This Belgian Ale is what you could call a wit with an attitude. We are generous with all our ingredients - including both orange peel and coriander. This does not stop this ale from being a good companion with seafood dishes.

Loistava maitokauppaolut.
2.7 A little bit anonymous, we are not sure about the smoke whether this was good or not
3.8 50 cl, bottle conditioned, batch #1548-C. Hazy, lemon-yellow, rich carbonation, thin head. Aromas of wheat and fruity yeast esters. Sparkling mouthfeel, very refreshing and citrusy. Orange peel and spicy coriander. Very nice indeed. With yeast sediments added and a more aggressive pour, it becomes even more hazy, with a two-finger off-white head. It make quite a difference in the aftertaste, and make it last longer.
3.4 hay, citrus, grass, pale, hazy, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, light body, oily feel, soft carbonation,

3.0 Aroma of malt, citrus and yeast. Taste is much of the same but also hops and coriander. A little bit to much of them both I think, at least og the coriander. Ok for a supermarkedbeer, but not much more.

3.3 50cl bottle@mexican food restaurant@approx 7 degrees C. Pours either almost clear or quite misty yellow depending on how you pour with regards to the yeast. Huge white head with good retention. Very clear wit aroma of coriander, citrus, yeast and a hint of bitter orange. Rounded, almost heavy, wit taste, bordering on hefeweissen as it gets warmer, but in a nicely balanced sense. Good wit. Nøgne Ø again show their craftmanship. Well tasting in itself and also a great companion to quite heavy, spized mexican food.
