3.5 Bottle. Hazy deep golden color with a thin head. Aroma of mandarine, orange peel and honey. Dry, acidic taste. Some sweetness in finish. Medium thin body.

3.8 Pours orange with a white head. Arena of characteristic yuzu along with tart citrus notes and mandarin peel. Taste of citrus, lemon peel, yuzu and mandarin. Nice tart and refreshing.

3.6 330ml from the Mikkeller mail shop. Cloudy orange. Very strong, tart fruit aroma - I guess it’s Yuzu, which is kind of like fermented mango. Crisp and with an initial wash of sourness and a slight acrid note, replaced by sweeter elements.

3.6 Bottle, pours golden color. Flavor of lemon, citrus, tartness, malts, fruits. Surprisingly light body, feels a bit like a citrus juice, even though the beer is there as well.

3.3 Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy strong citrus arma. Moderate bitter very astringent citrus flavor. Average finish. Oily palate. Tastes more like an imperal radler than lambic.

4.0 Tap into a taster showing medium amber with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows strong notes of yuzu and soft citrus. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Strongly tart but extremely yuzu forward with a light citric backbone. Clean and easy.

3.9 Bottle from Systembolaget Sweden. Big and lastning white head. Clear solid golden color. Big citrus zest (pommelo and grapefrukt) aroma. The taste resemble child hood grapefrukt softdrink mixer but with a more lactic acidity. Slim body.

3.9 Fra dåse. Uklar orange med spredt hvidt skum. Frisk aroma af citrusfrugter, citron, lime, yuzu, grapefrugt. Diskret funk. Smager syrlig af citron, lime og grapefrugt. Smagen har en let bitter kant men ender sødt og smooth. Overraskende lidt funk, overraskende meget frugt.

3.8 Jeden z lepszych z serii. Wyraźnie cytrusowo-yuzowy w aromacie, w smaku dość kwaśny, wyraziście dziki i soczysty. Mozna się pijąc je nauczyć smaku yuzu.

4.2 A 375ml bottle with a best before date of 27th April 2026. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass. It was a cloudy copper orange colour with a one finger slightly off white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing. Aromas were tart, lemon tea, yuzu and light funk. Tastes sour, tart, citrus, lemon, lemon tea, lemonade, yuzu, oak and light funk. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, nice and refreshing on a hot day especially with the lemon tea and lemonade like flavours.

3.8 Bottle, 25/05/18, thanks bluus. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small, white head. Aroma is sour, citrus, orange, freshly squeezed lemon juice. Taste is sour, lemon, citrus, something slightly spicy, curacao, curacao peel.

3.1 375ml bottle from Systembolaget. Clear golden, medium size white head, poor lacing. Tart lemon aroma, cleaning detergent, exotic citrus, hay and mushrooms. Super tart mouthfeel that reaches far back in the mouth, medium carbonation. Very sour taste, lemons, yuzu, exotic citrus, lime, and citrus zest. Funk in the background but the super sour taste covers most things. Not my favorite from the spontan series still disturbingly nice in a train wreck kind of way.

3.7 celebration 2017 can - that pours hazy/cloudy light to medium golden with a nice white cap offering good retention and lacing. super fragrant yuzu, buddha's hand and the likes, funky very toasted wheat, medium acidity - mainly citric; some lambic funk, bitter old hops, lots of salt, heaps of herbs. moderate carbonation, light body, tart and almost sour citric finish. unmistakable and über-aromatic yuzu in an almost sour yet funky lambic base.

2.6 Clear golden colour, small head with short retention, small lace. Aroma is citrics, I guess that's yuzu, whatever that fruit is. But there's something artificial, reminds me of a detergent. Medium to light body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Dishwasher finish. Taste is similar to the aroma, adding some artificial sweetener Nothing I would Taste again.

3.8 Can shared at the Walnut, We got the Funk tasting. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Strong yuzu aromas, sharp sour, light oak. Taste is lactic, peach melba yoghurt, citrus and sour. Light oak again.

4.2 #1930 Many thanks to Camons! Can, as Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017. Hazy, dark yellow, small white head. Aroma of yuzu, yuzu, yuzu - peels, zests, juice... touch of oak barrel. Taste is moderately sour, lightly bitter, slightly sweet. Yuzu, citrusy candies, jelly, zest, wild tones. Medium to fuller body, moderately carbonated. Great! Yuzu symphony!

4.1 Can 0.5l, trade with Camons, many thanks, René! Cloudy, a bit pinkish yellow colored. AROMA- just great citrusy aroma, wild tones. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, citrusy bitter, fresh yuzu juice and peel. Medium to fuller bodied. Perfect! Very refreshing citrusy bomb.

3.6 Can. hazy pale gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is really funky, intense juicy citrusy notes, very lactic, key lime pie, yoghurt. Taste is tart, juicy, fruity, lots of lime. Palate is creamy, med bodied with soft carbonation. Weird, but tasty.
