4.0 Bottle- pours orange with a big white head. Aroma is grapefruit, caramel and cereal malt. Taste is hop citrus up front with a caramely hop finish, was expecting a harsh finish but its quite smooth.
3.7 Bottle. Amber, cloudy with a huge foamy offwhite head. Aroma of hops, caramel and citrus. Bitter taste with a strong Hoppy ending, cheers Moffa.
3.7 (Moylans Hopsickle Imperial India Pale Ale) At MOUT Bierfestival, Nijmegen, 150 ml. Deep copper orange colour on the body, tall and thick off-white head on top, with very good retention. Aroma has caramel malts, oranges, orange peel, a bit of grass and straw too. Nicely bitter taste with caramel malts, faint citrus, oranges. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Good.
3.9 Bottle. Sensoric. Deep amber with white, denied to semi-sensed, three finger head. Good head retention and perfect lacing. Aroma is mainly resinous and piney with strong citrus accent (orange, grapefruit), in the background hints of tropical fruits. Moderately balanced with some caramel and candy-like notes. Taste is medium to high bitter, rather constant thru the whole of degustation, but slightly intensifies in the end. Medium to full body, sticky and creamy texture, average carbonation, finish is medium bitter and long. In overall nice DIPA, totally focused on rather piney and resinous hops. Nice bitterness. definitely worth trying for beer and hops geeks.
4.2 On tap at St. Augustine’s. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma is hoppy, sweet, resin. Taste is sweet, resin, hoppy, some skunky notes. Skunky, grassy bitterness aftertaste. Very good!
4.8 Amazing massive hoppy imperial IPA, so bloody good I can’t really fault it. Everything I want in an IIPA. Absolutely loved it, apart from the fact it costed me $18 AUD!!!
3.1 On tap @ the brewpub during RateBeer weekend. Golden orange appearance with a nice sized white head. Tropical fruit, pineapple, some dank notes in the aroma. Quite malty, goopy, and highly sweet. Moderately high bitterness. Twang, resin, candy, orange citrus, pineapple, pine, and a hint of butter in the mouth. Ok.
3.8 Bottle. Unsure of vintage. Golden pour with white head. Herbal, grassy and citrus hop aromas. Herbal, tea, citrus and grassy hop Flavors.
3.5 Bottle - pours orange gold white head - nose and taste of pine, malt, orange peel and tangerine rind - med body
4.1 22o z bottle. Hazy orangy amber, rocky off white heads, sticky lace. Aroma is fruity and hoppy, Loads of citrus, pine and earth, touch of caramel malt. Flavor starts sweet, sticky caramel malt and grapefruit flesh. Starts to dry up mid-pallet, some pine resin and earthy hops move in. Finishes with some orange, and citrus rind bitterness.
3.7 Bottle shared @ Cerveteca, Barcelona - Spain. Color: dark golden blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell: resin and pine with fruity balance. Very nice Imperial IPA, well balanced. Taste: full body with resin and candied fruit notes. Good bitterness, pine and astringent finish. Aftertaste: astringent and high bitterness, sweet resin.
3.6 Draft at the brewpub. Clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is sweet candied hop, pine and orange rind. Flavour is big weed, hop resin, pine, orange rind, sticky hop, caramel. Palate is full and sticky, polish. Moderate carbonation. Some harshness in the finish.
3.6 Draught at Moylans. Almost clear deep orange liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, caramel, biscuit, light raw sugar and bread. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Bit old school, but well brewed.
4.0 Tap at Hoppy Loft, 28th January 16. Darker amber, aroma is floral, citrus, pine. Taste is bitter sweet, lots of hops, lovely
4.3 Bottle. Red amber colour thin head. Lots of fruity caramel aroma. Taste same good sweetness long hoppy bitters some alcohol. Very chewy body. Very good.
4.1 Bottle from the Co-op. Orange copper pour with one finger fluffy head. Big bold hop aroma, taste continues with more hops, assaulting the palate with some real dank bitterness. Bitter finish slides down the throat with some heat. A big, chewy, meaty DIPA. Nice!
4.2 Tap @ basement beer bar, Aalborg. Aroma of intense hops, resin, citrus, tropical fruits, sweet. Hazy amber with no head. Heavy bitterness, alcohol, light+ sweetness. Full body, oily finish, avg. carb., bitter finish.

3.6 650ml bottle. Light hazy orange amber color with off white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel, citrusy fruity, orange, pine. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium to full oily body with soft carbonation.
3.6 100ml draught at Taphouse Copenhagen. Filmy layer over a hazy amber coloured body. Fair lacing. Smell of marmalade, berries, dried fruits and caramel. Malt-fruity taste of caramel, lemon and grapefruit, slightly perfumed. Bittersweet to the ending. Fine bodied. Quite pleasing (13.11.2015).
3.8 650mL bottle from Slowbeer. Hazy orange body, holds a creamy white head. Luscious aroma of hops - bitter orange, mandarin, resiny leaves, pine sap, pink grapefruit juice, with biscuity malt underneath. Seriously slick, chewy, resiny, almost tannic texture, very full moderate carbonation. Malt more pronounced on the body - biscuity, pale caramel/golden syrup, some toastiness - doesn’t last long, assaulted by BIG resiny hops, stacks of sweet mandarin & bitter orange-like citrus notes, leafy, pine, dried herbal undertones linger. Bitterness is all-conquering, lingers for an eternity with a subtle warmth. Very aggressive, very bitter, yet almost a sweetness to the hops, very nice.
3.6 Bomber at home watching RWC 2015. 9.2%, undated. Vibrant dark orange, still, big foamy creamy head, thick lacing. Aroma is rosewater, pine, fresh mint, toffee-ish sweetness. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, smooth. Taste is very punchy - a mouthful of spice up front. Pine, resinous, strongly floral, lots of booze, perfume. Loads of sandalwood in the finish. Woah - probably the hoppiest, most bitter beer I’ve had. A bit too much maybe - slow drinking! Sort of enjoyable and hard work at the same time.
4.0 On tap. Pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Hoppy aroma. Taste is if malt, lots and lots and lots of hops, resin and citrus. A bit sweet but it is completely dominated by hops. Bitter and dry. Very good.
3.9 Bottle at BBF Lab. Golden colour with white head. Herbal, hoppy aroma. Sweet, bitter, hoppy, pine and herbal taste. Medium body.
3.8 Bottle from Bacchalalia, Cambridge. Drunk at home. Dark yellow-orange, somewhat murky. Aroma is pine resin, dough, mango, caramel, raspberry, vanilla (in that order more or less). Big bitter taste, balanced by some fruity sweetness until the end, when the intensity of the bitterness whacks you over the head like a ton of bricks. Focussed bitter finish. Thick, gooey texture, but not so much that you forget that this is an IPA, although a monster one.
3.6 On tap @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours cloudy light amber with dense off-white head. Aroma of citrus, pine needles, bitter herb tea, some caramel. Some sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, extremely bitter finish.
