4.0 330 ml bottle, bb. 27.11.2021. Pours a hazy dark golden with a white head. The aroma is medium hoppy with notes of oranges, pine and tea, orange cest. Full body with a medium sweetness and a medium to medium-heavy bitterness with a lightly alcoholic sensation in the finish. The bitterness increases a little bit towards the finish and is lasting but lower than expected. The aroma is medium malty (honey, caramel, biscuit) and again very hoppy with ripe oranges, some grapefruits, papaya and resinous notes towards the finish. The sweetness nicely balances the bitterness and the high ABV is very well hidden, highly drinkable and a very decent brew. Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 16
4.0 A great IIPA. Lots of taste, lots of hops. Great well balanced ABV in the body.
3.1 Bottle at MC Zurich. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is tropical fruit, syrup, old fruit. Body is heavy, very bitter and sweet, lots of resin, lively carbonation. Bitter sweetish palate, spicy and warming. Okay.
3.9 Citric and tropical fruit scents. Some light fruit and pale malt as well. Lemon, pine and other resins show up in the flavors. A nice IIPA. 1/12
3.9 Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Świeże chmiele, tropiki, sosna, solidna goryczka.
3.8 Bottle. Medium malty and medium hoppy. Aroma of caramel, toasted malt and citrus, orange and spicy coriander. Starts sweet but finish bitter with a good crisp hopbite. Medium body and juice texture.
3.7 330ml bottle bought at HK Brewcraft in Central. Looks: Cloudy hazy orange honey colour with a very thin ring of dirt-like yeast sediments; One finger head with crumpety off-white foam which lasts for 2 minutes; Beautiful sticky lacing with slight carbonation. Aroma: Very fragrant and sweet full Ale malt, with pineapples, passion fruits, grapefruits, alcohol, strong floral nectar, light pine, resins, yeast and lemon peels. Taste: Close to medium sweet full Ale malt, with strong grapefruits, candied fruits, light pineapples, floral, alcohol, light molasses, pine, resins, spices, dry biscuits, yeast, strong lime, quite strong bitter hops and fresh grass. Body: Full body. Oily and oozy palate. Mouth Feel: Full Ale maltyness in a pretty viscous background. Hops taste is strong but not ‘burning’, instead there are some good soft citrus and tropical fruityness to the tongue. Pine and ooze are obvious but not that strong, Sweetness is surprisingly light for the style. Dry biscuit with strong lime to round. Very easy and comfy! Booze: the 10% abv is very well hidden in taste despite the strong aroma. No train wreck throughout. Excellent! Hoppiness: Pineapples, passion fruits, grapefruits, floral nectar, light pine, resins, lemon peels in nose. Strong grapefruits, candied fruits, floral, pine, resins, spices, strong lime, and fresh grass in taste; Bitterness is mid to strong for a lasting, close to high astringent sweet-bitter finish. After Taste: Quite dry. Oozy, hoppy and nicely bitter to mouth. Comments: I can’t help but to compare this one with To Øl’s Dangerously Close to Stupid, and this one is just as hopped-up but more like a nicer, tamer litter brother. Good tropical and citrus fruity hops fused into the strong malt base, with aroma being more mellow and all taste factors – malt sweetness, hops and booze - are nice and smooth. A very easygoing DIPA. Nice one!
3.7 33cl bottle. Semi-hazy pale orange with a thin white head. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, honey, spices, floral hops, alcohol. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, medium carbonation and a bitter-sweet and alcohol-spicy finish.
4.0 33cl bottle at home. Somewhat hazy golden with a medium white soapy head. Medium to full body with moderate carbonation. Quite bitter with nice fruity sweetness. Pine, malts, caramel, spices, mango, tangerine and some herbs. Good stuff.
4.0 330ml bottle from Saveur Biere. Pours hazy orangey amber, good white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, orangey, floral. Taste is pretty hoppy, orangey, lightly sticky but nicely balanced. Enjoyable DIPA that hides its strength well.
3.8 10%ABV.  Imperial IPA. Poured out deep gold.  8ºSRM. Nose has sweet ripe tropical fruit aroma.  Ripe pineapples. Sweet ripe Valencias.  Candy in the nose as well. Soapy mouthfeel.  Palate has toasty malty flavors good graham cracker, honey and toasted wheat.  Hops are citrus peel, then herbaceously bitter, then flowery and perfume-like and the bitterness of fresh pine needles and pine sap and then flat bitter. Finish is hoppy, bitter and long.   Goes on Favorites List!
4.0 Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus. Aroma of caramel, tropical fruit and citrus hops. Clear amber colour with whit head, mostly diminishing. Taste is moderate+ bitter and light sweet, some alcohol sweetness. Full body, oily feel, avg. carb., bitter and fruity finish.
4.0 Pours ever so slightly hazy gold with a big sticky head. Aroma and flavour is predominantly orange, pineapple... caramel malt... slight pine...assertive bitterness. Surprisingly not too sweet for a 10% beer. Drinks like a 7% IPA. Good stuff.
3.9 Bottle at home. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma is big citrus, slight bread, slight unripened pineapple. Taste is citrus, slight pineapple, caramel, huge hop kick, long dry finish. A real hop bomb of a beer.
3.3 On Tap. @Cimmeria, Oviedo 07/04/2016 Color amarillo, sabor cítrico, resinoso, final amargo y seco.
4.0 Bottle 33cl / Botella 33cl. @ LaBIRRAtorium, , Madrid, España. A: Amber / Ambar. T/S: Hops, malt, fruity, citrusy, resinous / Lupulo, malta, afrutado, citrico, resinoso.
3.7 Bottle. Aroma is citrus and flowers ofmedium strength. In taste hoppy with light sweetness. The bitterness is just to finish it with balance. The beer is dry, the alcohol hidden perfectly, it tastes like an ipa even though it is 10%abv. Really good beer.
3.9 The aroma is full of hops, flowers, citrus, pine, orange zest and apricot. The color is golden caramelish with a minimal white head. The taste is full of hops, citrus, pine and peaches. The finish is long and bitter. A nice beer!
4.0 Very hoppy and bitter, like proper imperial/dipa but easy to drink. Nice head and clear colour. Surprisingly, the taste of alcohol not as significant as expected, really enjoyable!
No i alkohol, kompletnie niewyczuwalny.
4.0 Clear amber, white froth. Aroma has mandarin, light caramel and some vanilla notes in the long nose. Very fruity, seems quite fresh. Hoppy flavour, mango and mandarin with a solid, slightly herbal, malty backing. Mouthfeel is light, finish is long and nicely bitter. ABV is nicely controlled. Very drinkable, very nice.
3.1 330ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga). Clear amber color. Medium size, fluffy white head, stays. Fruity, sweet, acidic hops in aroma. Sweet, fruity, citric hops and some caramel in taste. Citric hops and sugar in aftertaste. Hoppy bitterness. Drinkable brew.
3.3 330ml bottle (Alus Celle, Riga) On pouring, a really lovely tropical fruit aroma, pineapple at the sharp end, and mango at the heavy end. That’s pretty much worth a 7. But in the glass, it’s just flat and dull, a swirl to bring out the esters brings out some acetone instead. Some almond. Medium palate, pleasant carbonation. Simple tropical fruit hoppy taste, barest minimum malts to support that. Got some mint later in the aroma, which I hate normally, but it’s not ruining this. Finish is pleasantly bitter, just gentle resiny tingle. Kinda thin and simple, and WHAT THE FUCK?!?!? 10% no freaking way, Even the alcohol test only brings out bitter resiny hops. Drinkability massive, super massive, for a 10% beer. Dang, Proef really know what they’re doing.
4.5 Bottle at csakajo. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Nose of honey and flowes (acacia mainly). Taste is medium bitterness with low sweetness. Some honey. Reminds me of honey-negro. Lovely dipa.
4.6 Aroma of pine, citrus, grass. Pale to golden colour (lovely). Hazy. Frothy head, approx 2 cm. Bone dry and bitter. Long, long after taste, multi layered. Final taste far back and on both sides of tongue. Exceptional beer.
4.0 Light orange colour, white head. Aroma of orange, lemon, resin. Taste is light sweet, light to medium bitter. LIght body, slick texture, soft to average carbonation. The alcohol is soooo well hidden, its like magic.
