3.7 Orange trouble. Nez exotique avec ananas, mangue etc. Bouche ronde, fraîche et fruitée (ananas, citron, pamplemousse, mangue), un peu de caramel. Finale moyennement amère. Sympa!
3.2 Can - 11 months old, so may have dulled. Light yellow hazy - as expected. Nice, with sweet, bubble gum sweetness, malt taste upfront. Hopping kicks in with citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and quickly dissipates and bitter aftertaste. Pleasant and drinkable - no idea this was 6.8% apart from the buzz after a can, no real heat from the alcohol.
3.7 Llauna Hopt. Color groc taronja tèrbol. Aroma i gust afruitat, punt maltos i dolç que no acaba d encaixar amb l estil. Amargor baixa. Tot i així, bona
3.9 1 pint can. Appearance is a very hazy dull orange, topped with two fingers of white froth which really persists for a while. Aroma is a mix of citrus, tropical fruits and herbal, floral piney notes, a mix which creates an aroma of grapefruit for me. Taste is similar, a bit of citrus and tropical fruity sweetness, grapefruit, bitter reds and pine and resin. It's less sweet than I would expect from a NEIPA, but then, this just markets itself as a hazy IPA. Medium bodied, dry consistent, moderate carbonation.
3.7 Poured from the 473mL can (pkgd 12/04/2020 - 5 months old). Cloudy yellow with white head. Mild bready malt, tropical and citrus hops, hops show their age slightly, but still hold up decently. Quite good.
4.1 This wine made an early impression on me, simply because of the leisurely whale shark on the can. Bright yellow, cloudy like a cup of tropical juice, with dense white foam. The aroma wasn't as strong as I'd expected, but it was surprisingly relaxing. Intense aromas of tropical fruits, mango and pineapple seem to stand out, but the overall aromas tend to be long rather than intense. The same is true of the drink, which at first glance seems a little bland, but has a different feeling. Aroma between the mouth, as the tongue spread to the whole body, soft but do not lose in the strength. What's worth mentioning is the persistence of the aroma. I sip it slowly until the last drop, which is almost as good as the first drop. It is not as fragrant as the usual NE, but it has a different path, like the picture in the jar, in the summer sea breeze, with an interesting book to serve wine, beautiful, isn't it
3.7 Not bad, aroma, taste all belong to the medium level, is the price is a little bit expensive, or is also a relatively good ration wine.
3.3 Aroma: sharp hop with sweet deep caramel Appearance: cloudy orange, white fluffy head and sheet lacing Taste: some vitamin C sharp, rich malt Palate: sweet long finish
3.8 PKG 03/25/20. From a can poured a clouded yellow-amber (looks like pineapple juice) with 2cm of off-white open foam that retained very well and laced poorly; little bit of yeasty sediment settled. Carbonation low, slow and medium to coarse. Aroma moderately strong of tropical fruits (mostly sweet pineapple) and citrus (lemon); juicy. Taste is lots of tropical fruits (pineapple mostly) with hints of citrus (initially slightly tart lemon moving on to grapefruit) which is then over-ridden by sweet citrus (orange); like an alcoholic fruit juice; low bitterness. Medium body. Smooth, crisp, clean, refreshing and dry with a slightly oily mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Nice and juicy.
4.3 Sweet and tangy classic delicious hazy beer.
3.5 Can. Pours out a hazy golden colour. White head. Nice hoppy flavours with tropical fruits standing out. Some sweetness to the taste and restrained bitterness. Good.
3.9 11/24/20 - Tallahassee, Fl - Market Square Liquors - 16 oz can. Hazy, bright golden, bubbly off-white head, a bit of bubbly lacing. Tropical oriented aroma, pineapple and papaya. Fruit-forward flavor, pineapple, passion fruit come to mind. Hints of spice, some coriander, a touch of pepper. Juicy, thick mouthfeel.
3.5 Clean as a whistle. A little spice, pepper, aniseed tinged rocks. Light touch for 6.8%, surprisingly so. Tails just a fraction on the finish. Well made. 300 baht Duke of Beerington.
4.1 (Can) Pours cloudy (well, opaque really) amber with huge white head. Lovely aroma of pine with fruity notes. Full bodied with plenty of bright carbonation giving excellent mouthfeel. Great taste, assertive but well balanced. It’s driven by hop bitterness, but there’s refreshing fruit notes at the front, there’s alcohol apparent particularly in the finish and a subtle fruity, biscuity sweetness in the mid palate. Very nice.
3.7 Can from Dan Murphy's on 6 November 2020. Relax indeed - if this big ass can of hazy goodness doesn't help you relax nothing will. At 6.8% ABV it boozy but not too boozy. There is no shortage of haziness when this beer is poured into the glass. Looks good and tastes even better.
3.9 Can. Pours a cloudy golden orange with a creamy white head. Aroma was tropical with pineapple and citrus. Flavor was juicy and smooth with tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple, grapefruit and had some dankness.
3.8 From a can to a glass. Pours a hazy light amber color with a huge frothy creamy silky head. Aroma is light tropical hops and light bready malt notes. Taste follows the aroma with a medium mouthfeel. Decent Hazy ipa!
3.8 16 oz. can, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out stone fruits, some tropical fruits, citrus hops, and a hint of dankness. Flavour is very juicy, with a nice tropical stone fruit juiciness, slightly dank citrus hopping, and a fairly dry bready malt base. Really nicely juicy with none of that yeasty, chalky character that destroys most hazies. Pleasant bitter, juicy but dry finish. Excellent.
3.6 Thick with hops and citrus, but the smell fades quickly to cereal grains and a super tiny bit skunked. A nice hop assault but the malt tries to fight through for some odd random sweetness. Important to note that It is well made and a nice recipe which allows for nit-picking like this. Guessing the faults would not be present on a fresh keg pint.
3.7 25/8/2020. Sample courtesy of the SHIG. Pours cloudy dull amber with a bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, citrus, resin, light earthy notes. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Sweet fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.
3.7 Can: Poured a murky orange with a fluffy two finger off white head. Aroma is juicy hops. Taste is juicy melon, citrus, tropical, some grapefruit bitterness.
3.9 Pours a very murky golden with a creamy white head. Pungent hop oil aroma. Onion, ripe orange, and pineapple. Thick oily mouthfeel. Biscuity malt, pineapple and range flavors. Nice example of the NEIPA style.
3.3 Zippy carbonation keeps this bright juicy NEIPA crisp and clean. Along with grapefruit and light rindiness, some hop spice works it's way into the mix, likely from the Amarillo. Pours hazy maize with a frothy 2 finger head. Not bad.
3.9 Can 473ml @ Sommerhuset Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, orange, citrus, mango and pineapple. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long orange, mango, pineapple and grape finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
3.8 Stellar can. Bright yellow-white, foggy beer with a tall, stiff head. Pungent, AIPA aroma. Standard AIPA flavor, with some apricot. Pretty good. Market Square Liquor, Tallahassee.
3.8 Tasty hazy!
3.9 I got this at Global Brew. Pours a cloudy gold with a white head. Taste juicy, smooth, lightly hoppy. I thought this was good. I would drink this again.
3.8 Shared with friends @ Oluf Bagers Gade. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Big juicy citrus aroma with pineapple and mango. Sweetish fruity flavour with a faint chalky note.
3.8 Can @ Thomas A and Martin share @ Oluf Bagers Gade. Pours Hazy deep Golden with a White head. Dank and tropical. Fruit gum, grass and grains. Short dry fairly bitter finish.
3.8 Slightly pale hazy look. Crystal white live fast die young head. Sharp sweet & bitter nose. Thirst killer but with a deeper rooty (forgive me) initial mouthfeel. Easygoing downable swimmer. I am being a bitch. For what it is it is good. Shared with Dedollewaitor, Christian and Thomas A in Odense, Denmark.
