4.0Good taste not strong
3.3Can after Disc golf with Bob. Poured a thin golden color (not hazy at all) with a white head. Aromas of pine and citrus hops. Tastes of the pine, dank, citrus hops with some bitterness.
3.9Is this really a hazy IPA? I think it might be mis-categorized. Just barely hazy, this is really more like a straightforward IPA. Piney, resiny, with grass and bread in the aroma and flavor. It isn't bad, but it sure isn't an NEIPA.
3.8Draft. Aroma is pretty much absent. Flavors of honey, apple and pear, with some piney resinous hoppiness. An atypical hazy (it's only barely hazy), and is more specifically fruity than a Chico-strain west coaster. Whatever it is, it's delightful.
3.0Hazy, medium to full body, weak flavor, crisp and bitter mouthfeel, average length, bitter, tasteless finish. Flavor of greens with a honey background.
Disappointing.
3.8A gift from the Harem. Traveling from RI to the FingerLakes. A pleasant IPA with a bitter side of the balance position. Excellent after the workday outside in the fall. Yum.
2.9Yellow in appearance with a white head. Herbal, floral and pine, some bread, some harsh bitterness
3.4A decent beer. But among all the good hoppy beers, it doesn’t really stand out in any one area.
3.5On tap at Fenway Johnny's in Boston. Pours super light yellow-gold with a tiny white head and lacing. Aroma: honey, faint citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor: honey, kiwi fruit, pears. Mouthfeel: light-bodied, crisp and refreshing. More like a pilsner than an IPA.
2.0Slightly cloudy yellowish and light. Bitter tasting, not many interesting flavors except a slight bitter piney after taste.
Was a draft from Waxy O'Connor's. I would not get this again.
2.6Can at Craig's. Pours yellow, nose is onion, grass, herbal, taste is similar, dry.
3.1Can at home ... light hazy amber ...light dry .. soft green hop nose .. sodt floral peach fruit nose ... soft floral green hop ... little cheesey finish
3.8Can. Moderate grain for the malt, heavy pine for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with hints of pineapple, medicine and damp wood in the background. Head is average size, frothy turning wispy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy light amber. Flavor starts faintly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and bitter. Palate is medium, slick, with a lively carbonation and a dry finish. An excellent New England IPA.
3.3Can from Dorgan's. Hazy golden colour. Pine, citric, fairly bitter, a bit harsh.
4.0Bright clear golden hue with a thick foamy white head. Bright orange citrusy floral dank aroma that’s fresh and a touch peppery and clean. Bright pale malt clean flavor with a lovely nuanced floral hoppy flavor with a hint of light tropical notes. Really nuanced and charming.
3.6From tap at the brewery. Unclear to light hazy yellow golden color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, caramel, light grass, floral, citrus, bread. Sweet and light to moderate bitter taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.
3.7On tap at Night Shift, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out moderately dank, earthy hops, with some pine, and clean biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy, dank, piney hops and dry biscuity malt to back. Very dank and dry. Good stuff.
3.7On draft, pours a clear amber, dense rocky white head. Tropical fruit, melon, and some citrus fruit on the nose. Taste is a little thin compared to the aroma, nice bitter finish
3.8Pale golden pour with a thick white head. The aroma has a bit of bright pineapple, lemon and a touch of fruit. There's a bit of lean pepper and a little bit of grapefruit zest. Dry malt base, firm bitterness and a bit of soft grapefruit zest. There's a lingering citrusy aroma and flavour. Pretty solid.
3.5Can. Haxy golden body. Frothy white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, toasted grain, citrus, orange, tropical fruit, light onion. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of grapefruit, lemon, pine. Lightly sour, but a nice chnage of pace from all the murky, milkshake, orange juice IPAs. Still a bit watered down.
3.7On tap at the brewery Everett Boston. Gold amber haze lasting white head. more of a straight up ipa with less dry hopping. Sherbet hop on the finish. Bitter. I rather liked it. As I say just more up front. Good fruit. Some tropical some citrus. Over carbonated and slightly harsh good though.
3.6Tap at brewery. Pours clear gold. Aroma and flavor are citrus, faint pine, pale malt, light toast, faint caramel, and dry bitter finish. Medium body
3.8Pours a clear deeper golden color with a thick white head. Leaves nice lacing. Aroma is of fresh hops, grass, malts, slight toastiness, and a little citrus. Crisp and carbonated palate. Flavor is of hops, citrus, kiwi, orange peels, malts, and grain. Leaves a fresh tart citrusy hopped finish. Definitely a thirst quencher on a nice and sunny afternoon.
3.8On tap at The Loft, N. Andover, MA. Appearance is clear, golden yellow, with no sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is grapefruit, herbal. Taste as aroma. Palate medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation with finish as taste. Overall, smooth drinking without a lot of nuance/complexity--mostly grapefruit, as you'd expect from Mosaic--slightly more bitter than sweet, but solid.
3.8Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Bright citrus, passionfruit and coconut on the nose. Tropical coconut and durian on the palate. Very crisp and clean on palate. Finish has medium bitterness and lingering dry, tropical note. Very nice.
3.7Shared 16 oz. can. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma and taste of tropical fruit, pineapple, pine. Good.
3.8Aroma: Lots of tropical notes; Appearance: hazy orange pour with thin white head; Taste: nicely balanced; hoppy and malty with crisp tropical finish; Palate: medium body with medium finish; Overall: delicious. Would definitely get again.
4.0Draft pour at Local 149 in South Boston. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, citrus. Tastes of floral notes, citrus, pine. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice.
4.4Fresh aroma with a pale straw color. Small but lasting head, & a lil bit of lacing on the glass. Very dry mosaic hoppy taste... crisp.
3.7Poured a slightly hazy gold. It smelled subtly of grapefruit, grass, and bread. Also a little lemony. It was very crisp and had a very dry hoppiness.
