3.2 Smells of barnyard and something sour. Hay, herbs, cloves. Clear dark amber colour. Big taste - sweet, bitter and some late sourness. Might be good for dessert after a big meal.
Great barnyard aroma, a lot of funky notes that change as the beer warms up - starts up with barn to go more leathery as it gets warmer. All the time there is a lot of fruitiness in the aromas. Pours clear dark amber (light brown-ruby) with small off white head. Very complex taste: caramel, dried fruit, malts, coriander and barnyard funk. Feels sticky, medium carbonation. Overall I enjoyed it very much. I would go out and get another in some time. Would love to try this one on tap!
3.7 Bottle. Dark brown clear body with tan head . Aroma is pepper with wood and malts. Taste is sweet with some bretts and fruits. Aftertaste is nice fruity sweetness with nice bitter dryness. Liked it.

4.3 33cl bottle at home. Clear dark copper with a medium white soapy head. Medium to full body with low to moderate carbonation. Well balanced sour, sweet and bitter tones. Brett, ripe fruits, caramel, malts, wine and herbs. Very good!
3.4 Copper color, beige head. Caramel nose, malty, wood, funky notes, hints of raisins and plums. Sweet taste, dried fruit, malty, hint of alcohol, dry finish, light funky. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, oily texture.
3.6 330ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Deep coppery amber colour with a foamy white head leaving lacing. Fruity aroma with apricot, citrus, lemon rind, candy musk, funk. Taste is grain & malt with fruity apricot, orange, tart citrus rind and and funky barnyard notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy earthy funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
3.4 On tap. @El Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo 27/05/2016 Color ambar, sabores especiados, dulce, malta cuerpo alto.
3.3 Tap at pokhoi. Hazy amber colour with stable head off. Aroma of straw, humus, silage. Taste is yeasty, light notes of currants, gooseberry. Sour hoppy finish.
3.2 Shared with Wim at his home. Brown colored beer with no head and only few carbonation. Apple juice hinted aroma. Full palate. Finish is spiced bitter dry.
3.0 Tap. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma of Brett, flowery, perfumne, malty, oxidized hops. Taste is very Brett, medium bitter with sweet and herbal touch
2.8 Bottled: Dark, clear amber with a mid sized, frothy head. Sweet and malty toffee aroma with funky corianer and brett notes. Sticky mouth feel. Taste is more malty toffee with funky brett. I don’t think that the sweet toffee character goes that well with the funky brettanomyces flavours.
3.4 Draught at Fa!rBar, Aarhus. A nice well balanced beer. The taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter. A acid finish.
3.8 Aroma - coriander, honey, spiced wheat, and some Belgian yeast. Appearance - the body is an orange-red, with fine particulates. The head is beige and 2+". Nice lacing. Taste - has a mix of honey, melon, spiced-wheat, wild barnyard like yeast, and coriander spice. Palate - medium body, texture has a slight viscosity, the carbonation is average, the finish is abrupt and slightly sweet and dry.
3.2 Sour aroma with tones of yeast (dough). Pours dark golden with a pretty small frothy head. Taste is surprisingly sweat. Very perfumed. Feels quite thin and short. An interesting beer.
2.6 Bottle. Clear dark golden pour, small white head. Nose is slightly sour, taste very sour with yeasty finish. Not really my style. Full body, soft carbonation.
3.9 Tap @ Mikkeller bar, Aarhus. Light hazy bronze pour with a fluffy head. Notes of esters, stone fruit, apple skin, light yeast and some funk.
3.7 Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus. Aroma of tart dried dark fruits, lacto, brett. Clear red brown with white head, not lasting. Taste is light+ sour, moderate sweetness mostly from alcohol, light bitterness. Medium+ body, oily texture, light carb., sweet tart finish.
3.1 Drank with Kaspar 19-3-16 at my place. Not a super complex sour. Taste is a bit boring, not really evolving, just the sour, a bit plain, imo. But then again, I’m not a sour guy.
3.8 Bottle from mikkeller beer shop torvehallarna copenhagen. Funky yeasty and bretty with fruity notes. Dry funky finish
4.2 Bottle. Missus bought this about 2 years ago, probably from Beermoth. Amber colour. Film and ring of lasting, off white head. Nose is not what I expected. This is like a lightly bretted barley wine? Apple juice. Apple brandy. Fruity, toasted teacake malts. Ripe pear. Soft brett. Hint of almond. Notes of wet leather on the back end. Smells fantastic. Taste is funky, fruity, and slightly tart. Some dryness. Mouthfeel is full, with a little oiliness. Well hidden alcohol. Finishes tart, fruity bitter. Like a geared up version of Orval’s bigger, slightly less refined, brother. Excellent.
4.0 "Belgian wild" ale, at Billie’s Bierkafetaria. Medium thick, off-white, stable, papery lacing head over a warm, lightly hazy orangey copper coloured beer. Lovely, vinous and elegant bouquet of sweet sherry, cranberry, marmelade, rosé wine, pink grapefruit peel, yoghurt, mango, sugar glaze, stale sweat, green olive. Sweet candied orange in the mouth, overripe strawberry, gooseberry sourishness but less ’deep’ and tenacious than expected though a certain berry tartness remains till the very end; softish carbo, very soft and slick body, honeyish malt sweetness underneath, bit nutty, dryish finish of the initial berry tartness but the fruity and malty, at some points even refinedly sugar sweetness prevails, with very low hop profile; bit vinous as well due to the (unexpectedly) high ABV. I assume this becomes more and more interesting as it grows older and the Brett, which I assume is present here, gets the time to eat the residual sugars - definitely one for cellaring, I’d argue.
3.5 Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - pours golden amber with white head. Light to medium sour fruity aroma and taste, some yeasty notes, light sweet malt, light acidic, grapes, funky, bretty floral nuances into the finish.
3.5 Ambrata, acidula, pungente. Sentori di lievito, batteri, frutta matura, limone, zucchero a velo; acidula, di corpo medio-lieve, carbonata, beverina. Un’esplosione di energia, una birra indomabile!
3.6 330 ml bottle, best before: 28/03/19. Murky brown-ish orange, off-white foam settles and mostly lasts. Aroma of tart funky yeast, spice and rich malt. Taste is lightly tart, sweet malty caramel, spicy yeasty funk, some alcohol. Softer carbonation, medium bodied, moderately hopped. A warming quencher. NFL (Not for Lagerboys)
3.6 330ml bottle at home. Hazy orange amber color with off white head. Aroma is yeasty, malty and hoppy, light funky, spicy, wood, grassy, light fruity, caramel. Sweet, bitter and light acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily Body with soft carbonation.
3.6 Pours clear copper no head and no lacing. Nose is tart and barnyard. Flavours of tart and tons of fu k. Full. Body lively carbonation. Nice.
3.7 Tap at hopner, tallinn. Hazy dark orange color, white head. Sour and fruity aroma, malts, some apples. Malty, fruity, sour fruits. Nice but not super.
