33 cl bottle @ home. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma and flavour are roasted malt, chocolate, and salty liquorice - with a bitter and boozy finish.

Piwo smoliście czarne, bez piany. W aromacie czuć dużo palonych słodów, gorzką czekoladę, kawę, trochę wanilii, karmel. W smaku dominuje gorzka czekolada, czuć ciemne owoce, wanilię, trochę syropu klonowego, na finiszu popiołowość i kawa. Alkohol jest bardzo fajnie ukryty. Bardzo fajne piwo.
bottle. black. light metallic soft well blended smooth roast on nose, some coal, ashyness. full bodied. super smooth, pillowy texture. dark chocolate, roasted malts in flavour. soft, easy for the abv. gets a little overpowering, sticky in the end.
0.33l bottle. Pours jet-black with tan head. Aroma of cocoa, chocolate in a milk/ice cream sort of way, vanilla, maple syrup. Taste is cocoa, chocolate ice cream, vanilla, maple syrup in the finish along with some roast. Omnipollo know how to brew a stout.
330ml bottle. Pours nearly pitch black in color and topped by a thin tan layer of foam that fades away quickly. The aroma shows notes of dark chocolate ganache, vanilla, maple, salt, and toasted caramel over a dark roasted malt base. The flavor follows suit with notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, maple, and toasted caramel to go with some salted malts and a soft roasty bitterness on the back end. Full bodied and smooth with soft carbonation that leads to a dark chocolate, vanilla, and salted caramel on the finish with some lingering warmth from the alcohol. Very interesting beer but not something I could drink in a big pour.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: roasted, some chocolate, bit spicy, coffee. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: chocolate, sweetish, bit spicy, coffee notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: chocolate, sweetish, some caramel, very bitter, mocha, some dried fruits. Aftertaste: some vanilla, more roasted notes, lots of mocha, coffee, bitter touch.
Smell-medium to strong, roast, dark chocolate and coffee notes, vanilla.
Foam- medium thick, roast notes, soft. Head is medium size, dark bown color.
Appearance - black, as black can be.
Taste - thick, roasty, chocolate, little to no alcohol feel, caramel, vanilla, easy drinking, some in aftertaste, some sweetness.
330ml bottle, bottled 2017-12-15. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, maple, coffee. Taste is sweet, chocolatey, coffee, roast malts, maple, vanilla, slightly salty, slightly boozy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Nice, it's actually somewhat of a normal stout for Omnipollo.
330ml bottle. Pours thick black. Chocolate, maple, pecan, booze, salt, chocolate ganache, bit of spice. Good body. Really tasty.
A 330ml bottle, bottled on 15th December 2017, and with a best before date of 15th December 2022. Poured into a snifter glass. It was black in colour with a thin brown head that disappeared almost immediately but left some spotty lacing. Aromas of light roast, white chocolate, coffee, vanilla, along with hints of maple and herbal notes on the finish. Tastes of roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, ash, with hints of maple and brown sugar. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Overall nice Imperial Stout that hides the booze well. Not too sweet either despite the maple, but I think it could be the smoke/ash flavours that balance this out.
Appearance: Very dark brown, near black. Some nice, dark tan head.
Aroma: Dark malt, vanilla, roasted.
Taste: Dark malt, roasted, vanilla. Slight chocolate and coffee. Some sweetness in there. A lot going on.

Color negro opaco con espuma marrón oscuro que desaparece al instante con muy poco residuo. Aroma a maltas quemadas, toffee y caramelo con un toque de caramelo salado. Sabor a chocolate, chocolate con leche y caramelo con fondo de licor y notas a toffee. Fuerte presencia de alcohol, dulzor medio-alto y amargor bajo con regusto largo. Textura cremosa, cuerpo medio-denso y carbonatación baja. Fortísima imperial stout de sabores muy lácteos y dulces.
En copa, cerveza negra con un halo de espuma color toffee. Aroma a chocolate con leche, leche, crema, vainilla, caramelo, almendras, y café. En boca, textura espesa y oleosa, de carbonatación inexistente, y amargor a chocolate. Destacan sus sabores a chocolate con leche y crema, muy dulces, junto con toneladas de leche, café, almendras, chocolate blanco, vainilla, caramelo, y una nota licorosa en nariz tras el trago. Una Imperial Stout espectacular, con presencia marcada de leche en boca que recuerda a una crema dulce.
Flaska från SB. Bottled 15-12-17. Svart vätska med stort mörkbrunt skum. Doft av rostad malt, bränt socker och choklad. Stor fyllig munkänsla, smaken följer doften. Mycket bra!
Black!!! Nose is very rich with cocoa and dried fruits accompanied with notes of molasses. Taste is really impressive with slight salmiak but not annoying and very rich fruits and still molasses and even chestnut. Palate high viscosity and loooong. Rememberable.
On tap at Lådan. Black with a small tan head. Sweetish with chooclate, some vanilla and coffee. Also some notes of salt in the finish. The body was full.
It's a nice imp but it's too complex for its own good. To the point that it hardly seems worth the brewer's effort with all the ingredients. It's smooth drinking, as you would expect from an Omnipollo imp, but the excess adjuncts almost cancel each other out.

Pici, gyorsan elillanó barna hab, fekete szín. Enyhe, kávés, csokis, kakaós illat, egy pici fűszeres beütéssel. Lágy, csokis, kávés fűszeres ízek, juharszirupos aromával, egy picit sós. Testes, alig szénsavas, közepesen keserű. Kellemes összetétel, jó összhanggal.
Bottle from Systembolaget. Dark malty and roasted smell with toasted sugar and vanilla. Also some metall. Similar taste. Rough and a bit boozy.

Esplosione di gusti ed aromi,si parte dal caffè,si passa dalla vaniglia per arrivare ad un palato vellutato e “burroso”.
Schiuma densa cappuccino,persistenza al palato con varietà di frutta secca e punta di cioccolato.
Una Super Stout da tenersi stretta x l’inverno.
Not at all the pastry stout I expected from the description. That's positive. It's quite chocolaty, somewhat sweet with vanilla. Nice one.
