Mikkeller Nelson Sauvignon
Danish: Brygget af basismalt og under mæskníngen og gæringen tilsat enzymer for at opnå en så høj forgærbarhed som overhovedet muligt. Til både bitter-, smags- og aromahumle er brugt den New Zealandske humlesort ‘Nelson Sauvin’ som er opkaldt efter sine druekarakterer, der bringer minder til den New Zealandske hvidvinsdrue Sauvignon Blanc. Af gær er benyttet både champagnegær og brettanomyces og pga. enzymerne er øllen gæret meget langt ned og dermed er slutresultatet en meget tør øl. Efter endt gæring har øllen ligget 5 måneder på hvidvinsfade fra Østrigske Weingut Kollwentz og opnået yderligere karakter. Til slut er den flasket på 750 ml champagneflasker med et ekstra højt CO2 indhold.

W aromacie lekko słodkie, owocowe, karmelowe, nuty winne, szampanskie. Przyjemny, intensywny. Barwa bursztynowa, opalizujace, piana drobna, ladna. W smaku polwytrawne, karmelowe, winne. Goryczka srednia, wysycenie niskie. Alkoholu nie ma. Fajne, bardzo zlozone piwo, ale nie do konca trafia w moje gusta.
Tap at the Lincolnshire Poacher Nottingham. Pours amber with thin lace top. Aroma has floral, citrus, hops. Taste is medium caramel sweet to bitter. Palate is medium bodied oily texture soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Overall an understated triumph
Aroma: Grapes, funky bretts, fruity esters, caramel. Wine notes with plenty of fruits and some funky barnyard aromas.
Appearance: Clear golden with medium white head.
Taste: Very dry, slightly sour.
Palate: Smooth, average carbonation.
Overall: Interesting, wine-like, dry beer. Intensive grapes, I reccommend it to anyone who enjoys wine-beer hybrids.

Sweetish, slightly sourish-funky, moderately fruity and slightly resiny aroma of caramel, dried apricot, Sherry, pine, some leather and a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a bit sourish-funky, yeasty-spicy, slightly woody and a little fruity taste of caramel, clove, Sherry, dried apricot, a touch of wine and pine, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, moderately tart, woody-dry and slightly funky finish. Medium to full body, creamy, a bit astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Complex stuff, quite demanding but also very interesting.

Gold pour, white head. Vinous and funky aroma. Taste follows with lots of grape, tart and funky fruit, hay, and yeast. Delicious.
Nice soft cherry aroma. Great little head and darker golden body. Flavour is soft hops and a hint of rose wine. Dry finish. Perfectly adequate but not necessarily exciting.

White wine, gooseberry, funk, some malts and wood in nose. Pours dark golden with white head. Taste is dry with white wine, gooseberries, funky-fruity notes, some cereal and wood. Medium bitter finish, lively carbonation, no trace of alcohol. Overall very good, vinous, wild and fruity.
330ml can. Gold, slightly hazy. Small clingy white cap, ok lacing. Aroma - brett, funky, grapes, fruity. Taste - big brett funk, white wine, some alcohol, fruity and bready malt. Dry finish, winey and bretty. Awesome, not the kind of beer I expect to see in a can. Well done overall, pretty awesome value as well.
Can, as "Nelson Sauvin Brut". Slightly hazy deep golden color with white head. Aroma is white grapes. Taste is white grapes, brett, white wine. Silky mouthfeel. Very nice!

BB 06/12/2017. copper rather hazy color, medium big white head. smells musty, nutty, some fruity notes, barnyard, berry notes. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes musty, citric, barnyard, nice berry notes, earthy, grapes, light wood, bit peppery, nutty. finishes rather dry and lightly bitter with notes of citrus, barnyard and wood notes. great balance, very good to drink. good stuff.
Cerveza color ámbar turbio corona de espuma de baja retención. Aroma a frutos, levaduras belgas. Al paladar fácil de beber, baja carbonatacion con notas a fruta, especias de inicio ligeramente amargo y al final se percibe ese característico sabor del vino.
Slightly cloudy, amber colour, nice amount of creamy tan head. Aroma is grapes, yeast, floral. Slight bitter, malty taste at first, dry and tart finish. Medium body, low carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Very nice.
33cl-blik van bij Bierhalle Deconinck te Vichte. U: Licht wazig goudblond-oranje met een witte schuimkraag. G: Brett, sinaasappelschil, zoete witte wijn en lichte hint van karamel. S: Moutzoet met een licht zuurtje. Zoete witte wijn, mango en ook wat passievrucht. Vineuze en alcoholische afdronk. M: Medium body en medium carbonatie.
Aromă foarte plăcută de bere lambic clasică (multă acritură, miros specific de lambic/drojdii sălbatice, ceva murături, butoi cu drojdii de mult timp, note de vin alb înăcrit).
Gustul ”conține” mai puține caracteristici de bere lambic, acestea fiind ”cu forța” deplasate pe planul doi (drojdii sălbatice, puțină acreală, vin înăcrit, butoi cu drojdii vechi), pe prim plan mult malț, ceva vin matur, puțină amăreală pierdută/contopită prin/cu drojdiile sălbatice, dulceață de must de vin proaspăt, ușoară caramelă.
Operă de artă! Așa de bine s-a reușit a face o bere lambic, dar fără a fi în totalitate lambic. ”Standing ovation” pentru așa măiestrie.
Piwo koloru bursztynowego z konkretną czapą białej piany. W aromacie nuty winne, skórzane, lekka obora, trochę cytrusów i trochę owoców tropikalnych. W smaku lekka stajnia, tropikalne owoce, skóra, grejpfrutowa goryczka, ziołowość. Nie jest złe, ale piłem lepsze bruty.
Bottle pours golden amber topped with a small head. Nose is nice spice Brett wine grape barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice Brett wine some light fruit and spice.
Smak och doft choklad, malt, kakao, choklad, kaffe, vanilj. Smakar som en frisk och syrlig porter/stout, om detta är en svart IPA eller en saison råder det en viss förvirring om. FIn beska.

Can at home. Copperish-orangeish colour, with a finger of white head with good retention. Nose is light sourness, with definitive whitewine notes. Taste is low bitterness, faint sourness. Longlasting sticky bitter aftertaste. Strong alcoholic warmth. The nose is brilliant, sadly the taste doesn’t deliver as much.

Pite na Ursusie. Całkiem fajne, lekka stajnia plus cytrusy. Mocno pijalne. Naprawdę dobre piwo.
Bottle.Muddy orange colour with medium White head.Aroma is fruity and vinious with flavor of greaps and mild yeast,nice smooth mouthfeels and good well balanced finish.
Burk. Gyllengul öl med ett lättare vitt skum. Doften är vinös med lättare humleinslag. I smaken kommer humlen fram betydligt mer med en gräsig, kryddig grapefruktbeska.
What a major disappointment! The beer tastes good but its not dry it all and there’s no sign of the hops that I can tell.
