Spannendes Teil!
3.5On tap at Tippler's Tap on 21 January 2018. The flavour is like drinking a full glass of apple cider vinegar - tart and sour. Weird wine like aroma and a honey amber colour with traces of white foam scattered across the top. Thin and tart in the mouth - a real mouth puckerer.
1.0Undrinkable, but too expensive to throw out.
Tastes like pure lemon juice.
3.8Draught at Mikkeller Torshavn. Pours a deeply hazy golden with no head. Nose has strong booze, toffee, acetone and must. Medium-light sweetness, light bitter and a big burst of sour. Full-bodied though flat, extremely tart lemony finish. Tasty.
3.315/20 eye wateringly tart, on an another day i might have said it was undrinkable but struggled on and quite liked the madness of this beer. sour apples, vinegar, but huge taste and huge complexity.
3.5Bottle at home. Pours golden color, small white head. Aroma of green apples, pear, sour. Taste is sour, lightly sweet, solvent, pear.

3.4Aroma of floor polish and some funk and must. Juice coloured head with lacing. Taste is that of a dry hopped sour. Good for what it is. A sipper. Grows on me and more complex fruity tartness, but also more boozy.
4.0Really murky red brownish color with off-white head. Aroma is quite funky with barn and hay notes and fermented fruits on top. Taste follows with tart fermented fruits like apricots and other stonefruits with a fruit pit bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it’s a really nice, rustic and authentic feeling lambic beer.
Owocowo cierpko.

3.6Bottle, eight years before bbd. Pours cloudy dark golden, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart berries and seaside notes with salt, sweet funky notes and bretty notes of relish and spice, as well as wooden barrels. Strange for sure. Light body, creamy texture, with soft carbonation. Flavour is mouth puckering acidic, with unripe fruits and berries, hay and lemon, as well as floral bretty notes with wood and salty ocean notes.

Tart, ripe fruits, berries, sourness. Good, but quite woody.
3.9375ml bottle. Amber brown colour with a white foam head leaving some lacing and sour berry fruit & oily funk aroma. Taste is sour, citric rind, grain, vinegar, fruity, berry, honeyish, and salty with barnyard funk. Medium bodied. soft carbonation, dry tart finish. Very drinkable.
3.2From tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Hazy orange colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of citric, seabuckthorn, brettanomyces, lemon and tartness.
