Mort Subite Witte Lambic is een ongefilterd bier op basis van spontaan gegiste lambiek. Vanaf de eerste slok verleidt Mort Subite Witte Lambic met zijn fraaie zonnige kleur, zijn toegankelijke frisse smaak, zijn fruitige karakter en zijn subtiele aromatische nuances van koriander en curaçao (sinaasappelschillen). Een koele dorstlesser met een lage, zachte bitterheid die zelfs de meest verwende smaakpapillen in verrukking brengt en die als geen ander rijmt met puur volmondig plezier!

3.6 0,25 bottle. Fenntartásaim voltak, mindenesetre kezdetre a színe és habja szép. Szín naranacslé, hab szép vastag és fehér. Illata különleges, ananász, rágógumi, és őszibarack, elég intenzíven. Nagyon jó illata van. Íze kifejezetten gyümölcsös. Barackos, narancsos, picit búzasörös is, elég fűszeres, finom. Frissen szénsavas. Nagyon kellemes csalódás volt, nem rontotta el a hozzáadott gyümölcscukor, sőt. Az élesztő is remek. Eddig kerültem valamiért, nem kellett volna. Csajoknak kifejezetten jó lehet. *** I had reservations, anyway in the beginning the color and foam is nice. Color orange juice, foam nice thick and white. It smells special, pineapple, chewing gum, and peach, quite intense. It smells good. The taste is especially fruity. Also peach, orange, a little wheat beer, quite spicy, delicious. Freshly carbonated. It was a very pleasant disappointment, not spoiled by the added fructose, in fact. Yeast is also great. So far I've been for something, I shouldn't have. It can be especially good for girls.

3.1 0.3 liter bottle. It's a nice belgian White, but nothing special. This one will not re-appear in my fridge.

1.2 Blanche de 5,5 % abv, bâtie sur une base de lambic. Mon exemplaire était à 16 mois avant sa date. Couleur jaune citronné, avec un voile assez important. Bulles fines, partout, vives. Mousse blanche, à flocons moyens, stable à 4 mm. Arômes d'abricot, pêche, poire. 1ère bouche pétillante sur un ensemble savonneux Arrière-bouche avec peau d'abricot et pêche blanche 2ème bouche quasi sans intérêt, sur un radler Arrière-bouche courte, vague Longueur qui ne peut trouver plus Jambes à flocons moyens, courtes Levure mixte sans doute, industrielle Alcool faible, sous son niveau, il frôle la mort subite Finale qui s'éteint comme un feu de paille CONCLUSION : une bière entre un radler et un panaché, avec quelques notes de pêche blanche et abricot. 3.0 I would not have guessed wild yeasts were used. No funkyness just a bit of a boring white beer with a slight sourness. I was suprised by the strong apricot smell and taste, but I saw "aroma's" on the list of ingredients.. so I guess they added some apricot flavour to make it slightly more interesting. I wasn't bad, just nog really good and I find adding fruit aromas cheating.

3.3 Definitely sweet and sour taste. Dominant apricot taste that maked the beer really fruity. Creamy structure in the mount.

2.7 Bottle from Kaufland Quite sweet Witt. Some wheat and yeasty character. Not much of classic Witt as far I can tell.

3.2 Bottle 25cl. @home poured into a tumbler. Hazy pale amber colour, small fizzy off-white head, reducing to a thin layer, no lacing. Apricot nose, aroma apricot, plum, fruit candy, bit barnyard. Taste medium sweet and light sourish, apricot, yeast, sugar. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweet and sourish aftertaste, light spicy notes, bit artificial impression, nice thirst quencher.

2.7 Wow, looots of aprikot in its smell. Very fruity taste (apricots, peach). Sweet. Sugar. A hint of some citric sourness. Very full and creamy mouthfeel. Not really a refreshing summer beer - more like a yellow ice cream on a hot summer's day. Not really my taste.

3.3 Surprising tick from a Breton supermarket supped weeks later back home. Standard wit looks with full body and specks of lace. Nose dried apricot, peach wine gum, pastilles. Sweet for any beer purporting to contain lambic but no bad thing; the apricot is natural and quenching and stops well short of tooth rot territory. Bright wheat sharpness and dabs of spice with some sherbet lemon in the aftertaste. Not bad.

3.8 Pours off-white head that quickly.fades but maintains some head retention. Foam sits on a cloudy bed if straw gold ale. Aromas of apricot with a tinge of barnyard, wheat and spice. Complex and soft on the palate. Very light carbonation, medium light body. Fruity and floral flavors with notes of dried stone fruit. Their is a barnyard characteristic that is hard to describe otherwise. Slight hop spice flavor and bitterness fades for good but not dry finish. Bottled 02.07.18 Drank 26.03.20

2.8 Muy dulce, muy especiada

2.7 25 cl. bottle. Muddy dark yellow to orange with some minimal but persistent off-white head. Nice fruity flavor consisting of peach, apricot, banana, and wheat. Taste is not great but still likeable especially for a summer day. A little bit much sugary for its type, and it starts to be tiring after a few sips. Also a bit watery and soap-like. A bit of sourness is there as well. It has an oily texture, medium body and average carbonation. A little bit sticky though. A below-average mouthfeel I would say. Overall, it's okay but I can live without it.

3.9 I thought for 1.69 Euro this beer was a great summer beer. I like apricots and they work better than peaches in a beer like this.

4.3 ARTOMA: Aroma eminentemente frutoso con notas altas de albaricoque. Sin notas de alcohol. Bajas notas ácidas. Notas de malta ausentes al igual que las de lúpulo. APARIENCIA: Color dorado transparente, espuma blanca no muy cremosa y con poca retención. Sin encajes de Bruxelles ni piernas. SABOR: Notas frutales muy altas de albaricoque. Amargor bajo y sabor a lúpulo bajo. Malta baja. Balance ligeramente ácido sin ser desagradable y dominado por el sabor a alabaricoque. Final suave en elq eu se combinan agradablemente la acidez, el amargor del lúpulo y el sabor del albaricoque. SENSACIONES EN BOCA: Cuerpo medio, carbonatación alta. Sin calentamiento debido al alcohol. Cremosidad nula, sin astringencia ni aspereza pese a mostrar una cierta acidez. IMPRESIÓN GENERAL: Excelente cerveza en la que conviven perfectamente la baja acidez y las altas notas a albaricoque que permanecen en la boca. Muy alta bebebilidad. Cerveza muy agradable para las cálidas tardes de verano.

2.9 250 ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is fruity, malt and citrus. Taste ripe peach, hint of banana, pinch of wheat. Light body, medium carbonated.

2.5 Peach, apricot. Sweet and dull lambic, watery limonade tasting. Boiled cabbage.

3.0 Bottle. Slightly hazy deep golden color with a thin head. Aroma of wheat with notes of apple. Some saltiness in taste. Medium thin body.

3.0 Bottle at home. Yellow color, middle foam size. Good balanced beer. Drinkable and fits into style.
