3.6Det här var en riktigt trevlig öl med tydliga fruktiga, bittra och syrliga inslag. Balansen var fin och kroppen väldigt passande. Slutsats; riktigt god öl.
2.9Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Pours golden with a small creamy offwhite head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is phenolic and funky with sweet dark bread, barnyard, leather, overripe plums, hay, dry soil and pepper corns. Taste is sweet, malty and funky with sweet dark bread, cereal, barnyard, leather, grapefruit rinds and hay. Mouthfeel is dry, round and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and funky with sweet dark bread, hay, leather, grapefruit rinds and barnyard. Meh...
2.8Draught at Mikkeller Stockholm.
Pours reddish amber.
Yes, side by side with other products of the series, it probably showcases brett tartness but the brew is way too bitter and malty to be drinkable.
3.6(Draught at Mikkeller Bar Stockholm, 4 Apr 2014) Amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, yeasty nose with dried fruit, canned fruit, apricots and bretty yeast. Fruity, yeasty taste with notes of dried fruit, canned peaches, apricots, spicy yeast and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Lots of yeast character, but not very sour. Well balanced. Nice one.
3.4Bottle at Ølhus Stockholm. Amber color, white head. Bitter taste with hops, caramel, earthy notes, fruits and resin. Bitter finish with citrus, caramel and earthy notes. Good brew, but not particularly shining example of brettanomyces.
3.4Amber-orange with a disappearing weak head. Some sweaty aroma, some barnyard and very earthy. Taste is dry, very bretty, a bit grass, doughy, with some fruit inputs, rhubarb, grapefruit, again very earthy. Dry and pretty high carbonation.
3.5Pours clear deep amber with low off-white head. Aroma of bretta, light fruit, earth, hay. Taste is mild tart sour, lingering lightly astringent sour finish. Light, crisp body with average carbonation.
3.6Draught. Clear amber colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour of yeast, fruit, grassy, spice and tartness.
3.9On tap at Mikkeller bar Stockholm. Hazy amber-orange color with almost white head. Aroma is malty, citrusy hoppy and barnyard funky. Taste is malty sweet and bretty sour at the same time with hoppy bitter finish. Quite good.
3.4Draft at Birch & Barley. Pours clear copper with a creamy, bubbly beige head and lots of lacing. Smells like very mild yeast, grains, dough. Tastes like lightly tart apples, slightly sweet, light yeast, light bitterness.
3.5Tap at Birch & Barley. Pours clear golden amber with creamy white head. Aroma is biscuit and cracker malts, brett, barnyard funk, light toast, light floral notes, and citrus fruit. Flavor is dry malts, grapefruit esters, light toast, and grassy hops; dry, lightly bitter finish. Light/medium body and medium carbonation.
3.6A little better than the Brussels bretta version. More of a palate and mouthful here with that astringent, bittersweet grapefruit lambic flavour. Nice yeast, and it’s cool that the hops still show up in enough quality to be detected here. Citrus hops and a little malt. Well-balanced. Great pale ale on wild side. Tap at Churchkey.
3.3Can’t say this one really did anything for me, sadly. Bottled. Looks like a pale ale. Smells like a slightly bretted pale ale. Drinks like a watery slightly bretted weak pale ale. Could’ve been a lot better.
3.5Bottle. Clear copper with a medium sized good lacing white head. Aroma has dust, mold, neutral soap, citrus, gooseberries. Pretty light on the palate, light creamy texture, Light dry and bitter finish. I prefer the Bruxellensis version.
3.6On tap @Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. 8-2-2014
In short: a malty wild ale.
Pours hazy amber with little off white head. poor head retention, some lacing Grapy aromas. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is malty, caramel, tart notes, dry finish.
3.4Draft @Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. A layer of blond bubbles, atop a hazed bright gold colored body. Lemon and light funk, hay and grass to the nose. Taste is much the same, with some malt-sweetness underneath, and an additional grassy and light piney bitterness. Light to medium body. Prickling carbonation. Grassy bitterness and tart lemon tones in the ending. [21.07.13]
4.0Golden brown cloudy with nice white foam. Fruit, citrus with a hint of spice. Malt, toffee, high in bitterness in the aftertaste, grape fruit. The bitterness grows.

3.6Bottle. Moderate roasted and biscuit for the malt, light dried flowers for the hops, moderate barnyard for the yeast, with a mix of dried fruit like peach, apple and fig. Head is small, wispy, off-white with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is hazy dark amber/orange. Flavor starts faintly sweet and heavily acidic, and finishes moderately acidic and bitter. Palate is light to medium, dry with a lively o fizzy carbonation and a lightly tart finish. Now that’s a Wild Ale I can handle. Fruity up front and not so tart as to sting the back of the jaw.
3.4Flaske, 33 cl. Let diset ravfarvet med et langtlevende off-white skumhovede. Abrikos, fersken, let syrlig antydning af urinal uden dog at fremstå særligt bretty. Karamel og kaffe-accenter, stenfrugter. Let syrlig, ret bitter slutning.
3.1330ml bottle (shared by FatPhil, thanks). Clear amber color. Small white head, stays. Fruity, caramel and sweet tobacco in aroma. Sweet and slightly yeasty taste. Crisp mouthfeel. Dry hop pellets in aftertaste.
3.0330ml bottle (Ale House, Riga)
Apricot aroma, touch of alcohol alas. Sweetish toffee, pleasant sharp fruits, some fleshy ones, peach. Touch yeasty taste too. Very simple, and not really showing the strengths of any component.
3.5Gold, fairly clear, white head. Aroma: lemons, funky sweaty-sock brett, bright citrus. Flavor: grainty/biscuity malt, citrusy hops, very light sweaty sock note is restrained. Pretty good marriage of citrusy IPA and Brett characters.
2.2Aroma is tart fruit/lambic quality and a hint of milk sourness. The flavor is milk sourness and just didn’t really care for it after that.
3.7Dark 24 karat pour with a fluffy white head. Dusty, earthy, floral, and citrus infused. Very light, mild, and refreshing. Sneaky.
3.3Bottled 330ml @Beer Hunters (blind tasting)
Sligtly hazy orange color, small white head. Horse saddle, barnyard and leather in the nose. Nice. Light to medium-bodied. A bit watery front. Nice tart bitterness. Easy going.

3.6Golden- orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is brett, citrus, floral. Flavour is brett, citrus, floral, hop, malt, pineapple, grapefruit. Nice beer.
