3.7 Flaska från Omnipollo. Blekguldig, smådisig med kritvit krona. Vete, citrus, funk, zest, jäst, honung. Lätt kryddigt, stalliga brett-toner, pissoar. Samtidigt snäll för att vara i Prairies spektrum. Krämig, bubblig kropp. Ganska straight-forward och clean, snällt brettig saison. Gott.

3.3 Doft: funkigt, och inte så gott, stall, surnade sockerärtor, lite pissoar. Smak: lite funkig som above, sådär va, lite alkoholig, anar lite frukt. Ganska torr, sötare och fruktigare med lite ostbågar till, lite päron/äpple

3.4 Tap @ Pien. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Slightly funky aroma. Peachy, spicy notes, funk and sweet fruits. Medium bodied. Ok.

3.8 Golden fizzy with rich white head. Old fruit aroma. Medium bitter with remarkable fruit sourness on the background. Lasting bitter aftertaste.

2.5 Bottle (thanks FatPhil). Hazy yellow color. Small size, white head, stays. Saison yeast, sweet, herbal, dusty in aroma and in taste. Happens.

3.6 Tap at Konttori. Pours cloudy yellow, white head. Fresh fruityness, wheat, fruity hops, citrus, grapefruit, grass, pepper. Medium body, average carbonation, funky bitter finish.

3.3 Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, spices, wheat, some ancient grains maybe too? Taste is dough, earthy-herbal, spices, bready, rustic. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit weird.

3.5 Tap @Mikkeller, Vik. Clear golden, white head. Fruity aroma, green grapes, light funk and pale malt, woody citrus peel. Malty, citrusy and funky flavour. Citrus peel bitterness.

3.8 Bottle from Mikkeller Shop, Stefansgade, Copenhagen; bb 01/12/2018; Jan 2014 Hazy pale blond color with large frothy head. The aroma initialy is very fresh and fruity (citrus fruits, peach, passion fruit), later some yeast character, spices. Extra dry mouthfeel; lean, some malt, with strong coriander character, pungent fruity hops, strong bitterness. Modern and very good.

3.7 Bottle from Systembolaget Sweden. Big and lastning white head. Opaque solid yellow color. Big brett aroma. Det and brett taste that is refreshing.

3.4 Bottle @ home, Cellared for three years. Hazy yellow with a large fizzy yet lasting white head. Aroma of peppers, apricots, grapefruit peel, funk, some leather, vanilla, flowers and wet hay. Taste is dry with high carbonation with flavors of apricots, white peppers, dry pine apple, lemon, funk,leather. Finish ish is bretty and funky with lingering peppers.

3.8 (Bottle) Pale golden colour with big, frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with apricots, grapefruit, hay, funky yeast, a touch of honey and floral hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of apricots, grapefruit, passion-fruit, mandarin, white bread, hay, some barnyard and brett, and a dry finish with a balanced citric/floral bitterness and a slight funk acidity. Medium body, dry. Fresh and tasty with a good mix of funky yeast and fresh Mosaic hops. Very nice.

4.0 Golden appearance somewhat cloudy and milky. Plentiful bubbly and porous foam tends to disappear. Scent of tropical fruit, green apples, green bananas, white bread and cilantro. input light and dry with flavors of lemon and orange peel, green bananas, pineapple, red apple, white bread and biscuits. Retro medium dry taste bitterness. Made with an addiction oats, yeast Brettanomyces and saison and one hops: Mosaic

3.6 375 ml bottle from Systembolaget.... Hazy yellow with a large white head. Funky medium aroma of barnyard and spices, followed by fruity hops and hay. Taste reflects the aroma, and Light to medium body, with a crispy texture and fizzy carbonation.

3.7 Bottle... Hazy straw-colored pour with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma features musky and spicy hops accompanied by pale grains. Light to medium-bodied with champagne-like carbonation. 4.5 Bardzo dobry saison. Pachnacy sosna szyszkami i runem lesnym. Zywiczne niesamowicie w smaku, kolor zlocisty jaskrawy z lekka metnoscia. Piana sporo grubo pecherzykowa niestety szybko opada, alkohol nie wyczuwalny, niewielka slodowosc glebia smaku i aromatu. Wyrazisty chmielowy smak. Wytrawna koncowka. Bardzo dobre i do teho ta zielona owijka. Polecam

3.3 Spritsigt och relativt lätt, med en viss ton som påminner om fransk äppelcider. Hm, jag saknar dock fräschören som jag tycker ska vara i en bra saison.

4.1 Bottle. Pale yellow beer with an offwhite head. Hoppy grassy citrus fruity floral barnyard leather aroma. Hoppy citrus fruity barnyard tar earthy leather flavour. Really a nice beer :-)

2.1 3/II/15 - 37.5cl bottle from Bierkompass (webshop, DE) @ home - BB: 1/XII/18 (2015-127) Cloudy bright yellow beer, big aery white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, sourish, brett, funky, citrus, bit dirty. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus, yuck, very dirty unpleasant bitterness, soapy, band-aid. Aftertaste: grapefruit, little sourish, chemical, funky, weird and unpleasant. Drain pour.

3.3 375ml bottle. Clear golden body with a huge white head. Lacing. Fruit, pepper, caramel and loads of banana.

3.4 30th September 2014 Craft Clerkenwell. Bottle tasting. Hazy gold beer, big fluffy off white head. Palate is airy and semi dry, very fine carbonation. Very light floralness and a whisper of herb. Mild lemon led citrus. Light semi dry finish. Clean if a tad dry.

3.5 Bottle thanks to Mr Ken. It pours cloudy gold with a thick white head. The nose is juicy tropical fruits, pineapple, orangeade, candy and earthy brett. The taste is crisp, Orangina, sherbet, tangerine, candied peel, earth, straw, brett, banana, pineapple, Piña colada and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A touch sweet perhaps, but decent stuff anyhow. The Prairie version wins it for me.

3.7 Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Kenneth. Pours unclear yellow with a frothy white head. Lovely aroma, lots of brett, some poo, melon, tangerine, light grass. Nicely balanced, fairly sweet, light alcohol, juicy citrus fruits, light bitterness, some rind, anise. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly warming to finish, mild poopy brett, more rich citrus. Good stuff.

4.0 Flaska från Kihosk. Dimmig, gyllengul kulör med stor, vit skumkrona. Doft och smak av päron, persika, lemonad, jäst, hö och örter. Fruktig, frisk, bitter och pepprig munkänsla. Fyllig kropp med sprudlande kolsyra.

3.2 12.7 fl oz bottle thanks to Dunbar72! Sampled on September 13, 2014. Hazy straw yellow color, white head. Sweet, acidic, cheese scent. Light acidic, hoppy taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Hoppy aftertaste.

3.1 Really nice grapefruit notes coming through. Really a lot of citrus flavor for a saison.

3.3 14-08-20 Frisk doft av humle och vingummi samt en hel del citrus i bakgrunden. Djupt ner finns också en intressant gödselton. Riktigt ljus brygd, som en wit, med ett champagneartat skum som varav helt kort. Inga lämningar. Smaken är frisk, torr och lätt syrlig och inte så innehållsrik. Som en dålig suröl om än inte helt oäven. Eftersmaken är kärv och kort. En släng av beska kommer också.
