Robe blond clair, limpide, belle carbo à grosses bulles, mousse abondante, très irrégulière, un peu visqueuse, tenue moyenne. Nez très brioché, pointes de pain frais. Attaque idem : brioche, malt, pas mal de rondeur, le pain se ressent en deuxième bouche. Amertume très légère, un peu herbacée. Une ale blonde classique mais bien typée, qui sort un peu du standard fade, tout en ne e revendiquant pas original. Sympa, se boit bien.

Smell of detergent. Much better taste, malty and a conifer-like hoppiness with a hempy aftertaste. Strong carbonation.
the aroma is malty and floral with hints of grain, straw, buckwheat and some herbs... the taste is malty and fruity with notes of sweet citrus, hay, candy and some grasses... the aftertaste is sweet, dry and, a little bit, spicy...
Bottle from Beerwulf. Aroma is a bit floral with yeasty notes, pale malt, bit fruity, with a touch of honey. Bit perfumed with a light hoppiness. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness. Medium body. Drinkable floral-ish Blonde.

Thuis uit een flesje. Helder geel/goud. Wit schuim. Smaak licht zoet. Voor een blond niet slecht, maar ook geen topper.
Bière blonde savoureuse. la qualité de l'eau joue un rôle essentiel à la dégustation, sa fraîcheur et origine remarquable du mont blanc. Équilibré.
W aromacie przyjemnie belgijskie, słodowe. Barwa złota, klarowne, piana ładna. W smaku lekkie, półsłodkie, orzeźwiające, fenolowe. Goryczka niska, wysycenie wysokie. Przyjemne, lekki piwko.
Clear golden ale with a moderate white head. Nose: grainy malts, candy, spicy yeast, fruity hints. Medium minus body. Taste: lighly sweet, grainy, spicy, somewhat perfumey. Low to light bitterness. Nothing bothering me. OK Belgian blonde as I see it
Bu à Crest Voland
1 an et 2 mois avant DLC. Blonde petit col de mousse à bonne tenue. Arôme malt et fruits jaunes. En bouche, très fruitée, du malt mielleux et des nies d'alcool bien présente (bizarre elle ne fait que 5,8%). Tres épicée dans le style belge. J'adore !
Bouteille 33 cl obtenue via Beerwulf. Couleur dorée limpide, mousse blanche impeccable. Nez : malts, grain, épice. Bouche goûteuse, maltée, léger citron, épice. Bière plutôt ronde avec petite amertume finale. Agréable.
Dieses Bier war ein Mitbringsel von einem reisefreudigen Kumpel, der den Mont Blanc und den zugehörigen Tunnel darunter besuchte. In einem Touristengeschäft fand er 3 Flaschen der Brasserie de Mont Blanc.
Diese wurden dann in trauter Runde verkostet.
Das Helle ist ein mildes Bier, das fast wie ein Zwickel wirkt. Aromentechnisch ist es vielleicht nicht allzu ausgewogen, aber auf alle Fälle ok.

Draft in Dijon (Fr). Clear golden pour with small white head. Hardly aroma (but it was served rather cold). But taste is rather nice for a general pilsener; not too sweet, even quite dry. OK carbo and little chalky feel in the mouth. For this type of beer I kinda like it.

Bottle @ tasting with Roelzie1986, TomHendriksen and Inoven. Clear pale golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweet and lightly bitter, a touch herbal. Average body and carbonation. Ok beer.
33 flesjes. Helder goudgeel kleur, fijne romige witte schuimkraag. De geur van fruitig en moutig. Smaak is zoet, banaan, mout en licht citrus. Medium lichaam, veel koolzuur.
F: big, snow-white, good retention.
C: gold, clear.
A: malty, bit orange, spicy, coriander, herbal.
T: malty, vaguely orange, sweet spicy, bit liquorice, sweet simple body but not disaster overall, medium body and carbonation, 33cl bottle from E-Leclerc supermarket in Pierry, France.
Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Bleek gelig bier met weinig schuim. Ondefinieerbare geur van nat hout. Smaak is zoet, gistachtig en de nasmaak is licht hoppig.
Fles gedeeld met Roelzie1986, Inoven en Benzai. Het is een goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een muffe houtachtige geur. De smaak is moutig en wat bloemig.

Hop malt spice aroma. Clear Amber colour great fluffy head excellent lacing. Malt fruit hop spice flavour. Smooth lingering palate.
Bottle.Clear pale yellow huge white head. Aroma of yeast , candy, phenolic, floral. Sweet, fruity, alcoholic, sour and spicy. Medium bodied, syrupy.
Bottle, small stable frothy creamy head, clear deepish gold color, aroma and flavor of banana, vanila amd waffle, light mellow but noticable bitterness. Pleasant and drinkable.
Pours cloudy yellow with a small head.
Nose shows Belgian yeast, banana, vanilla and green apple.
Flavours include more doughy wheat, grassy hops, banana and grainy notes.
Belle robe dorée, mousse fine et col peu épais. Au nez, assez agréable, quelques notes légères d’agrumes, que l’on retrouve en bouche, mais le tout est trop simple. Une bonne bière de soif, mais à mes yeux, bien trop chère vis-à-vis de sa qualité.
