2.7 Not bad but not great. Looks nice with bright color and head. But flavorwise ot it a little too simple. Earlier Rating: 4/4/2020 Total Score: 2.7 Not bad but not great. Looks nice with bright color and head. But flavorwise ot it a little too simple.
2.1 Bottle. 5.0%. Best before 05.01.20. Pours a clear, bit pale straw yellow, with a diminishing white head. Slight lacing. Sweetish cereal, berries aroma, with a hint of citrus, and a light cardboard overtone. Grainy note as it warms, comes to dominate. Flavour is grassy, grainy, with a metallic note, hint of cardboard. Remote hint of citrus, increasing a bit as it warms. Warming also brings out a light sour note, a hint of apple as well as a remote perfumy hint. Mild to medium bitter finish. Grainy. Lingering grassy, apple notes. Meh. Too grainy. 12.11.19.
1.8 Bottle. Straw color, clear, rather weak white foam. Aroma: pils malt, sweetness, crackers, a little spice. Taste: light malt, soft, cookies, sweetness, lollipops, sadness.
3.0 Clear golden with a thin head. Strawy smell. At first rather bland in taste, but later a citric taste develops in the mouth. Not bad for a gluten free beer.
3.3 A: Clear gold with a small white head. N: Faint hint of pale malt T: Faint malty profile with a hint of bitterness. P: Thin O: Standard light lager.
3.0 Cerveja leve e refrescante. Cor amarela e espuma branca. Aroma discreto....
1.2 The bad news is that in terms of aroma, flavour and texture, there is nothing special at all. It has an aroma of sweet malts and noble hops, the taste is mildly sweet with subtle hops and a dry, grainy finish, and the texture is thin with a watery body. At 5%ABV, this Lager doesn’t quite taste as strong as the flavour would suggest. This is what could be described as a slightly sub par Lager, you wouldn’t complain but would you buy it again? Perhaps you would, but mainly for moral reasons. It’s worth noting that this golden-yellow lager also uses rice grains, which many beer drinkers are not fans of. 3.6 화이트비어.
1.9 Clear golden body and white head. Pale malt, some grass and biscuit aroma. Moderate sweet taste of grains, some sour and dry finish. A poor beer.
2.0 Pas de goût...
2.8 Bottle from Cafe Bruxelles, Leicester. Mid- to dark gold with a small ring of white head. Light, slightly lemony aroma with a hint of honey. Sweet taste with a raw grainy and slightly gluey note in the finish. Saccharine aftertaste. Watery body, aided by carbonation. I saw previous rates and feared the worst, but I've actually had many beers that were far worse.
3.5 Fles 33cl thuis. Prima te drinken. Ruikt wat verschraald. Fris, lekker. Moeilijk smaak te omschrijven. (7-2011).
1.4 330 ml bottle, from Meny Hundvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Organic and gluten free, brewed with 40% fairtrade rice. Golden colour, small white head. Sweetish and sickly aroma, nothing there to make me want the first sip. Thin body. The flavour is first dry, then a little fruity sweetness comes through, some sourish notes, very little hops, dry and grainy aftertaste. Waste of money - won't buy again.
2.8 Bottle. Light, slightly citrusy aftertaste. Pleasant, easy drinking beer...
2.5 .33l bottle. Didnt pour into glass. Nose is rice and barley. Taste is good, barley malt, hop and candy sugar. Chugs away nicely. Good thirstlesser.
2.3 Bottle 330 ml ABV 5 % at The Rose, Fulham. Crisp malts and mild citrus. Clear golden with white head. Taste is malts and citrus finish. Average lager really.
2.0 Crystal clear, pale golden body with a small, white, short-lived head. Looks very thin and uninspired. Typical pale lager aroma: sweet and strong with notes of pale malts and noble hops, with citrus in the back. Moderate flavour that follows the aroma. Light to moderate sweet taste with a light bitterness. Light and dry mouthfeel, moderate carbonation. Boring. [33 cl bottle, enjoyed close to 1.5 years before BB date, from Bunnpris Blindern, Oslo]
2.2 Bottle. Clear golden yellow with a quickly fading off white bubbly head. Aroma is of biscuit, grassy, floral. Taste is of light citrus and butterscotch. Watery mouthfeel, medium carbonation.
1.9 Aroma: Citrus fruits. Appearance: Gold color with clear sparkling liquid and minimal white head. Taste: Light bitterness. Palate: Light body with thin texture and average carbonation. Short sparkling bitter finish. Overall: Average beer. Refreshing adn easy to drink.
2.3 330ml bottle Label : Organic/Gluten Free/Fair trade. Pale gold with OK head/carbonation. Aroma is sulfur, grain and wet straw. Slight bitterness, more grain, thin palate and a slight unpleasant sour aftertaste. Not great.
2.4 Bottle, 5.0%. Clear golden colour. Small fizzy white head. The flavour is a bit sweeter than expected. Quite vinous - sort of like white wine. Citric finish.
