2.5Lemon sharp nose and overriding flavour. Hazy yellow pour with a large white frothy head that dissipates leaving a good amount of lacing. Sharp, bitter and quite dry. It’s ok, better than you might imagine.
2.9330 ml bottle. Pours a pale straw color with a huge white head. Aroma is lemon with some grape must and light hops. Taste is a light lemon tartness with a light fruity and malty sweetness finishing with a dry hoppy finish.
3.6Nice! Weird but inviting aroma, gooseberries, lemon, fresh grass, some watery soap. Light sweetness with light tartness. Light and refreshing.
3.4Aroma: Cucumber, green gooseberry, and lemonish notes. Carbonized, refreshing citrus but bit pale.
3.5KleisterMilkyBoy with all the softy MineraloGoddies. Probierschluck in der MIKKELLER BAR Berlin. FOR FREE :)!!!
3.3330ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal-floral, hoppy aroma, tart-ish fruity undertones, hints of sauerkraut, (green) celery, carrot, canned pineapple. Taste is tart, minimally fruity, tangy, hints of lemon juice and sauerkraut, canned pineapple. A bit anaemic.
4.1Nice cloudy yellow, minimal head but good lacing. Great soured lactic nose and flavors, touch of lemon too. Maybe some floral hops but pretty understated, just a good tight "right there" lactic sourness, balanced semi-dry finish. At 2.8% this is fantastic, gimme a keg!
3.5341ml bottle poured at home. Pours extremely light straw colour with a minimal white head. Smells like lemon. Tastes sour with lemony flavour. This was a lot better than I anticipated.
3.433cl bottle from Beer52.com. A very pale straw colour with a billowing white head; yeasty aroma with some lemon; tart and refreshing in the mouth with some bitter lemon and an appley body. Clean, crisp and refreshing.
2.933cl bottle from Beer52, poured into a snifter on 28-May-2017. Hazy pale colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, citrus and wheat. Light body and medium carbonation.Taste is sour and tart dominated by apple with a hint of lemon. Tastes like Appletise. Not particularly interesting.
4.0I think it was possibly my first Berliner Weisse and I loved every sip of it. It’s intense sourness, high carbonation and light body make it one of the most refreshing beers I’ve ever tried. By being dry hopped, it does feel at the very beginning reminiscent of a pale ale but it doesn’t last long, although it’s quite pleasant anyway, sensing some bread and honey there. Unfortunately it was expired last week so I wonder if it would have been much hoppier, in which way I would’ve rated it even higher.
3.3Perfunctory weisse that gets more than it should here because I like weisses. It’s thin, tart and not particularly memorable. But refreshing and drinkable in great quantity.
2.8Bottle kindly gifted by Fea. Pours pale, clear yellow with frothy white head. Tart aroma of passionfruit, zesty lemon, a bit of hay, some yuzu maybe and sugar coated cereal. Taste is similar, but a little bit weak and watery. Very light.
3.7How the hell are these beers only 2.7 and 2.8 percent. They’re so full of flavour. This is the precursor or base beer of the others and it’s just as good. Aroma is lemon, candies; I guess, lemon drop candies ought to do it along with a hint of greenery. Taste is lemon, lacto, yeast, with a light sugary apple. Admittedly, these aren’t the best looking beers as they are pale yellow, with a bright white frothy head that leaves horrendously patchy lacing.
3.9Hazy straw with a frothy head. On the nose, light celery and other sulphury notes...classic nose for the style. Tart, celery and with a touch of lime, and just a hint of sweetness. Decent body. One of the most authentic replications I’ve come across.
3.3Nagy, tartós hab, szőke szín. Illata savanykás, fehérboros. Íze kissé savanyú, fehérboros, mintha egy fröccsöt innék, halvány búzasörös felhanggal. Nagyon könnyű, erősen szénsavas, jelzés értékű kesernyével. Igazi nyári üdítő.
4.111.2oz bottle. Quite thin, even for the style, but perhaps that was how the style was intended? Fluffy white head on top of a peach-tan body. Zesty, vibrant, champagne effervescence. Bitingly sour, tones of mango, orange, grapefruit, papaya. Deep sour tones. Wheat tones come out the more you sip at it. Pretty complex stuff for the ABV. Great.
3.8Bottle. During my bachelor party long weekend in the san francisco area, room tasting day 2. Light yellow pour with a little bit of head. Tart fruit, light oak, sour tones, very light bodied beer.
3.6Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Delikatny kwasek i lacto, dużo cytryn, spore wysycenie. Piłbym sporo w upały.
3.6Bottle. Light bright hazy yellow with a generous head that leaves early lace. Arms has light funk on the nose, along with lemon rind and yogurt. The palate presents the same, but minus the funk. Very light and wheaty, tart and refreshing.
3.1Simple yet refreshing drink that is perfect for summer also the 2.7 % suits warm summer parties. Even though I had it in the winter still liked it.
3.70,33l fels gedeeld met lion. Heerlijk frisse berliner weisse, mooi citrus, kwark en een ziltig zuurtje in de afdronk.
3.6Sour green apples, clean light medium lactic sourness, very light grainy backbone, highly drinkable
3.6Bottle shared by one of the London Crew, October, 2016. Light yellow. Carbonation is very high. Flavor is surprisingly sweet for a Berliner, just a little sourness. Good palate, I light the heavy carbonation.
3.6Bottle at home. Pours slightly hazy, light golden with big white head. Aroma of lemon, sour apples, tropical fruit, light bread, honey. Taste very sour with quite some sweetness and a little bitterness in the finish. Thin bodied, high carbonation.

3.4On tap. Pours a clear gold with little head. Aromas and flavors of apple-y champagne with a little tart wheat. Good for the really low ABV.
3.7Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy straw color with thin quickly diminishing frothy white head, traces of yeast residue and sparkling appearance. Aroma of yeast, peach, sweat, wheat, grape skin and fruity hops. Taste starts sour grainy and citric, following is yeasty and vinous with barnyard notes, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, thin texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Funky Berliner...
3.1330 ml bottle. Bit of lemon in aroma and nothing more. Tastes like a vitamin C pill. Not a complex beer but very drinkable.
2.6Appearance: Pale yellow, straw. Clear. Huge amount of creamy white head.
Aroma: Tart, lemon. Earthy.
Taste: Quite tart, sour lemon. Light wheat. Not for me.
