Matuška Apollo Galaxy

Původně vychází z GB Pale Ale. Pokusili jsme se vytvořit letní pivo, které skloubí výrazné aroma Zlaté rakety a pitelnost Californie. Zároveň si zachová přiměřenou plnost a sílu, která je vhodná pro teplé letní večery. Použili jsme chmel Galaxy nabitý australským sluncem, který dodává s chmelem Citra výrazné aroma po tropickém ovoci. Pro hořkost piva byl použit americký chmel Apollo (17,7% alpha hořkých kyselin, nejsilnější chmel zatím použitý v našem pivovaře).

4.1 On tap GBBF19. Bright light gold, nice white foam - appetising, why can’t more crafty beers look like this? Light malt base, great fruity hop flavours, citrus, grapefruit, lychee, but still dry. Sharp but not aggressive bitter finish. Super drinkable. Splendid.

2.8 Smagt fra fad på bar i Brno. Mest af alt er den bare bitter, uden fylde eller smag af betydning.

4.2 Ohh my... This is so great. Fruit bomb combined with little pine-needles taste. And carbonation is just right. Easy drinking, fresh, super pretty (lasting and keeps "rings" on glass) This is really great beer. Great Ar, Ap, T, P. In apperance it's bit cloudy, but long lasting head!

3.8 The aroma of citrus, ate a little and pine. Yellow, transparent, slightly hazy with a good white foam. In the taste of conifers, resin and some citrus. The finish is bitter and resinous. The body is medium, smooth, moderate carbonation.

3.6 0.75 bottle from Pivonka Hradec Kralove, shared at Jaromer hotel room. Nice fruity aroma, bit floral, honey and peach. Hazy to cloudy amber color with minimal sized white head. Taste is as well fruity, peachy with some flowery notes. Medium body, soft carbonation.

3.9 Szép szűretlen megjelenés, kellemes szénsavasság. Illatában ügyesen van jelen a grapefruit, mangó, narancs kavalkádja. Az egyszerűség és könnyedség jellemzi ezt az APA-t. Ízléses keserű a lecsengés déli gyümölcsös bátorítással. Némi élesztő is kikandikál, természetesen módjával, visszafogottan.Valóban szép tétel. Igazán megfelelő választás a típushoz illően, akár baráti iszogatásra, esetleg ínyencfogásnak is.

4.2 Butelka 750 ml. Zadziwiająco dobre piwo, sycące, pijalne. Barwa lekko jasnozłota, piana biała, piękna i trwała, lacing. Goryczka nie za duża, ziołowa, bardziej wytrawne w smaku. Aromat taki trochę leśny, łodygowy. Bardziej ku klarownemu, wysycenie niskie ku średniemu. In plus.

4.5 Getrunken 2015 in einer Kellerbar in Prag vom Fass. Ein wahrlicher Reigen an Aromen überschlägt sich in diesem Bier: Diverse Gräser und dazu auch allerlei Zitrusfüchte wie Limette, Zitrone und Orange, dazu eine feine Würze. Da hat man den Aromahopfen mal richtig eingesetzt und nicht überdosiert. Dadurch wird das Bier schön herb, aber nicht zu bitter.

3.4 330 ml bottle. BB 22/10/18. (Beer to Go) Budapest, Hungary. Cloudy golden color with a white foamy medium size head. Candy and citrus hops, mild bitterness, some sweetness and mid lemon in the aroma. The flavor is citrus, grapefruit and some resin hops, moderate bitterness, dryness and maltiness. A bit harsh. Some days past the BB date.

4.5 Czeskie piwo ze Slowacji, do ktorego dodano Australijski chmiel (Galaxy), Portal podaje ze uwazone w stylu amerykanskie Jasne Ale, opis podaje jednak ze to w stylu Wielkiej Brytanii. Ach alez namieszane, do i ja dorzuce. Tego dnia co testowalem piwo szanowanego pivovara Adama Matuski mylem swoje Czeskie auto nalezace do niemieckiego koncernu:) No ale wracajac do piwa, jest mega pijalne, zywiczne, las pelen sosn, pachnie miodem ze spadzi iglastej, doskonale chmielne i wytrawne, ciutke slodowosci, cytrusow, cytryny o grubej skorze. No i ta piana ktora stoji na moim amerykanskim shakerze niczym korona na nie jednym krolu na polskich banknotach.

3.6 Nice APA, a little bit harsh in the end, you can recognize the strong bitterness.

3.9 On tap at 20 PIP, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out punchy, crisp piney hops, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is wonderfully expressive, with a great piney hop character upfront, balanced by a nice crisp biscuity malt backbone. Wonderful hop character and balance all round. An excellent APA.

3.8 Bottle. Medium white head on a golden body. Pineapple, peach, resin, orange zest, pine, nectarine, diacetyl. Almost dry start, turns tart and medium bitter. Long bitter finish. Light to medium body with active, good carbonation. Could do without the buttery touch, but otherwise a damn fine Pale Ale.

3.5 Tap at 20 pip. Pours amber. Aroma is hoppy, fruity, pineapple. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, pineapple, malt. Overall: good.

4.0 Co pivo od Matušky, to špička. Tohle nebylo výjimkou :) Skvělá Apa, svěží, plná, řízná, lehce nasládlá, super :) (y)

4.0 v sokolovni. osviezujuca jasmonova citrusova vona. zlatista farba. chut vyrazna horkasta citrusova na konci hlavne do sladka. nasledne horkost ktora silnie.

3.8 Tap @Beer Story. Cloudy golden, white froth. Aroma has lots of fresh citrus, peach, mango. Peach, mango, unripe mango flavour, light grapefruity bitterness with smooth malt backing. Nice.

4.0 Draft@: pours hazy straw like with foamy white head. Clean malt flavor, typical, noticeable galaxy character. Apollo for bitterness. Smooth.

3.3 Bottled 750ml. -from Pivny Raj Bratislava. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, light hoppy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy, light fruity and herbal hoppy with strong bitter finish and long-lasting aftertaste. Expected better.

3.7 Telt elemekbők építkező főzet mind aromák, mind ízjegyek tekintetében, a narancshéjas, mangóhúsos, trópusi vonalat igen intenzíven testesíti meg. Szerkezete sima, nem túl éles, szénsavasság tekintetében is visszafogott, kiegyensúlyozott karakterű. Kortyai zöld teásak, friss komlós hangulatúak, hosszan elnyúló, krémes kesernyével megtámogatottak. Bár a műfaj nem a kedvencem, ezzel az itallal semmi bajom sincs, igazán ízletes ivósör.

3.2 V 17's bar. Vona zaujimava ovocna. Farba viacmenej zlatista. Chut horkasta. Koncovka horko trpka.

3.5 A simple beer but a nice one. Very dry, small biterness and overally very light and subtke taste.
