3.0 Old rating from 2010 - 500ml bottle from my trip to Poland. Titled 'Okocim Beer', 5.5 ABV. Poured at home in Jersey, it's golden in colour with a white head. Aromas & tastes of grain, light fruit, flora, hints of spice & malt. Moderate body. Light long bitter finish

2.2 500 ml bottle. Brassy gold color. Rocky white head. Unusual grainy malt aroma is reminiscent of wet comic books. Sweet grainy malt flavor hints at corn syrup. Light bodied and uninspiring.

2.5 Bardzo klarowne. Złote. Piana drobna i skromna. Aromat słodowy. I taki smak. Dużo gazu. Obleci.

3.5 Served from 500 ml bottle in pint glass. A frothy white head falls slowly with abundant lacing. Color is pale straw. Moderate streaming carbonation. Aroma is strong with grain husks, cracker, and grassy hops. Mouthfeel is light and slightly viscous with a lingering finish. Flavor follows the aroma with grain husks, cracker, and grassy/floral hop notes. Overall: very good but nothing outstanding.

1.6 Pours a glowing yellow color with a bright white head, and good lacing. Very little aroma. Rather smooth, but tastes like a cheap 3.2 beer.

2.7 Clear deep golden appearance with a fluffy white head. Aroma of husky grains and mild bready notes. Similar flavor, adding mild to moderate sweetness and minimal bitterness. Light body with a slight watery finish. Overall, it's an O.K. beer at best.

2.8 I was in mood for som international pale lager for some reason. Pours deep gold and a one finger head. Nose is corny and grain. Tastes of pale malt, grains, some corn sweetness. Nothing overly off. Hits the spot

3.5 A good beer with some mild sweetness and good barley flavor. Similar to American pale lagers but with more flavor and fullness. Truly an O.K. Beer

2.8 Light golden pour with frothy head that dies quickly. Some sporadic lacing on the glass. Nonexistent aroma. Few hops. Little malt. Little aftertaste. Flavor is light and crisp. Mouthfeel is rather thick, surprising for the lack of flavor. Would be ok as a food beer as the flavor would not compete with the food. Unimpressive but not horrible. Still worth the $1.29 I paid for a 16.9 ounce bottle at the local Greek store.

2.5 Jasnozłote, klarowne, z bardzo ładną, obfitą, gęstą, drobnopęcherzykową pianą, trzymającą się nieźle i zdobiącą szkło. Aromat słodowy, czysty. W smaku słodkie, z niską i średnio przyjemną goryczką. Dość wysokie nasycenie, dobrze pasujące do tego piwa.

2.5 Very smooth, crisp, and refreshing. It’s one of those heavy beers due to it’s malty taste.

2.6 16 oz can pours a golden color with a small white head. Aromas of sweet malt, light bread. Light bodied, a simple beer.

3.3 1 pint can. Pours a bright gold with a big white persistent head. Nice hops and malt smells of bread. Tastes of grass and malt, some metallic notes good sour hoppy finish that lingers. Astringent mouthfeel. Okay is the right way to describe it.

3.0 Tastes of what I would want from an import lager. Favors sweetness on the back end. No off flavors. Rounded flavor with decent body for lager. A nice session on a summer evening.

3.5 Pint can poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a clear gold with a white head of foam. Mild spice and earthy sweetness. Lighter body and medium carbonation. Pretty solid pale lager.

2.3 Puszka. Wygląd - brawa złota, z bardzo obfitą, drobną pianą, klarowne. Aromat - słodowość, mokre zboże, trochę mokrego kartonu. Smak - raczej słodkawe, słodowe, jest wyraźne żelazo, nawet ma pewną pełnię, goryczka symboliczna, nasycenie raczej w stronę niskiego. Nic się nie dzieje ciekawego.

1.8 Bardzo nieprzyjemny lager, żelazo i słód w aromacie, w smaku słód, dziwna kwaskowość, zbyt duże wysycenie i nawet trochę alkoholu.

4.5 Jeden z lepszych koncerniaków. Lekko wodniste, mocno wysycone ale nie czuć nic złego. Poprawny lager.

2.3 Spice hop malt aroma. Clear Amber colour poor head and lacing. Spice malt Smokey aroma with coriander. Fizzy palate.

2.4 Zapach lekko słodkawy, słodowy, leciutko zbożowy, może odrobina chmielu, za to bez wad. Jasnozłote, czyste i bardzo przejrzyste, wysoka, biała i utrzymująca się piana, ładna prezencja. Smak: nie tak pełne, zbożowe i słodowe jak pils okocimski, trochę słodu, zero chmielu, zero goryczki, lekka cierpkość, choć diacetylu samego nie czuję i nie jest to jabłko, jakieś lekkie miodowe nuty w posmakach choć piwo świeże, za wysoko wysycone i pustawe. Dużo słabsze od stosunkowo dobrych zielonego jasnego pełnego i Zateckiego z tego samego browaru. Na plus że bez wyraźnych wad, na minus że nic tu się nie dzieje i niezbyt smaczne.
