Nya Carnegiebryggeriet 100W IPA

100W är en elektrifierande ljus ofiltrerad IPA i amerikansk stil med toner av grapefrukt, mango och passionsfrukt. Den har en fruktig och frisk arom som spelar väl med en fyllig kropp och en bestämd men balanserad beska. Namnet? Jo, ölet kom till när vi skulle brygge vår hundrade brygg. Dessutom ligger vårt bryggeri i den gamla Lumafabriken.
Malt: Pilsnermalt, ljus karamelmalt. Humle: Bravo, Amarillo, Centennial, Mosaic. Jäst: Brooklyn House Ale.

3.6 Really great aroma, lots of fruitiness mixed with maltier notes. Nice look also. Taste is lightly toast bread, with some exotic fruit.

2.8 Aroma; citrus, pine, sweet malt notes. Look; offwhite head on golden amber body. Taste; pine, leaves, tropical fruits, pale malts, bark, bread, n finishes balanced as PA. Feel; okay body n co². Overall; it`s a light ipa. [bottle @Systembolaget]

2.5 Flaska från Systembolaget. Ljust gyllengul vätska med vitt skum. Sädig och lätt tvålig doft. Tvåligheten återkommer i smaken. Medelfyllig munkänsla med eldighet.

3.2 Ljusgul med fint vitt skum. Doftar fruktigt, citrus, tallbarr, lite ananas och mango. Smaken fyllig, besk, lite söt. Eftersmaken lång med bred beska, lite söt på slutet.

3.5 Beer tasting at Nya Carnegiebryggeriet, Stockholm. IPA with tropical fruit, grass and citrus. Clear amber body and white head. Great.

3.9 Bottle at home in the garden, picked up in Stockholm, 20th September 19. Pours a straw colour almost clear. Aroma is pine, floral and citrus. Taste is bitter, some aromatic notes, lemon, grapefruit and pine. It’s a really solid beer actually, good IPA, I could drink plenty of this.

3.2 Ganske gyllenbrun i farge. Litt sitrussmak, noe bitter, også utpreget maltsmak.

3.8 opalescent pale yellow colour, medium sized dense white head, which lasts for a few minutes; aroma of pineapple, mango, some grapefruit, biscuity and celery notes; taste has basically the same notes with denfinite hoppy bitterness; good one, though has some slightly disturbing rotten notes in its taste

Hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, passion-fruit, pine needles, orange peel, mango, honey and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a good hop profile. Nice one.

3.5 Appearance is clear and golden, with a small foamy clingy white head. Aroma- malt, fruity hops, pine, orange, wheaty malt, caramel hints. Taste- wheat, cereal malt, fluffy mouthfeel, juicy orange, pineapple and grapefruit undertones, bitter hops at the finish.
