Bottle (from taptap). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is floral, funky, sour, fruity. Flavor is sour, bitter, floral, herbal, woody, some funk, some vinegar. Finish is herbal bitter. Overall: good.
Cloudy, golden colour with some white lacing. Herbal, earthy aroma, sweet like honey. Light tart taste, a bit fruity. Light body, medium carbonation, light and airy mouthfeel.
Bottle from MBC. Cloudy golden body with a small white head. Funk, elderflower, tartness, citrus notes, barnyard. Good.
Bottle from beer mail. Hazy deep golden color, white head. Aroma has sour notes, farm notes, fruity. Fresh sour taste, farm notes, fruits. Very nice spontan, elderflower is not so familiar in taste so hard to find.

Bottle as "spontan elderflower". Pours golden with a White head. Aroma of green apples, elderflower, Barnyard funk, citrus and goose berries. Taste is sour with tart green apples, elderflower, funky gueuze notes, some oak, citrus and a Sparkling body.
Aroma: Sour fruits.
Flavour: Very sour with notes of berries and a dry finish.
Colour: light amber with a white head.

Bottle. Golden body with white head Aroma is elderflower green apples hints of vinegar. Taste is sour fruits apples barnyard. Aftertaste is is nice sour.

Aroma: fart, tart, funk, elderflower, wheat, citrus, grass, hay and grains. Color is hazy orange. Taste: fart, tart, funk, elderflower and wheat. A nice beer!
Solid spontan, but I had some troubles detecting elder flower. Some funky notes, bit herbal, pleasant.
On tap @ Mikkeller Berlin. Sanft trüb und gelb. Süsslich überreeif fruchtig. Weisswein, Most. Säuerlicher Weinantrunk. Dann kurz die Hollunderblüte. Dann wieder Säure. Könnte mehr Blumigkeit vertragen.
Hazy/turbid golden beer with no/a slight off-white head. Medium aroma; taste starts medium sweet and ends slightly bitter and dry. Wood, honey, elderflower, hops and citrus 7/4/7/4
Bottle 375 ml. Pours a dark orange with medium white head, quickly diminishing. Aroma is of flower, red fruits, oak. Taste features an interesting acidity. Really good beer, but not great yet.
Bottle. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. The aroma is floral and herbal. Taste is fruity and sour. Dry and herbal. Medium body and high carbonation. Pretty solid overall.
Bottle at home. Hazy orange with white head. Hay, grass, peach, apricot, grapes, stonefruit core, elderflower, nectar, mineral water. Light sweet, bitter and sour. Medium body, minerallike texture, very fruity and floral tart finish. Lovely.
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy with a frothy top white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a strong bubbly carbonation transparent light yellow orange colored body and a poor lacing. The funky aroma was floral musty and lambic like. The dry mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow sweet aftertaste. The weird flavor contained notes of tart sweet citrus funk dry and fruity. Not one that I would drink again.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow color with big fizzy head. Aromas of vinegar, funk, horseblanket. Flavor is sour, funky, unbelievable!
Bottle. Pours yellow with white head and lacing. Nose is some funk and sour. Taste also adds some elderflower. Some spice in the aftertaste.
Hazy gold pour, fairly small head. Yeast and citrus prominent in aroma and taste, lactic sourness, acidic, lemon. Lighter body, fairly lively carbonation.

Color dorado, sabor frutal, final agrio.
Cloudy golden. Tastes more like the base than any others. Nice enough but not sure this is a favorite of the series.
Poured at home in a snifter. Cloudy golden peach color with very small head and some ring/lacing. Aroma is lemon, lime, kiwi, and some acidity with wild yeasts. The taste is similar with the fruits and acidity up front. Great spomtaneous fermentation flavors with wild yeasts. Really well balanced. Not overly tart. Thin body and moderate carb.
Bottle at home. Clear dark golden with fizzy off white head. Funk up front, sour grains and white grapes, light elderflower but quite in the background. Hay, gooseberries, quite lactic, light malts and a bit of earth and dead leaves. Light sweet and almost medium sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. A lot less bitter than other Mikkeller lambics, this is quite balanced and nice.
Je tenais à essayer cette Sponta en particulier, car j’aime beaucoup la Mamouche de Cantillon, autre bière sûre brassée avec des fleurs de sureaux. Au nez, je reconnais le dit ingrédient et ça me ravit! En bouche, le côté sûre et assez sucré prend trop le dessus sur le côté floral. Il manque de la subtilité requise pour que s’épanouissent les notes fragiles des fleurs de sureaux. Un bel exercice, mais qui pourrait être amélioré.
Shared bottle. Pours is clear golden with thick white head that lasts only for few seconds. Aroma of leather, basement, barnyard, vinous, floral, grapes. Taste is sour, light sweet, floral, elderflower and vinous notes. Light to medium body, thick texture, flat carbonation, long soury finish.
