Modern Times Orderville IPA

Modern Times Orderville IPA

Hazy Mosaic IPA. Our most palate-crushing IPA to date, Orderville is a sledgehammer of dankness wrapped in a velvety peach pillow, underscored by a dry, chilled out malt bill that keeps your attention focused on the hop fireworks exploding in your mouth. The hop schedule features prominent Mosaic along with a wide assortment of piney, resinous varieties, resulting in a beautiful hop saturation that carries through from aroma to finish.

3.7 [Uploaded from backlog - 10/12/19] On tap at Dutch's. Really pleasant, bright tropical fruity, citrusy, spicy Mosaic hop character. Moderate sweet taste, lighter bitter. Creamy texture. Solid hazy mosaic IPA.
3.8 Draft at Hoppy Monk. Hazy pale amber, lacing head. Piney aroma. Somewhat sweet up front, pleasantly bitter finish.

3.5 1 pint can from Hopt, France. Pours hazy golden, with moderate fine white foam. Aroma is citrus and herbaceous, white-pulp fruits like melon. Body is a nice mouthful, with good carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter. Final is fairly long with bitterness.
Aroma y sabor equilibrados y perfectamente integrados. Espectacular!
4.8 Ohhhh damnnnnn. That burst of hops. Dankness. Piney. Pineapple and mango. Juicy. Full bodied and smooth. Lots of flavour. Great NEIPA. Love it!
3.8 Pours a hazy light orange with a decent off white head. Aroma is orange, lime mango, some banana! Taste is mango, pineapple, some zesty lime, growing in bitterness throughout, finishing with a nice lingering light bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Lovely!
4.3 Can from Brewhouse Brisbane on 20 November 2020. Nice beer to finish off an afternoon session with. There’s no shortage of hops in this hazy IPA. Looks juicy in the glass and had a smooth full bodied mouthfeel.
3.4 16 oz can, dated 8/10/20. Pours hazy gold yellow with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass. The aroma is sweet bready malt and fruity floral hops with light resin. A bit subdued. The flavor is sweet bready malt with big bitter resiny fruity hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Overall, a decent NE IPA.
Sabor similar, melocotón, níspero y frutas tropicales y cítricas dulces con notas a malta clara, flores, avena o trigo y ligera resina. Dulzor medio y amargor medio-alto con regusto medio-largo. Textura sedosa, cuerpo medio-denso y carbonatación medio-baja. Buen trabajo.
3.8 16 oz via can. Dank aroma of resinous hops, spruce, mild fruity notes and light grains. Similar flavor, dank, resinous and piney with moderate bitterness and a light juicy sweetness. Medium body with a smooth hoppy finish.
4.0 Orangey gold pour, decent head with decent lace. Nose is peaches and malt. Middle is velvety peach, creamy malt, some medium bodied pine resin, little mango at the back. Finish is a fruit salad with liberal line needles. Good beer.
3.9 Hazy golden-orange pour, foamy white head. Character of pineapple, lychee, pine, dankness. Big, flavorful, sticky pine finish. Excellent.
3.9 Definite hazy amber yellow when poured in the glass. Piney citrus aroma with a hint of kitty litter mixed in. Strong citrus notes up front followed by a trailing spicy note on the palate. resinous aftertaste and mouthfeel. Overall, very nice! I'd buy again. Good solid brew for anytime.
2.8 Purchased a four pack of pint cans from a local Aldi's. Note, I could have gotten two more pints of my second favorite IPA for a dollar more than what I paid for these four. Thick white head on top of a cloudy golden yellow body. it smells of cool Woodland style hops. It's sweeter than most ipas iPad, but does have the IPA after tasting I so don't like. It's a better IPA but the aftertaste is just killing me
3.7 Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smell is a little subdued, with some light biscuity malt and rather soft tropical fruit notes of mango and papaya, as well as some dank, herbal, almost minty accents. Taste is an interesting balance of light biscuity malt and rather bitter, herbal, dank and somewhat spicy and resinous hops with some rather soft tropical accents also coming through and notes of mint, sage, white pepper, pine, mango and papaya. Finishes with a medium/strong bitterness and some dank, herbal and slightly tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. This is a rather unusual and unique "New England" IPA that is a lot more heavy on the herbal, dank and resinous notes than the juicy tropical notes, although the latter, soft as they may be, balance this out nicely. Not your typical NEIPA, that's for sure, but rather interesting in its own way and I can personally rather appreciate that dank and herbal character. Mouthfeel is a bit disappointing for the style though.
Super.
3.8 I went back to Isetan to get this beer I spotted yesterday. Tall boy of MT for 825¥! Modern Times Orderville Hazy Mosaic IPA 7.2% 55 IBU Great looking straw colored gold haze with a dense topping of foam and mango guava tropical juiciness. The body is a tad thin but generally alright and the flavor is nice but does has some vegetal green hop character (probably from using shit tons of hops). Quite nice and great value for a pint can.
3.7 LCI. Hazy golden pour. Hoppy, medium bitter ipa with some grapefruit and zesty fruityness
3.6 Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with white head. Tropical citrus with a mildly bitter dank grass hop finish.
3.8 Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is fruity and dank-ish hops with citrus, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruit, some pine and floral notes. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Very fine IPA with a nice balance between fruits, malt and dank hop.
4.1 Aroma is dank Mosaic hops and sweet citrus/tropical fruit. The flavor is tropical fruit/mild mangoes, malts and a long and complex Mosaic hop finish.
4.0 Golden orange body, hazy, big rocky white head, laces up on the way out, tart citrus fruit mosaic hop nose, tasty hop juice flavor, citrus rind like bitters on the finish, light and dry, great beer
3.7 Pint can pours a hazy orange golden with a medium off white head. Peachy citrus orange aroma. Taste is of sweet peach, citrus orange, and pineapple, with a light bitterness of the finish. Nice.
3.5 Floral, mandarin, a light betterness
3.4 Bitter hopfiger, fruchtig herber Beginn. Trocken, alkoholisch hopfig werdend, intensiv. Hell getreidig, langer Nachhall. 10/11/10/11//11

3.8 Poured from 16 oz. can. Hazy, yellow gold with a large off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma of lemon/lime, orange, mango, wheat bread, tropical fruit and apricot. Taste of grapefruit, tropical fruit, pineapple, stone fruit and passion fruit. Medium/full body and medium carbonation.
