Aroma is of farmhouse yeast, pepper, citrus, soft fruits - Clean mouthfeel, medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Taste is a crisp sweetness, tempered with herbal notes, mild pepperiness, mild sourness from the yeast. Great saison. Unreal aroma and depth of character.
2.9 caramel, medicine, Savage yeast and Grass for the aroma. Lacks elegance, not much complexity. Deep amber with thiny white head. Medicine with Burns caramel, no much flavour. This is Just a Corpse.

4.0 Has a hazy golden colour and a decent off white head which hangs around nicely. I really like aroma, it’s quite citrusy and fruity. The citrus taste also comes through, a bit like grapefruit for me. Good mouthfeel which matches well to the beer. Overall, I’d happily buy one again.
3.6 Tap at Pudel in Tallinn. Hazy golden colour, head off-white, retaining and lacing rather nicely. Fresh fruity, citrusy, wheaty aroma. Tastes similarily, with an enjoyable juiciness to it. Acidic notes and grassy hoppiness in the finish. Medium dryness and thin carbonation. Did not notice the ABV when drank it - I’m now very much surprised to see it’s 7.5! A well done brew.
4.2 Une très belle saison marquée par l’amertume et la fraîcheur du houblon sur un fond de citron et de gingembre, la bouche est très raffraîchissante, longue, fruitée et équilibrée. Un régal après cette longue journée.
