3.1 Bottle from Føtex, DK. Pours slighlty hazy amber-brown with creamy off-white to yellow-ish head. Medium high carbonation. Well balanced beer with yeasty notes of fruits and hoppy notes of resin. Medium sourness.
Smaken følger aroma, men litt vanntette munfølse.
3.4 Tap @ brewery 2012. Reddish brown with thin cream head. Deep malt and fruitcake aromas. Caramel malt, fruitcake and spice flavours. Smooth mouthfeel
2.8 Bottle, 40cl. Pours nutty red amber colour with a slight, yet creamy beige-head. Light roasted malty sweetness in the nose, fruity and followed by subtle hobs note. Medium sweet, with more noticeable fruits in the flavour. Light sour and bitter in both start and end, albeit in the latter. Okay balance but not as such exciting. Medium body, average carbonation.
2.9 Mild, creamy, nutty red beer. Pleasant and aromatic. Goes well on its own or served with food.
3.9 Backlog, i love when people tackle this style, and as such i think this is a underrated beer.
3.0 Pours deep clear brownish amber with low white head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, hay. Taste is mellow bitter with bready sweet finish. Body is light with soft carbonation.
3.2 Pours reddish brown with almost no head. Aroma is caramel, honey, malts, raisins. Taste is caramel, hay, raisins, honey, slight metallic tones as well.
2.6 40 cl, flaske, 5,5 %, købt i Netto, smagt 12. september 2013. Men bitterheden dominerer. Fint kulsyreindhold.
2.9 Mostly caramel aroma and flavor that dominates. Ok for a red ale but nothing special. Cloudy appearance and little head, muddled flavors

3.2 Bottle from Irma, Copenhagen - Pours dark amber/copper with a small off-white head. Caramel malt most prominent here, with some slight hop notes. and dark dried fruit nuances on the pallate. Nothing amazing, but not bad all the same.

3.5 60 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 06.04.2009 Aroma has resin, malty notes, toffee and some berries. Flavour has berries, toffee, some fruity hops and hints of hay. I am not really sure why I like this – but I do.

2.3 400 ml bottle - pours deep red amber with no head. Aroma is nutty and earthy. Body is (very) light and low in flavour. Fail...
2.7 Bottle @ home. Little aroma some citrus. Almoste no head. Well balanced taste.
3.6 Stunning streng red color and a fine fruity taste. Derved cold but with a Chimay glass....
3.5 Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass redish brown. Small head. Sweet-malty aroma. Starts mild, intense malty and quite sweet. Fine spicy. More and more fruity. Finish milder, a bit drier, fine malty. Finish a bit unbalanced. Okay.
3.3 Denmark, September 2009. REd copper color with a quickly dossolving head. CAramel Malty aroma, with lots of aroamtic flower hops. Thin bodied Sweet caramel, malt again very aroamtic hops dominated. Not your typical irish ale, but qutie interesting, would love to try this on tap very fresh
3.2 Draught @ Nørrebro Bryghus, København Pours clear dark amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel and floral hops. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
2.7 Draught @ Nørrebro Bryghus on October 15. Pours deep amber with a small gray head. Taste is very subtle with some sweet fruits. Taste is dry and subtle with some orange zest and a light bitterness. Not very impressed by this at all...
3.0 (40 cl on tap at Riz Raz) Pours a clear, copper red with light, off-white head, lace and decent retention. Aroma is moderately malty with a hint of fruit. Full-bodied, lively carbonation, oily texture with a sweet finish. Taste is mildly sweet with some lightly bitter notes coming through. Quenching.
