3.5 Aroma; fermented fruits, raspberry, cherry, apple, some toffee malt notes. Look; pink top, cherry body. Taste; berries n fruits, sour, juicy hop products, sugar notes. Finish; sour, juicy. Feel; solid body, almost sticky, soft co2. Overall; fresh-acidic fruity spontaneous. [btl@vp]

3.6 Definately a great lambic styled, with lots of taste. But just not as good as the real belgian lambic.

4.1 Bottle @home. Pours red, purple, pink head. Nose blackcurrant, sour, funk, brett. Taste is more of the same but in spades, slight cherry, it last a long time on the taste buds, wonderful.

4.2 2 finger pink head, red body. Nose: Barnyard, hay, cassis, vinegar and green apples. Taste: Green apples, cassis, yeast, vinegar, grape-juice, hay and funk-notes. Semi-long, dry ending with some tartness.

3.2 Bottle 37,5cl. Deep red, Clear with a minimal light red head. Aroma of cherries and some hop sense. Sour, very with a OK cherries end.

3.7 En ganska endimensionell lambic med mest laktosyrlighet och dessutom ganska söt. Men sötma känns inte artificiell eller överdriven och har en lätt honungssmak och sötsyrliga äpplen. Ok

3.0 Decent, but overrated. Somewhat uninspired. Could not detect blackcurrant. Sour, not overly Dry.

4.0 Flaska från Breareds Systembolag. Vinröd med ett vitt skum. Dofter av körsbär, hallon och stall. Smakinslag av hallon, körsbär, trä och källare. Torr munkänsla, syrlig avslutning.

2.2 Mikkeller Spontancassis är den osannolika berättelsen om hur en oplockad svartvinbärsbuske, på sagors vis, blir bortrövad av en prillig bryggmästare och ofredad av en ökänd jäststam, för att sedan krönas av en kapsyl och bli föremål för den dreglande beundran från ölsnobbar, som dessförinnan inte ägnat bäret något som helst intresse när den briljerat i en paj eller marmeladburk. Läskande för den generation som vet priset på allt men värdet på inget (literpriset är 157 kronor i Sverige, värdet strax under ens lägsta förväntning).

4.0 Tasting at Heroes of Taste. Iets troebel rood paars met paarsroze kraag. Mooie combi toen gueuze en cassis. Zuur, zwarte bessen, citroen, vleugje citroen.

4.2 Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Mocno wytrawne i kwaśne, funk, potężne owoce.

3.8 Bottle from Boda in Whitley Bay. Pours a reddish-plum colour with no head. Aroma is of fermenting soft fruit. Taste is slightly sour with tartness and then the sweetness of blackcurrant and soft fruits. Dry finish. Good fruit beer.

4.5 Half champagne bottle. Elegancja pelna ciemnych owocow zarowno w smaku jak i zapachu. Piwo zdominowane jest soczystoscia i cierpkoscia owocowL jezyn, jagod, borowki, czerwonych winogron i dzikiej czarnej porzeczki. Tej porzeczki bylo w smaku najwiecej. Kwaskowe i szalenie wytrawne, rozowiutka czerwona barwa metnistosc spora, przylepiona do dna niczym sylikony do piersi Pameli Anderson z racji sporego czasu jakie spedzil ten lambick w mojej piwniczce. Super alternatywa dla szlachetnych i wytrawnych win czerwonych.

3.9 Draught at Alus Celle, Rīga. Indigo with a thin puce head. Strong funky scent, some sour cherry and some basement. Taste follows from the aroma: sour yet reserving a fruity sweetness when you really need it. Low to medium carbonation, tannic vinous finish. Wonderful.

4.0 Draft at Uiltje. Dark purple color. Aroma of dark berries, oak and horseblanket. Flavor of dark berries, oak, horseblanket and nice fruit zest. Love this.

3.3 Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. Cloudy red-brown-purple in colour with a thin white head. It has a sour, spicy red fruit and blackcurrant flavour followed by a tart, zesty finish. Good, but the ABV is a little high.

3.8 375ml bottle. Pours red in colour with a pink foam head leaving lacing. Nose of juicy berries and horse blanket. Taste is juicy and sour red berries, citrus rind, fruity, red wine notes, with some barnyard funk. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

4.2 03-02-17 // bottle at home. Bought in Stockholm. Pours a deep red lila beer. No head. Taste is very sour with loads of black currants. Acidic. Really good.

3.7 Bottle. Sour aroma with hint of black currants, some leather and funk too. In taste sour, bit fruity with dry and sour finish.

3.6 375ml bottle. Bit hazy, dark reddish colour. Moderate white head. Sweetness, slight sourness, lots of berries, hints of blackcurrants too in the aroma. Notes of berries, slightly acidic notes at fiest. Blackcurrants in the middle. Rather dry finish. Tannins, berries as well. Sour, berriful aftertaste. Slightly earthy as well. Rather low carbonated. Has bit more body than usual lambic. Possibly because it is a vintage. Quite good brew. Unfortunately can not find the bottling date or BB.

4.0 From backlog. Draught at Mikkeller Bar. Hazy crimson color, pink head. Sour taste with citrus, tart, blackberry, wheat, cherry and grass. Sour finish with citrus, tart, wheat, blackberry, cherry and grass. Excellent wild ale.

3.9 Bottle. Hazy purple with a pink, minimal head. Aroma is sour with citrus, fresh red and black currant, sulphur, oxidated oaky notes and slight funk. Taste is sour, close to tart, with citrusy and black currant notes, vinegar, green apple, dry finish. Light to medium carbo, medium body.

3.8 Deep ruby red color, pink head. Heavy black currant nose, sour notes, grapes. Sour and sweet taste, ripe black currant, yogurt, sour candy, vinous notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, creamy texture.
