Lightly hazy gold with a lasting fine foam and aromas of banana and a little creamy yeast. Dry-sweet and smooth, over dry bitterness. Quite light-bodied yet flavoursome.
Weizen, Heu, Hefe, viel Nelke und Banane, relativ schlank gemacht. Ist insgesamt ok.
Cloudy gold, tall white head. Aroma: wheat malts, pleasant esters, light clove. Light to medium body. Taste: relatively dry. Wheat bread, banana, clove, apples. Low bitterness. A quality weizen.
Schöne Trübung, gute Substanz, kräftig herb. Könnte etwas süffiger sein. Trotzdem echt gut. Die Rohstoffe stammen aus ökologischem Landbau - das gibt Sympathiepunkte. Dies schlägt sich aber auf den Preis nieder. Aber schließlich säuft nicht jeder gern Glyphosatrückstände und die paar Cent mehr sind das wert.

Dieses Bier habe ich vor einigen Jahren bereits getrunken, aber jetzt muss ich zugeben, dass es doch weitaus besser ist, als ich es damals empfand.
Es ist ein schön süffiges Bier mit schön fruchtigen Noten nach Banane, Mango und co. Dazu noch bio - ein schönes Bierchen.
Flasche 0,5l: Helles Bernstein, ocker, kräftige Trübung, stabiler feinporiger Schaum; frische + leicht fruchtige Nase, leichte fruchtige Säure, leichte Hopfennoten, sehr kräftige trockene Hefearomen, Malz, Getreide, Karamell, nur leicht bananig, etwas Schokolade; frischer + leicht fruchtiger Körper, malzig-fruchtige Süße, leichte Hopfennoten, sehr kräftige Hefearomen, Malz, Getreide, Karamell, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, dezente trockene Zitrusnoten; angenehmer malzig-fruchtiger Nachgang
Bottle, ty marduk. Pours hazy golden. Aroma and flavor are sweet, candy, wheat, fruits, banana. Overall: ok.

Opaque yellow-golden with a decent white head. Aroma is grass, hay, distant Taste is a little grassy, a little grain, a little fruit, but overall not very intense. Drinkable.

Bottle from Edeka in Rothenburg. Pours hazy yellow with a lasting, thin, foamy, white head; little lacing. Aroma of ripe banana, apple peel, wheat, clove, honey, white bread, kitchen herbs. Taste is medium fruity sweet, very ripe banana mixed with apple cake & some honey; light spicy bitterness brings clove & white pepper, sourish wheat & vague lemon peel bring balance, all supported by a quite 'white' bready & yeasty malty base. Dryish, bit grassy hoppy finish, lingering wheat & ripe banana, rather malty sweet. Medium body, fluffy/oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Drinkable stuff, if not very impressive.

0,5l bottle Nürberg- hazy goldish with a small white head - aromas are intense banana vanilla ? hopfs Fruits ! - Taste is sweet with a bitter end , funny carbonation bananas and hopfs ...one of the most aromatic Weiss I’ve tasted so far!
Strohgelb, mäßig trüb mit viel schneeweißem Schaum. Herb-würziger, getreidiger und verhalten fruchtiger Geruch. Spritziger Antrunk dank lebendiger Kohlensäure und dezenter Säure. Viel kerniges Malz ohne aufdringliche Süße. Zitrusfrüchte. Schlanker Körper, latent wässrig. Wunderbare, für ein Weißbier außergewöhnliche Hopfennote. Nicht besonders komplex, besser: schnörkellos. Enorm süffig.
Typical yeasty wheaty aroma. Light sour, light bitter, medium sweet taste with strong notes of bananas. Tasty.
3/8/2018. Bottle from tegut..., Frankfurt. Pours hazy mid gold with an average sized short lasting just off-white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, malt, yeast and a curious mix of herbs and the like with coriander, parsley, radish and an odd edge of garlic. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, and just a hint of sour. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Drinkable, a little different, not bad.
Bottle 0,5ltr: Hazy yellow colored brew with an soft bitter taste, hints of banana. Very good thirst-quencher for this hot summer day/

Bottle. Hazy orange color with fluffy white head. Aroma is mineralic, bananas, cloves, yeastcake. Taste is bananas, toffee, caramel, cloves. Velvety mouthfeel with super-soft medium carbonation. Solid Weizen, would have guessed this is from the south, not from the Oberpfalz.
Enjoyed: Poured from a bottle into a weizen glass.
Appearance: Hazy yellow/orange colour, with medium head.
Aroma: Wheat, banana/pear.
Palate: Medium body, medium carbonation.
Taste: Sour, hint of grapefruit, wheat, yeast.
Overall impression: Nice, but I had better wheat beer. First impression is too much sourness.

(Flasche) Es hat eine dunkelgelbe Farbe, ist unfiltriert mit einer weßen Schaumkrone. Das Aroma ist malzig, hefig, würzig und ein bisschen bananig. Der Geschmack ist etwas samtig, eindimensional, mit Hefe und Weizen. Es ist spritzig mit einem schlnken Abgang.

Many thanks for this wheat BIO Beer to kevnic2008. Piekna kremowa spora piana. Trwala, bardzo, szampanowe wysycenie, kolor pomarańczowy, metny bardzo ladny z lekkim prześwitem cytrynowym. Zapach swiezej cytryny, limonki i pomarańczy. W smaku trochę daktyli, banana, moreli i brzoskwini. Smaczne bardzo aromatyczne, pyszne i ze zdrowych skladnikow. I co na to firma Monsanto??
