Michelob Ultra Lime Cactus

Michelob Ultra Lime Cactus

Michelob ULTRA Lime Cactus has an exotic fruity aroma with a clean citrus finish. Drink Michelob ULTRA Fruit Lime Cactus with bold ethnic fare such as a spicy chorizo-based dish or carne asada tacos because the beer balances the dishes’ heat and brings out the subtle black pepper smokiness. It also pairs well with seafood.

3.1 Sweet lime smell...taste is very smooth, lightly sweet, flavorful for being so clear...even a little bit of complexity...really good for what it is...VERY drinkable all day beer
5.0 This is my favorite beer for just hanging out in the summer. I love it.
5.0 Finally a great beer that I enjoy drinking, great with mexican dishes and seafood. Just drink while in the pool. I like the smooth finish
4.4 A good beer, for what it is. I like it bottled, ice cold. Nice after an afternoon of hot yardwork or other outdoor activities, a few may have found their way into my kayak ;) As far as low carb beers go, this is one of my favorites.
1.5 Watery. Light citrus flavor. Nothing special. Too many others are much better in the light category.
5.0 This beer is very light and refreshing. Love the mild citrus taste. Low calorie and low carb is always a plus. The lable says it all...... Superior Light Beer
1.7 Pale gold and clear with a thin white head and a lime, diet Sprite nose. Lightly-carbonated with a thin palate and a bittersweet, lime finish.
1.9 Pours a crystal clear golden yellow from the clear bottle with bubbly white head that dissipates quickly to leave light lace. Aroma and taste of light citrus and biscuit. Everything is light, and I don't think it goes together very well. Bleh.
5.0 Absolutely love this beer!! This is a perfect beer on a hot day by itself after cutting the lawn or sitting down with a pot of crabs & shrimp. Sometimes hard to find but when I do find it I usually buy a case. Never feel bloated or tired after a tall cool one.
4.7 Love this beer first beer I have found that I can’t get enough of!!!!!
2.0 Can while golfinh. Malty aroma and flavor with notes of lime. Light bodied. Overall an ok beer in the heat.
1.9 Aroma and flavor is lime, mild fruit and a slightly sweet/kind of nothing finish.
1.7 Bottle, duh. Clear piss. Aroma of lime jell-o. Tastes like watered down lime jell-o. Other than, "exactly as expected ", there’s not really anything else to say.
1.7 Light urine pour, minor carbonation. Aroma is a strong lime soda. The flavor is nonexistent, which is surprising after the aroma. Finish is crisp.
1.3 Honestly, I've never eaten a lime cactus. I imagine if I did my tongue would hurt, but I would look good doing it. Just like this beer.
1.9 Rated on 6/21/08. Tried two of these the other day, have to say it wasnt bad but not great either, It is what you think it is. It pours a light golden color with a mid size head, the aroma is pleasant with a sweet lime smell. The taste is similar but the sweetness is hard to place. It had a thin mouthfeel and it was refreshing on a hot day. however its more of a wine cooler it was o.k. but i wont purchase it again.
2.2 Bottle. Golden in color with a soda pop type of head. Aroma and taste was kind of an artificial lime type product that really was that bad. Can see one really enjoying this on a hot summer day.
2.1 Crystal clear, a little lighter than a ginger ale and a white head that lasts just slightly longer. Not much aroma, maybe less than a ginger ale. A bit spicy and some citrus. Not much flavor, some cardboard in the finish. Safe to drink if the safety of the local water is questionable.
5.0 I have had bud light lime for years now was one of my top beers. Michelob Ultra Lime Cactus must be one step higher.
0.6 Clear yellow color with lime aroma. Taste is a sweet lime and light. Overall just like Bud Light Lime.
2.2 bottled - a good lower calorie alternative to Bud Light Lime. Drinkable - especially on a hot summer day.
1.9 Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass, I have no reason why! Aroma- smells of artificial lime Appearance- Looks like urine. Taste- Better than urine. . .that’s not really a compliment Overall- why bother, it is an artificial beer that might be OK on a hot summer day. But it is way to fake for me and not that great tasting
2.0 "summer beer only...as with the other "ultra" fruit beers, i found the aroma refreshing, if a bit odd. the lime smelled and tasted natural...the cactus...i dunno. overall, it was a non-offensive light straw colored beer that tasted more like a wime cooler than a beer."
1.7 Smells like a citrusy urine. Lots of stale lime odor. Looks like piss with almost no head. Yellow. Very little flavor but what I do taste is bad - moldy limes and an awful aftertaste. I won’t be drinking this ever again.
1.1 pale yellow 1 finger head fades fast. nice clarity. nose is light, like sparkling water with lots of lime. This is pretty bad. almost flavorless. has nothing at all. has a seltzer and lime taste. nothing like beer. why is this ratable?
1.4 Pour thanks to adnielsenratings. Pours a clear pale yellow; no head. Aroma is watery sweet citrus. Flavor is sweet, lime, pears? Unexciting but inoffensive
2.4 Bottle @ gmellison. Thanks Homer. Very light yellow appearance with a spritzy white head. Spree, sweet tart, lemon lime soda aroma. Fairly sweet. Watery. Lemon lime soda flavor. Lots of carbonation. Pretty chuggable.
2.0 Transfer from BA review on 12-24-12- Poured from bottle into pint glass Appearance – The beer pours a straw color with a big fizzy white head. The head fades very fast to leave only a tiny amount of lacing. Smell – The aroma of the brew is heaviest of a sweet fruit punch smell Taste – The taste begins with flavors of a sweet corn and lime. These flavors are persistent throughout the whole of the taste and make up the bulk of the flavor profile. More toward the middle and end there is a sugary candy flavor that comes to the profile mixing with the rest to produce an almost wine cooler like flavor. Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is very light with a carbonation level that is very effervescent. The body and high carbonation level are quite fitting for the brew making it very soda like and matching the flavors well. Overall – Well not really my kind of brew. I guess if you feel like a diet soda with vodka, you may like this, but then again why even bother.
2.0 Bottle to pint. Looks subparagraph; a completely transparent lighter gold with white head that steadily dissipates quickly and entirely. Smells like a cheap adjunct with an artificial like presence. Tastes like it smells with what I assume is cactus? Average (at best) on the palate. Fail, but not as bad as its mean indicates.
1.6 This has 95 calories and 5.5 grams of carbohydrates per serving. That is its selling point, just FYI. If you want a beer w/ those specs, this is your guy. It tastes like an extremely light Lime-A-Rita which is to say it is like lime Kool Aid mixed w/ seltzer water. If this is an indication of what cactus tastes like in beer then cactus tastes like nothing because i’m not getting anything from it. There are worse Michelob Ultras but also better ones. This one is pretty middle of the road as far as that goes.
