Pale golden color with soft lemon and melon esters and a bready malt body. Dry hopped with Centennial and experimental hops from the Yakima Valley. If you like a hoppy IPA, but don’t always care for the higher alcohol, try an El Conquistador XPA.

2.8 Bottle pour. Clear light golden with a large foamy white head. Lemon, melon, and grass aroma. Light body. Vey light bitter and salty taste.

2.2 Bottle from SB. Pours hazy golden with some white head. A strong aroma of cooked vegetables overpowers my impression of this beer. The taste is ok with some good bitterness.

3.0 Had a definite quality of malty and bitter hops. After the initial sip the bitterness was a primary taste of grassy hops while the malts feel flat. Still it was refreshing and tasty

2.7 355ml bottle, consumed straight out. Some fruit botes, but mainly pine. A hint of butterscotch in the aroma but not in the flavor. Finishes grassy. Light palate.

3.5 32oz can. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a large foamy white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with a bit of lemon. Bitter, highly citrusy flavor. Lingering bitter finish. I enjoyed it.

3.0 (can - 32 oz) Orange pour with a fluffy white head. Light hops in the aroma. Not much else. Flavor is pretty much the same. Some light hops with a touch of sweetness. Not bad but not much to really rave about.

3.1 Slightly sweet, citrus and fruity aroma and flavor. It also has a malty aroma and flavor as well. Good bitterness that fills the mouth for a long while. Maybe a little too watery. 3.1 330ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Biscuity malt, lemon and peach in the aroma. Lemon, biscuity malt and some hints of aniseed in the taste. Maybe it’s a bit tired but it doesn’t have the hop profile I was expecting it to have.

2.7 Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a pale yellow color with a huge fluffy white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was piney, citric and dry. The flavor was drysih and quite bitter with perfume, citrus and pine. Long dry hoppy finish. Medium body. Meh.
