Bottle - utterly superb from go to whoa - so well balanced - quite a herbal edge to it ?rosemary?basil - lovely sour IPA close in style to Lindemans Spontanbasil - can’t wait to try the others in the series.
Złote, zamglone, piana średnio obfita, średnie i drobne pęcherzyki, dość szybko się redukuje.
W aromacie morele, brzoskwinie, jagody, kwasek cytrynowy, bita śmietana, syrop owocowy, przejrzałe owoce, nieco cytrusów, delikatna kiszonka, delikatne karmelki. Nie ma za bardzo nut stajennych, może jakieś minimalne w tle.
W smaku kapusta kiszona, nieco granulat chmielowy, marakuja, cytrusy - cytryna, pomelo, grejpfrut, odczuwalne głównie na finiszu, nieco marchewki, jest zbożowa podbudowa słodu, nieco takie nuty ziemiste, piwniczne. Kapusta kiszona mocno.
Nie jest oszałamiająco kwaśne, raczej przystępnie. Jest nieco goryczki, co wydaje się obce w lambiku. Chmiel dodaje głębokości smaku. Wysycenie średnie do wysokiego. Ciekawe piwo.

Sample from 330ml bottle. Thanks, Mari. Pours golden yellow colour. Acidic, oaky, bit sweet, peachy, citrussy, vinegary, earthy aroma. Citrussy, acidic, earthy, slightly spicy taste. Acidic, citrussy aftertaste. Medium carbonated, well drinkable, well balanced brew. Maybe bit too fizzy, but tasty.
Bottle. Pours clear golden. Citrus, funky, phenolic aroma. Lightly tart, lemon.
A little more well-rounded than the Simcoe edition, with the subtle berry and floral soap notes from the Mosaics adding depth to the general citric tartness that dominates the pint. Mild bitterness on the back end holds earth and pine, while the finish gains a funky undertone. Not life-changing, but drinkable.
High foam, short lasting. Beautiful golden color, gently carbonated. Smell of wine like sour fruits with a back of caramel. The taste, AMAZING!!! Beautiful full sour, passion fruit in the background. I love spontane wild beers and this is exactly it!

On tap at Beer Time!, Nitra. Clear amber colour with small lacing white head, strong aroma of lemons, vinegar, wine, very pleasant being lambic. Taste is very good, lemons, lemon peel, very sour, long sour finish.
Amber, bright, with a bubbly head. Fruity, lots of berries, mellow malts, tart, fruity, bretty berries, and the hops only show up a little bit. Good beer but definitely looking for more hop.
Hazy golden/amber beer with a slight off-white head. Aroma is mostly tart, some tropical fruit and nothing else really. Taste is great, loads of mosaic and a slight tart citrus at the end.
Appearance: Light yellow golden, very slightly hazy.
Aroma: Sour apples, tartness.
Taste: Quite tart, sour fruits. Not my style, but for some reason this kind-of works.

Good, steady sour with plenty of characteristic character from Mikkeller. I'm not a huge fan of this particularly hopping style; doesn't leave the finish where I'd like it. On tap at San Francisco Mikkeller.

The beer pours a pale yellow color, a bit hazy with a loose-ish small head.
The aroma is nicely fruity and funky with some musk-melon sort of things happening.
The flavor is a nice balance of lemony sourness and big fruity hop character... the two tandem very well & the beer is very very dry. Very mildly bitter with a nice sharp tartness throughout.
As far as balancing a fruit forward hop with a pretty darn funky & dry lambic this one is an pretty good success,
Pale orange yellow pour with a thin white head .... Aroma is of pale malt, barnyard/funk leather, grapes, apple and citrusy lemon..... Taste is of sweet and sour apple, funk, tart citrusy lemon, bit acidic, grapes and some light bitter hop in there .... nice balance, solid flavors that are soft .... finishes tart, sour with lingering lemon, apple and funk .... solid and smooth

Odrobinę nazbyt się ten kwasek zanurza w słodyczy, takiej rodzynkowej, wolałbym wytrawniejszą wersję, ale to jest rzetelnie zrobione, stylowe piwo. Mikkeller najwszechstronniejszym browarem świata.
0.33l bottle. Malty and yeasty aroma, hopy notes, wine notes. Hazy yellow color, white head. Malty taste, light yeasty notes, light hopy notes, wine notes, light sour, light bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture, soft to average carbonation and sour finish. Very good.
On tap @ Mikkeller, Berlin. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lambic notes, with hay, farmyard, light acetic apple cider vinegar, bretty wood and dark berries. Medium body, with soft (to average) carbonation. Flavour is sour, with hay, farmyard, wooden brett and white wine grapes, as well as some light orangy tropical notes. Nice beer, not a whole lot of hops though.
Bottle, bought@Mikkeller Webshop. Pours clear golden with a large, frothy white head. Aroma has lovely funk, sharp grapes, light pear, some petroleum. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has fresh hops, green leaves, mild paint, grapefruit, zesty. Good, lingering tartness. Nice.
Lekko metne w kolorze jasny pomaranczowy zniezbyt trwala piana. Dzikie nuty ze staji polaczone z kwasnymi cytrusami i octem winnym. Zapach lekko ziolowo-owocowy, srednia goryczka i wysycenie. Dosc wytrawny i lekko drewniany finisz. Bardzo dobre piwo.

Piwo koloru złotego, klarowne, z białą szybko opadającą pianą. W aromacie ocet, końska derka, owoce tropikalne, cytrusy. W smaku przyjemnie kwaśne. Czuć stajnię, cytrusy, delikatne mango. Na finiszu intensywna grejpfrutowa goryczka. Ogólnie bardzo fajne piwo.
Pouring at Sierra Nevada beer camp. Pours a hazed orange amber with a thin white head.. Big acid, musk, fruit, wood. Medium bodied, long acid and wood. Tangy with acid, fruity.
On tap at The Bottle Shop Bermondsey. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Fruity and sour at the same time. Tropical fruit pineapple and then a lovely balanced sourness. Really good beer. Dry finish. Sour and bitter. Excellent
On tap at polyhistor. Clear yellow colour small white head. Nose is sour, light durian. Taste is medium-high sourness light bitterness. Definitive durian in the taste as well.
Ácida, con ese toque lupulado frutal que le da muchos matices. Seca y refrescante. Riquísima.
