4.2 Oppigårds Thurbo Double IPA 8.5%. Hazy golden, pine and tropical fruit aroma, full bodied, caramel malt, tropical fruit, mango, peach, citrus, mandarin, pine. Gorgeous NEIPA from Hedemora, Sweden 🇸🇪

3.7 Pours hazy golden with an average white head. Aroma of grapefruit, peach and pine. Sweet taste that ends up being more dry and bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonated. A very nice DIPA. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

3.6 Color amarillo anaranjado, con una ligera neblina. Dos dedos de espuma cremosa con buena retención. Aroma a malta caramelizada, pomelo y pino. Gusto a malta caramelizada, frutos secos garrapiñados, pomelo, naranja amarga, pino y resina, amargor intenso y un punto alcohólica en boca. Cuerpo semioleoso. Imperial IPA clásica, robusta y calera, maltas dulces, arga y alcohólica, muy acertada.

3.4 Dark orange with yellowish foam. Grapefruit, orange zest, pine trees. An IPA with lots of flavours!

4.4 bottle @ home a really well balanced DIPA the malts sweetness is very low and makes it better than I expected

3.5 Bottled 0,33L. Deep orange color with medium bubbly and hazy/unclear aspect, moderate white head of medium duration. Pale malt and hoppy aroma, notes of caramel, sweet wood, cortex, pine, bit citrus, riped fruity. Moderate bitter and fraught alcoholic palaate, citrus and warm hoppy mouth, discreet bitter and fruity final.

3.5 Flaska 330 ml från Systembolaget. Bärnstensfärgad med fint vitt skum. Kraftig doft av humle och med inslag av tropisk frukt. Smak av humle, tropisk frukt och tallbarr. Rejäl beska. Stark öl och det igenom i smaken.

2.7 Sötaktig passionsfrukt och tallkåda doft. Söt smak, kraftig beska, granbarr, stram. Kvardröjande beska, eftersmak som smaken. Helt ok, men inte värd 97/100 i min bok.

3.4 Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, grapefruit peel, a bit sickly weird. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

3.6 Bottle shared thanks to Nische for the bottle. Clear deep golden with almost white head. Grapefruit, sweet malts, bready, light cheesy hops, sugary grains, tangerine peel, light berries. Over medium sweet, medium bitter and light tart. Full bodied.

3.8 Bottiglia da 0,33. Colore dorato con cappello di schiuma bianca poco persistente. Al naso resina, molta, e agrumi. Al palato esplode una bomba di luppoli, agrumi e ancora resina (dovuta probabilmente ai luppoli Cascade e Chinook). Finale amaro e secco. Corpo pieno e buona carbonazione. Sicuramente una birra abbastanza estrema, l’amaro è forte e prende il sopravvento, nonostante questo però la bevuta resta piacevole (anche con la gradazione elevata).

3.9 0.3l bottle brought to me from Slovenia. Clear orange colour with thin white head, aroma is hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit , taste is hoppy , heavily bitter, fruity, tropical, citrus, great mouthfeel.

4.4 Bouteille 33 cl de chez Saveur-Bière. Aspect : blonde "foncée" limpide à mousse blanche de bon aloi. Odeurs : houblons, citron, herbes, pin. Rondeur, sécheresse, équilibre, saveurs multiples (citron, résineux, caramel, fruits exotiques). La bouche est simple mais efficace et amène sur une forte et magnifique amertume finale. Excellente 2e bière de dégustation de ma soirée après une Tempest Marmalade (4.4 également).

3.3 Bottle. Clear golden pour with offwhite head. Aroma has malt, pine and salt. Taste is bitter on top of full round body. Ends bitter. Heavy body. Average carbonation. Maybe a bit too old

3.8 Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di luppolo, resina e tabacco. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. Le bollicine sono grandi. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e lunga. Il gusto è piacevolissimo per una birra che ha una sua personalità. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di amaro. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, amaretto, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas, spezie, zenzero, pepe bianco, tabacco, scorza d'arancia e mango.

3.7 Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy orange with medium off white head. The aroma is dank and citrus. Medium body juicy grapefruit, strong resin finish, very good.

3.7 Bouteille 33 cL, @Saveur Bière. Robe ambrée claire, légère mousse blanche. Arômes houblonnés, agrumes, zestes d'orange. Crémeuse, amertume et carbonatation moyennes. Notes herbacées, fruitées, pamplemousse, fruit confit. Fin légèrement sèche sur l'amertume.

5.0 Denna har allt och bryggt med perfektion. Smakfull med extra voluminösa smaker., allt balanserat i toppklass

4.3 0,33 l bottle from Kungsbäcka Systembolaget. Not the firsttime to drink it, very good DIPA.

3.8 Bottle. Golden, white foam. Aroma: citrus, fruit, a little floral, fresh and pleasant. Taste: juicy and fresh, citrus and grapefruit, fruit, light pine, pleasant hop bitterness, white dry port wine. Good ale.

4.0 Wow, superior DIPA this! Very intense aroma and malty and raisin taste with caramel-hints, beautiful bouquet. Enormous compliments for this mighty fine ale!

4.1 Nästan roströd, klar. Doften svag för en dubbel-ipa. Smaken dock magnifik, med torkad frukt (dadlar, aprikos, fikon) som paras med tallbarr. Måttlig sötma, där beskan successivt tar över. Flera år sedan jag drack denna senast, men den håller klassen. Mycket bra!

3.5 Brewed October 2017? (best before date = April 2018). Amber towards bronze colour, medium lasting white head. Nose: Pine cones, pine resin, pine forest, some flowers, some hay. A bit shy on the nose. Taste: The arrival is quite rich and rounded with a touch of malty sweetness, moderately hoppy in a rounded way, with a mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice bitter-sweet-sour balance. Medium rich carbonation. The 8.5% ABV are very well hidden. A double IPA which has bottle matured and probably rounded off some of its hoppy fruitiness and bitterness but still has plenty of hoppiness and drinks very well. To me this is primarily a food beer.
