Great balance, good acidity and tons of stone fruit from the grape juice added in the brewing process.

3.0Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Merket 12" B-Sides. Gylden. Middels høyt kritthvitt skum. Litt lacing. Lett plommearoma. Smaken tørre plommer & ananas. Uvariert.
Gott!
3.8Żółto-morelowe lekko zamglone piwo z niezłą pianą. Aromat owocowy, trochę drożdży i derki. W smaku owoce głównie jabłka oraz trochę greifruita, lekko kwaskowate. Całkiem przyjemne trochę zbliżone do kwaśnych piw

4.1Bottle 0.375l from Mikkeller Advent Christmas Calendar. 06.12.2017. Pour it hazy golden color with small white head. Aroma peach, yeasty and grapes. Taste of grapes, apricot, peach, slighlty sourish, medium sweetness, nice thick feel, full body, perfectly balanced. I really like this one!
4.0Aroma of citrus, feijoa, wine, hops. Golden, clear with small head. Light sweetness, light sourness, fruits, winy in flavor. Light body, light carbonation. Nice combination of wine and beer.
3.7Draft at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen. Hazy pale gold with minimal head. Really a wine/beer hybrid! Big white wine/pinot grig aroma, honey, stone fruit. Flavor is sweet white grape, peach, touch of tartness. Medium full feel, low carbonation. Pretty interesting beer (or wine?).
3.9from tap; sweet and vinous, slightly tart, very fruity, creamy texture, low bitterness
3.8Bottle: Poured a light golden color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light funky ester with nice grapes notes. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with some sweet grape notes and light funky aromas with some vinous notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Superb mix of flavours with the right amount of complexity and some great level of drinkability.

3.9375ml bb:NN (cap?) kindly shared by oldmanriver at Freiburg Deluge Aug2017 tasting. - Grapejuice, champagne yeast, lactose: sounds good, would work, does work: Mikkeller@Proefbrouwerij theory-into-practice works its magic. Compare: locally, German Ganter’s Badian wine-meets-wort Wier. - Sweeter Riesling to gutedel nose, pure green grape shining with still-about-to-be-pressed&fermented fructose. Accents of luxury citrus fruits and lemon peel, cultivated funk. Champagne yeast keeps it dry, the sweet/sour balance is managed with M’s tardemark clinical expertise.
3.8Pale and clear straw with a white head. Citrus aroma, wheat, yeast. Sweet flavour, citrus, acidity, white grapes. Dry finish. Excellent!
4.1Aroma is grape juice, white wine, fermented grapes, quince kompot. Taste is unexpectedly nice, with a unorthodox combination of belgian typical esters and white wine, fermented fruits and quince jam. it also has a slight sourness which ties everything together. Different, special. I like it.
3.2Sample from bottle. Hazy yellow with white head. Light fruity with loads of white wine. Semi dry with medium bitterness and medium carbonation.

Color dorado con una pequeña corona de espuma, aromas dulces, sabor dulce con buenas notas a malta, cuerpo denso, rica.
4.2375 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 5/21/2020. Pours slightly hazy deep golden/yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, apricot, melon, pineapple, pear, green apple, white grape, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, bread, light leathery/musty funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky yeast, white grapes, and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, peach, apricot, melon, pineapple, pear, green apple, white grape, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, bread, light leathery/musty funk, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/tannic tartness and light yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, peach, apricot, melon, pineapple, pear, green apple, white grape, white wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, bread, light leathery/musty funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky yeast, white grapes, and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Light dryness from fruity/tannic tartness, lightly increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/tannic, and lightly acidic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol for 8.1%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited Belgian strong pale ale! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky yeast, white grapes, and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the balanced tart/tannic finish. Really awesome Brett complexity, with great balance of white wine grapes. Nice malt backbone, never overly sweet. A highly enjoyable offering.

Tap @TCBW 2016. Pale yellow color. Small size, white head, stays. Citrus, floral, rubbery in aroma. Alcohol, herbal, sweet and woody in taste. Under fermented and raw in mouth. Also sweet and boozy. Harsh. Not for my taste unless it’s gonna be sold in 2L PET bottles for 1.89.-!
4.3Bottle. Clear straw with an excellent white head. Rich aroma of hay, grapes, citrus, flowers, yellow plums, grass, cheese, wood, nuts, hints of mint and pine. A perfect mix of beer and wine flavors, I love the mature cheesy notes and the huge dose of freshness!
