2.7 33 cl bottle from wishbeer bangkok. pours amber with big head. malty fruity aroma with caramel and sweet burned sugar notes.
3.0 Kolor miedziany, bursztynowy prawie klarowny. Dwu centymetrowej grubości piana, ma kolor złamanej bieli. Nie grzeszy trwałością, zdobienia bardzo słabe. Słodowy, słodki aromat z nutami spalonego karmelu i akcentami korzennymi. Nasycenie wysokie, niepomaga.
2.6 Bottle. Color dark orange with small with head. Aroma sweet, malt, caramel. Taste sweet, caramel, malt, sightly hop, some bitterness.
2.8 Hazy, mid brown beer with small head. Taste has sweet malts and some grapefreuit and grass. Some hints of bitterness. Ok.
2.0 Twist off cap bottle, pour a rolling slight haze beauty, nice head in my leibinger glass. Foam smells a little like mild orange in its own necrotic way. Flavor is slightly off putting, and almost sweet cloying in uptake. Yes, more like old euro lager near the island. Comes across like more than 5%. Why am I thinking vienna?
2.6 BB 30-11-17. Poured a translucent dark amber with a one- to two-finger off-white frothy head that retained very well and laced OK. Carbonation high, lively and fine to medium. Aroma of slightly sweet malt and no obvious hops. Taste of slightly sweet toffee with malt tones and very low bitterness; a Euro-style pale ale at best. Light body. Smooth with a soft mouthfeel and low bitterness on a short finish.
3.0 Bottle, Westfield London. Pours medium pale caramel with a medium amber head subsiding. Scent is nice floral pale ale. Taste is caramel notes of pale ale, quite simple. Finish is smooth. Good.
1.4 330ml bottle. Dark amber color. Medium size, white head, stays. Metallic, chalk, minerals, dried berries in aroma. Dead fuckin hazelnuts, oily, some old caramel, walnuts, cardboard in taste. Almost flat. Tastes off again. Not worth the price I paid for it. Geez not even close. They should pay to me. Disgusting shit.
2.2 Bottle @ home. Ambrata carica, limpida schiuma beige fine persistente. Aroma non molto intenso maltato caramello, leggermente tostato. Abboccata acidula poco amara. Un po’ vuota. Molto carbonata, quasi appiccicosa poco corposa, poco calda. Non del tutto equilibrata, abbastanza armonica
2.8 Clear deep golden color with a fine off white head. Looks very inviting and fine. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Toffee, malty, fruity resin and mild grapefruit hoppy flavor. [Bottle fro a trade with Grima]
2.8 Bottle @ Luxembourg hotel room tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich malt, fruits, raisin, hops and has a sweet malty finish.
3.7 Bottle. Bronze with a small head. This is a true pale ale as opposed to some of the one’s I have tasted that are often a cross between an IPA and a traditional bitter.Well balanced with malts dominating and a slight hop presence. Quite a lot of body and an all round well balanced beer.
3.1 Aroma - flowers, some fruits a bit fermented, honey, caramel, malt and a bit of white cherries jam. Taste - predominantly white cherries jam and honey, with some fermented fruits, caramel, flowers, a bit of pleasant bitterness in the background and aftertaste. Good.
3.4 Aroma has caramel, nice fruitiness, some hoppy notes. Nice malty caramel body, some syrup notes, hoppy fruitiness on the back. Maybe more amber than pale ale but nice anyway.
2.1 Bottle. Pours aubern with a wafer-thin head. Aroma and taste are weak, insipid cardboard, with a slight bitter tang at the end saving it from complete disaster. El Crappo.
2.4 330ml bottle at Texas Honky Donk. Dark amber, pale brown colour. Thin white head. Malts, hints of honey, sweetness in the aroma. Malty, sweet beginning. Grainy and slightly bitter in the middle. Watery, bit sweet, slightly malty finish. Slightly malty, slightly sour aftertaste. Light bodied, low carbonated strange brew.
2.5 Bottle @ of all possible places, a bar in Bangkok, Thailand. Pours hazy dark orange with foamy off-white head, very faint citrus aroma, low carbonation, sweetish citrusy taste with little hoppy bitterness, thin body, medium citrus peel finish. Tastes artificially sweet.
3.1 Nice toasty butter taste with medium carbonation, but a Simplistic aroma and not the hop there I hope to find in a pale ale. (by the way, it’s not very pale at all.) drinks okay. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)
3.6 Pours dark amber with a small head. Nose shows toffee and caramel by the truckload. Little else, a hint of golden syrup maybe. Flavours include caramel, soft spicy and earthy hops.
2.9 33cl bottle. Clear amber colour with a small off-white head. Caramel, bready and grassy aroma. Average carbonation and medium body. Taste is sweet with caramel notes and light bitter towards the finish. Overall, drinkable.
2.2 Bottle. Amber pour, with an off white head. Caramel, stale bread, a bit grassy, and cardboard. Not good.
Bon corps, petite carbonation. Fin avec petite amertume et sucre. Ca passe
2.6 pours red with an off ehite head. the aroma is that of a cheesey bready. the taste adds a small amount of caramel into the mix, with a slight bitter after overall the taste was a bit too funky for me.
3.4 Bottle from Tops Supermarket, Sukhumvit, Bangkok. Poured a clear copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a caramel malt, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
2.9 Bottle 33cl, a copper amber beer with low head. Nose is on caramel and blond caramel. Taste is medium bitter with light sugar. Aroma is on toasted caramel, sugar, grassy hops, very classic and boring, nothing special, in the UK way.
4.2 Pours amber clear, medium tan head, nice lacing. Nose of malts and caramel with some fruity and resiny notes. Taste is fairly light and nicely balanced, with very light crispy bitterness on top. Wonderful smooth yet crispy palate. Extremely drinkable and delicately balanced, a thirst quencher with enough malty character to make me happy.
