3.1 Złote, klarowne. Piana skąpa, jednak stabilna. Aromat słodowy. Przyjemny. Nutki chmielu. Wysycone w sam raz. Raczej wytrawne. W smaku też słodowo. Z lekką trawiastą goryczką. Porządne czeskie.

2.6 Jasno złote, klarowne piwo o średniej pianie, która redukuje się do zera. Aromat słaby słodowy, średnio przyjemny. W smaku słodowe. Goryczka niska. Ogólnie piwo przeciętne, jak na czeski jasny lager nawet słabe, za mało chmielowy.

2.7 Barwa złocista, piwo klarowne, piana niezbyt trwała. Aromat słaby, w smaku delikatna nuta słodowa. Piwo lekkie, trochę wodniste, na plus goryczka. Wysycenie średnie, goryczka średnia do niskiej, krótka.

2.9 Trochę mało chmielu, przez co i goryczka niezbyt wysoka, za to bardziej czuć słód, do tego DMS i diacetyl, jednak na akceptowalnym poziomie. Nieco wodniste, ale pijalne. Ogółem średnie.

Taste is light sweet, malt, grassy bitterness. Not outstanding but drinkable.

3.6 The bottle is notable for the picture of the great Czech author, Bohumil Hrabal, who lived and grew up in the Nymburk Brewery (there is also a bust of him in the Prague pub U Zlateho Tygr where he used to hang out). The beer is named after one of his novels. It is a very drinkable, light pilsner with a fresh taste. It is lightly malty with a fairly long-lasting head - very enjoyable on a lazy summer day. It reminds me of the 11 degree Kozel, but with less bitterness

2.7 Auch auf dem Etikett dieser Flasche aus Nymburk lächtelt Buhumíl Hrabal herab, der in der Brauerei gewohnt hat und daher so etwas wie das Maskottchen ist und seine Werke Biernamen der Brauerei sind. Es ist ein klassisches elfgrädiges Helles, das aber etwas zu viel Säure hat. Es ist ein recht gutes Bier, aber auch kein Top-Bier; es fehlt mir etwas an Süffigkeit.

3.0 Butelka 0,5 l, jako Nymburk Postřižinské Jedenáctka. Piwo złote, klar. Piana biał, bardzo obfita, gęsta, trwała, z ładną koronką. W aromacie nuty kwiatowe, ziołowe wpadające jakby w lekki melon, lekkie siarki i gotowanych warzyw, słodowe. W smaku praktycznie wytrawne, lagerowo czyste, ziołowość, trawiastość, siano, słód, skórka od chleba. Pełnia niska, wysycenie wysokie, goryczka średnio niska do średniej, ziołowa, zaznaczona, lekko łodygowa. Przyzwoity czeski pils, bez diacetylu, za to z lekką siareczką i dms na akceptowalnym poziomie, pijalne, choć nie zachwycające.

3.0 Can. Pours amber with medium white head. Aroma is fresh, malty, bitter, dry, some grass notes, resin. Taste is malty, dry, bitter, some fruity notes. Nice beer!

2.5 500ml can from Metro, drunk at home on a warm October afternoon. Pours clear with a thin fluffy white head that settled fast, minimal lacing, rising carbonation for a minute or so. Gold in colour. Aromas driven by biscuit and caramel malts with some slightly citrus and floral hop presence. In the mouth, low carbonation, mild bitterness from the onset, flavours broadly consistent with the aromas, a little sweetness - especially at the back of the palate, light to medium texture with a gently bitter, full-flavoured finish. Overall, lightly hopped and pleasantly malty, not bad for the style, but nothing special either.

1.9 No smaczne to to nie jest. Bardzo wyraźne nuty zjełczałego masła, nieprzyjemna, karmelowa słodowość, właściwie brak jakiejkolwiek goryczki. Fuuuu

3.2 [Can from Billa @ Ostrava] Grain in the aroma with sweetish hints of maltiness. Bit hoppy sign as describer. Taste is semi dry with notes of grain fleshed out with bread, malty toughness (it seems like diacetyl fullness) and hoppy herbal scratches. Good one, but maybe finish is too astringent.
