3.6 Can from Waitrose. Pours milky yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is bitter, pithy citrus, pineapple and passion fruit. Light bitter finish.
4.2 Can 440ml (BB: 28/01/23); Look: very hazy/opaque pale orange with a bubbly/frothy white head. Nice lacing. Moderate carbonation. Aroma: pine, mango, pineapple, citrus, ripe, juicy Body: medium end of thin Taste: lovely malt base, moderwte bitterness, citrus, mango, pineapple Overall: this is excellent. Great all rounder. Juicy tropical fruit flavours and aroma. Looks good. So drinkable. Only one can... 😞
3.7 Sampled from a can. Pours a very hazy orange gold with a foaming white head. Dryish on the palette. Aromas of pineapple and mango and a taste dominated by tropical fruit flavours of pineapple, mango, peach and bitter orange marmalade. Some hint of skunkiness from the American hops. Long, fruity aftertaste and very full mouthfeel. Carbonation is medium. Good, but the clumsy hop flavour dominates the other taste elements.
2.0 Notes of grapefruit, rather bland
3.5 From Park Farm sainos
3.9 Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours cloudy light orange with large white head. Aroma is intense fruity and hoppy with notes of pineapple, mango, orange, peach and hints of rubber, tobacco and cedar wood. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and juicy with intense pineapple, orange, peach, mango and again hints of rubber, tobacco and wood.
3.0 Pours a hazy blonde colour. Taste is hoppy and citrusy with some tropical fruit. Its ok
3.4 Puszka. Mętne o dość ciemnym, żółtym kolorze. Piana biała, średnia, opada szybko. W zapachu i smaku sporo owoców morele, brzoskwinie, marakuja i mango. Słodkie w odbiorze. Owoce cytrusowe, słodkie mandarynki i pomarańcze mieszają się z grejpfrutem. W tle gotowana cebula. Wysycenie małe, goryczka umiarkowana. Nie jest złe ale również nie powala na kolana...
2.8 Can. 1st REVIEW 2022 Rating: 3.0 Was looking forward to this, but it really falls short. First impression: leaden and flat. It overpowers any fruit that’s there. It’s clumsy with no subtlety. The fruit does make a welcome appearance halfway down the can but the highlight is just a pleasant alcohol warmth. Average. 2nd REVIEW 2023: Have to rate this again. By chance had a half can freebie tonight and - what a difference! This time there’s a really nice nose and it’s light with lovely refreshing fruitiness. This is a TOTAL contrast to the previous one. Very nice! Must have been a dodgy can last year… 3rd Review Aug 2023 This more like the first can reviewed above. It’s so flat and lifeless. Like a still soft drink. Quality control? £4 wasted. Rating changed from 3.4 to 2.8.
3.6 44cl can enjoyed in a shaker on 05-Jun-2022. Hazy orange amber in colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, stone fruit and pine. Medium body and carbonation. Taste of malt, grapefruit, orange, mango, peach and floral hops. Moderate bitterness. A tasty, well balanced NEIPA.
3.8 Hazy yellow. Lots of fruity flavours that hit you hard from the start. Flavours are quite assertive although not that unusual. Much of a muchness from a brewery that I am warming too. Could have been better though.
3.6 Pine and resin, juice and grapefruit. The alcohol is there but doesn't dominate. Soft mango and papaya cut through with a bitter finish. Proper IPA.
3.4 440ml can from Sainsburys. Murky yellow with a thin, white, head. Tropical fruits, soft and creamy mouth feel, rich tea malts and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
3.2 A strong aroma of grapefruit and citrus. The small white creamy head has a normal duration. The body is light yellow. A strong taste of grapefruit, light sour with some yeast, quite nice. The body is light to medium strong, creamy with a normal carbonation.
4.1 Northern Monk Heathen 7.1%. Hazy amber, pine and grapefruit aroma, medium bodied, pale malt, tropical fruit, tropical fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, rich flavours. Stunning Hazy IPA from Leeds, West Yorkshire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
3.2 Tasty IPA with a 7.2 percent kick fruity and malty background the Faith IPA is the better option but good beer from Northern Monk as always
2.8 March 2022. Large can from LowCostBeers. I like these strong hazy pale beers. This is soft and fruity with a gentle buzz. Pleasantly fragrant. Biscuit malt. Nice. [2.8]
4.0 Can. Cloudy pale yellow. White head. Aromatic, grassy, herbal hops. Hay, hemp, citrus, pomelo. Mildly sweet, moderately bitter. Prickly carbonation. Great.
3.8 440ml. can. @"home", 28/09/2021 [#4.249 Global - #472 England - #47 Northern Monk Brew Co.] Very hazy yellow pour with a medium off-white head. Good retention. Aroma: tangerine, tangy lemon and sweet malts. Taste: juicy orange, grapefruit, sweet malts. Bit sweet but pleasant. Next one please!
3.7 Hazy golden beer, white head. Light zesty aroma. Flavour is lemony, grapefruity, some grassy hop. Fresh, bittersweet, fruity, tasty.

3.9 440ml (7.2%; SYD609) at home on 24 Feb 2021, purchased 28 Sep 2020 (bb 5 Mar 2021): floral, grassy, lemon aroma, golden with a bit of a haze, thin cream head, good patchy lacing, juicy tropical fruits flavour, smooth, sweet.
3.4 A very easy drink, light and enjoyable. I could see why drinking this could become a habit 😉
3.7 Una muy conseguida neipa. De cuerpo ligera, balance perfecto de lúpulo en boca, no agresiva en la bajada, no olorosa, con notas típicas de la levadura británica. Recomendable y repetirle.
3.9 Llauna beat cafè Lleida. Color groc hazy. Espuma fina, amb correcta retenció. Bon aroma citric i tropical, gust en la línia. Sedosa i agradable. Bona
3.9 This can is coming from a beer store, marché Beauvais, place de l'Aligre with a yellow/orange body and troubled, average carbonation white foam. A classical ipa, pleasant to get a pleasant moment with your friends or family, this one is malty, nice note of pineapple, fruity, heavier than the faith version, citrus, bitter and the hop is the boss here.
3.7 440ml can from Bottle & Board, Peterborough, bb 05/03/2021 Pale orange, very cloudy - almost milky, white head, ok lacing. Nose - wet hops, citrus. Taste - citrus.
4.1 Tap at Flandes. Hazy golden. Tropical hops, mango, citric, slightly dank. Fresh, well drinkable.
3.8 27.9.2020: 440 ml can at home, 7.2% ABV, bb. 5.3.2021, bought at qbeer. Pours a very hazy milky pale straw-yellow with a white head. The aroma is fruity and pretty hoppy with lots of citrus fruits and stone fruits, orange, orange zest, grapefruit, nectarine, pineapple, some mango, some underlying lightly sweetish pale malt and oats. Medium-full pillowy body with a soft carbonation, a light to medium soft sweetness and a light bitterness - well balanced. The flavor is again fruity with sweet citrus fruits, ripe tangerine, orange, ripe nectarines, some pineapple, some mango and some sweetish pale malt. Finishes with a very light to light bitterness. Overall a really decent NEIPA without being exceptional. Aroma: 8 Appearance: 4 Taste: 8 Palate: 4 Overall: 14
