evolvono verso eleganti note di caramello e buccia di arancia. Il corpo è rotondo, il gusto bilanciato.
L’artigianalità della produzione, il metodo dell’alta fermentazione, la non filtrazione e la non pastorizzazione possono creare un sedimento sul fondo della bottiglia.

I have found this big bottle, at the ipercoop, Crevoladossola. Drinking it and enjoying it at home, in Epalinges, yesterday. The body is orange and slightly troubled, normal carbonation, thin and white foam. This beer is correct, a bit too sweet for me. The taste has generous notes of malt, bread, fruity, flavor of apricot, discreet note of hop, sugar, a kind of amber beer, a bit disgusting.
Bevuta in bottiglia. Birra rossa non particolarmente profumata. Manca corpo. Comunque non male.
Bottle. Apple, malt, forest fruit. Cloudy amber color with small sized white head. Pear kompot, jam, fruity forest berries. Thin body, soft carbonation, bit creamy.

The aroma is malty with some fruits. Hints of banana and sweet yeast.
Taste is a mix of citrus and spices. Ingredients say there are peas (cicerchio) and you might feel something spicy in the taste.
Overall - a special beer. Not superior and not bad - likeable and drinkable.
Aus der Flasche im 2014-06 getrunken. Ein pink-braunes Bier! Hmm irgendwelche, schräge Kräuter sind hier mit drin. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht meins!
Duża butelka 750ml. Bursztynowy,klarowny kolor. Piana biała, mała o drobnych oczkach,opada szybko. Aromat słodu,ziarna ,ciastek, bananów i jabłek. W smaku podobnie,landrynkowo,słodko i słodowo. W tle ziarno,skórka chlebowa,herbatniki,odbija się bananem. Dość spore wysycenie....no nie najlepsze w całokształcie....
Hazy yellow to orange, small white head. Aroma malt and herbs. Taste malt, grain, herbs and spices, light citrus.
Wygląd: Barwa ciemnego złota, opalizująca z średniej wysokości białą pianą zbudowaną z różnych oczek, która po chwili opada do zera nie pozostawiając żadnych śladów po sobie.
Aromat: Średnio lotny, słodowość chlebowa, skórki chleba, lekka landrynka i nutka toffi oraz estry pomarańczy, kandyzowanej skórki pomarańczy, gruszki. Na pograniczu autosugestii akcent warzywny w stylu ciecierzycy.
Smak: Podobnie jak w aromacie, pojawia się ziołowa chmielowość. W ustach półwytrawne, pełne, zwiewne. Treściwość średnia, gładka, wysycenie w stronę niskiego. Goryczka niska, ziołowa, bardzo krótka. Finisz wytrawny, głównie mineralny z nutami gruszki. Po chwili pojawia się subtelna nutka w stylu ciecierzycy.
Ogólnie piwo puste, pomimo iż w smaku dochodzi ziołowa chmielowość, to wydaje się bardziej płaskie aniżeli w aromacie. Użyty dodatek niewyczuwalny, jeśli już to raczej autosugestia.
Das Rossa, das den Titel "Cotta 37" trägt, ist ein vollmundiges, rotbraunes Bier, das einen sehr malzigen Körper hat. Allerdings fehlt etwas die Aromenvielfalt um dem ordentlichen Körper auch noch Arme und Beine zu geben.
Zum Essen passt es ganz gut, weil es nicht zu aufdringlich ist, aber als Feierabendbier ist es mir etwas zu plump.
bottiglia 37,5 cl, schiuma fine bianco/beige media persistenza, color ambrato velato, al naso lievito miele frutta matura banana spezie, in bocca è fruttata arancia candita banana, corpo leggero, watery, carbonazione moderata, amaro leggero, secca nel finale. Una birra senza lode né infamia, si beve bene, mi piace. 01.02.19
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into a lager glass.
Appearance: Blurry orange colour, loud and rich head with big bubbles, which soon fades.
Aroma: Dusty, fruity, malt.
Palate: Light body, medium carbonation.
Taste: Mixture of sourness and sweetness, herbs, spices, dry and gently bitter aftertaste.
Overall impression: Drinkable, might be refreshing, might even be interesting in the beginning, but after a while there’s nothing thrilling.
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a small, frothy white head, short retention. Medium grainy and toast malt, spices, medium hop bitterness, and a dry finish. Medium-light body and medium carbonation.
Amber boja, mutno, bijela pjena srednje debljine, malo trajnija. Arome kvasca, biskvita, blago voća i alkohola, pomalo i aroma papira. Blage gorčine, blago i slatko. Kratak sladak finiš. Vodene prema uljanoj teksturi, malo jače karbonizacije.
Boca 0,30L - kupljena u Plodinama - nemam pojma a kakavom stilu se radi, u opisu piva spominju se nekakvi krumpiri..
Bottle, 0.3l. Hazy copper pour, one finger frothy off-white head. Medium retention, good lacing on the glass. Nose is a bit ordinary but not bad, grains, lager malts, touch of grass and light citrus.
Light body, medium to high carbonation. Quite fizzy, prickly mouthfeel. Light texture. Bittersweet taste with slight citrus tart. Aroma is where this falls short, sadly. Not sure how to describe it really.... It's like poor man's Belgian ale. Yeah, that seems right. There are traces of malts and yeast, light citrus fruity notes. Slight coriander and citrus. However, everything feels watered down and unbalanced. Plus there's this rusty metal bitterness dominating the aftertaste.
Well, another fail here. Definitely better then their Cotta 50 Hefeweizen but that's not really saying much. I'd say its drinkable for the rating purposes but it's definitely not something I'd pick up again.
Lovely pour & soft palate make this quite enjoyable! Pours cloudy orange w/ a lasting white head & a good amount of lacing. The aroma is light malt & a hint of spice. The taste is clean. It’s almost like a light Belgian ale if there is such a thing. The mouthfeel is smooth & makes you want to drink more. It’s a very solid beer that is better than the ratings suggest.
W zapachu coś jakby nuty szampana, trochę takiej cukierkowej słodyczy, może jakieś świeże ciasto - bardzo przyjemnie. W smaku jest słodkie, z niską goryczką i odrobiną kwaskowości. Dominuje taka nuta słodowo-ciasteczkowo-chlebowa. Piwo jest silnie wysycone, dość aksamitne i bardzo pijalne. Mnie osobiście bardzo pasuje.

Bottle from a grocery store in the Blloku neighbourhood of Tirana. Smells fairly herbal and almost savoury. Taste is malt, dill, thyme, and some faintly floral hops.
Amber colored beer with white, quick vanishing head. Mild carbonation. Malt scent with sweet fruity background. Mouthfeel is definitely light. Yeasty/sweet start, dry and bitter finish. Just a little bit more exciting than an ordinary beer.
Moderate malt, very faint citrus aromas. Gold/amber in color with great head. Taste is malty, faint citrus and spice notes
