2.4 low carbonation, thin malt taste, citrus hop smell but not yoo much citrus taste. bitte end.
3.1 400ml bottle [courtesy of bartlebier, mange tak!]. Barely clear, amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Malty-spicy aroma, slightly floral and citrusy hoppy overtones, hints of lemon, lemon tea. Taste is minimally caramel malty, malt-spicy, doughy-yeasty, floral and citrusy hoppy overtones, a touch of lemon and lemon tea. Reminds me somehow of a Dampfbier or California Common. Nice.
2.1 Very generic, not getting a whole lot of the cascade hops. Probably an old can. Doesn’t have a lot of character at all really.
2.0 Amber color. Small head. Small hoppy aroma. Thin, watery body. Not much taste at all...
3.3 Ljus och klar. En lager men en snäll balanserad lager. Ganska intetsägande men heller inga felsmaker.
3.1 400ml on-tap at Mama Ludbas restaurant, Copenhagen (44 Danish Krone): A basic & fairly average pale lager overall here, this one was drinkable but fairly light overall for the most part. There was some nice malts & a little sweetness in short bursts throughout but not much else grabbed my attention & it seemed too much like a regular macro lager for my liking; I can’t imagine it’s one I’ll go for again to be honest.
2.8 Fruity and some malt on the nose. The taste is malty, light wheat, lightly fruity and slightly watery. Decent bitterness which fills the top and front of the mouth to a weak moment. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.
3.2 Golden/orange color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Taste of citrus and hops aswell, with a hint of caramel. Light body with medium carbonation. No doubt, it’s most preferable on a hot summer day.
3.0 Tasted from the tap on the 11/02/2016. It´s all I remember of this one. I was very wasted. Next one please!
3.2 SB Oskarshamn, burk. Ungt bryggeri. Fint skum. Finns inte på flaska på SB . Lite för varm. Slår den Pistonhead ?
3.6 clear, reddish golden color with average, white head, citrus and fruity smell, notes of caramell, medium to heavy sweet, medium bitter, average carbonation, thin mouthfeel, bitter finish. Very drinkable nice beer.
3.2 Bottle bought in Netto. Clear amber with a short lasting white head. Caramel and citrus (maybe some pine) aroma. Nicely balanced taste with sweet malt and bitter and slightly sour hop flavour. Fairly heavy body is lightened by a good amount of carbonation. Best cold and not good once it has been sitting for half an hour.
3.3 Bottle 400ml. Copper with an offwhite head. Lots of caramel and malts in the aroma. More of this in the taste, which also is fairly sweet. Hop notes with a hint at the pale ales. Not one of the average mass-produced lagers...
3.7 400 ml bottle. Golden and clear. Solid head. Cascade aromas. Sweet, hoppy and malty taste. Very Nice mouthfeel and a good balance of bitter and malt Sweetnes . Først US lager to taste
3.0 How: Bottle. Where: Systembolaget. Appearance: Golden colour with a white head. Aroma: Malt, citrus, caramel, hops. Body: Medium body and carbonation. Flavour: Malt, hops, caramel.
3.2 40cl Netto DK bb03/2016, how is this retired? - Pours a flabbier, porous amber. Sweet caramel suada of baked cake, sweet orange, vanilla, strawberry even, floral elements - quite flowery for a lager, if diffuse. Taste builds on those aromas straight with not all that much definition, but making good use of the Cascades’ dried orange zest and a confident herbal finish.
2.8 bread, hay, grass, grainy, caramel, floral, amber colour, medium white head, Heavy sweetness, lightly bitter, a bit salty. Feels like the way a macro would feel brewed in a slightly better brewery.. Medium body, soft carbonation, slightly spicy and sweet finish. Mediocre.
3.0 Pours clear copper with low white head. Aroma of malt, caramel and light citrus. Taste is bready sweet with light citrusy finish. Body is light and smooth with soft carbonation.
2.8 Kraftig, fyldig og god eftersmag. Savner lidt spænding, men er god tilat drikke for hyggens skyld, ikke prøvet til noget mad.
3.0 400ml bottle. Clear copper body with a medium white head. Citrus, caramel, corn, pineapple and light bread.
3.1 Flaska från systemet - rätt unken arom, en viss sötma med. Lite mörkare till färgen med vit skumkrona. Torr smak med med karamelltoner. Försiktigt besk.
4.1 A danish, amber American Lager with high, white head. Aroma is hoppy, caramel, malty. Taste is bitter.
2.9 Bottle. Clear golden/amber, medium white head, dissipates quick. Aroma is malty with bread, honey, crackers, slight hoppy touch. Taste about the same, bready, sweet notes, minimal hoppy character, slight thin mouthfeel.
2.8 400 ml bottle. Golden with white head. Sweet Malty with biscuits, caramel, fruit and syrup. Slightly bitter finish. Sweet with medium bitterness and low carbonation. Too sweet for me.
3.4 Pours clear light amber with low white head Aromas of corn, sweet malt, bread, lager yeast Taste is sweet, has grain, bread, herbs
3.6 Cor de mel, límpida. Espuma abundante de média duração. Aroma de lúpulo cítrico e um pouco floral. Sabor refrescante, cítrico, com toques de menta e florais. Retrogosto levemente amargo, cítrico, de média duração.
2.9 40cl bottle. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Aroma has pilsner malts, slight caramel and pale malts and some fruity hops. Taste is pretty sweet malty up front, but with a pretty nice, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium high carb and medium light body. Decent lager actually.
3.3 Copenhagen 11/9 2014. 40 cl bottle from Netto. The Classic Nørrebro Bryghus bottle. Pours dark yellow with strong white head which quickly subsides. Flowery aroma typical for American pale ales. Maybe a slightly metallic edge. Soft mouthfeel. Suprisingly subdued taste compared to the smell. Bitter lasting aftertaste. Pretty nice for a Danish beer trying to imitate an American craft beer.
3.2 duft. malt sødme. karamel. honning lyng. lidt citrus. smag: malt sød. karamel. citrus smag lidt blomster smag. honning sød
2.9 Bottle from local supermarket in Copenhagen, DK. Pours golden-orange with a small off-white head, high carbonation. Aroma is citrus hops, fruity, light malt. Refreshing hop bitterness.
