Well, this is a really nice summer beer. Not much taste, not too bitter, quite fresh. Slight hint of herbs is not bad. I like it very much. Not suitable for winter etc. but ideal as a summer drink.
Bottle. Hazy straw with white head. Aroma is elderflower but not much else. Taste sweet with very light tartness. High carbonation.

Udseende minder om æblemost. Blir en smule fad at drikke hvis den ikke er iskold, bør nydes iskold på en rigtig fin sommerdag.
Denne øl er Meget blid i smagen hvilket passer godt til dens udseende som minder meget om æblemost.

From bottle at/from Maakun, thanks! Sweet malts, floral sap, syrup, herbal touch, light honey, cardboard is at the party too. Over medium sweet and moderate bitter. Medium body and low carbonation.
Bottle shared at home. Almost clear golden with small white head. Sweet grains, honey, light flowery, bread crust, soft citrus and tart plums. Medium sweet, under medium bitter and very light tart. Solid medium bodied.
Sparkling golden blonde with a short and fleeting foam, low during. Aweet aromas of malt, with fruity of elderberry and lemon, hints of yeast. The taste tends towards cider or white wine with elderflower, citrus, malt, caramel and soft spices. Easy to drink and fresh.
Smag af frisk forår. God sommerøl. Hvis man er til det lette og lyse. Men nok ikke en øl, jeg drikker 2 i træk af
Bottle from Aldo in Helsingör. Big and long lastning white head. Very clowdy pale golden color. Fruity and flower aroma. Lemonade taste with low bitterness.

The looks of the beer are fine. Slightly simple. The colour of the beer is an extremely pale golden yellow. The beer has a minimal haziness. It bubbles lively. On top there is some soft white foam with average foam retention. Not to interesting.
The aroma of the beer is fine. Not to strong though. Malts give simple malt aromas. Hops give some nice herbal notes. A slight fresh touch of acidic yeast gives also a nice touch. The elderflowers give a lovely floral aromas. Clearly there, but not to strong. It doesn't smell like a floral perfume. Not bad, but the basic beer aromas could have been a bit more interesting.
The taste of the beer is nice. It has sweet malts. with a hoppy bitterness. It isn't very bitter though. The elderflower gives a distinct flavour. It is soft, gentle and kinda sweet. Not bad. The yeast gives a minimal sourness. Just enough to bring some depth to the flavour. It doesn't overwhelm. Nice.
The palate of the beer is fine. Light body, slightly thin texture and high carbonation. The finish of the beer isn't to long. It has some fresh hops and floral elderflower. I like the touch of elderflower. It gives the rather simple beer something interesting without being overwhelming. Not bad.

Appearance: pours unclear orange with ok off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste:bread, wheat, citrus, light elderflower and floral notes. palette: medium floral and malty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, medium sweetness, somewhat balanced by a light to medium bitterness, average duration and a watery texture. Meget fin øl med noter af fersken, honning, citron og blomster. Kun let syre og meget lidt bitterhed.
bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine evanescente, colore giallo torbido, al naso è floreale malto lieviti frutta matura, in bocca i fiori di sambuco si sentono poi malto e agrumi, carbonatazione leggera, corpo leggero, acidula, dolce con amaro leggero. Una birra estiva, la nota acidula la rende dissetante. Non male. 02.08.18

Simpelthen en fantastik øl. Super øl når temperaturen stiger. Meget let at få ned med en dejlig frisk og sommerlig smag. Super øl!
Very easily drinkable beer with very distinct notes of elderflower. Would be nice on a sunny day if you need to quench your thirst. Sweet and light.

2017.10.05: A regular mass-produced brew. Not much aroma nor taste. A pale clear appearance. Watery texture. Not one I will recommend.
Good organic beer from ørbæk, lovely flower smell and a nice round taste with a hint of elderflower.
A good spring and summer beer on hot days and for women.
Fin og frisk øl. Den er let og bliver ikke kvalm efter nogle mundfulde. Den kan drikkes til let mad eller blot nydes uden tilbehør
Schwer definierbares Bier. Insgesamt dominieren florale Noten (leicht grasig, leicht harzige, viel Holunder). Hinzu kommt eine malzige Süße und ein Schuss Würzigkeit. Bei dem vielen Durcheinander an Aromen könnte auch noch ein Schuss Zitrusfrüchte mit drin sein. Insgesamt überzeugt mich das Bier nicht.

The aroma is full of elderflower, hops, wheat, malt and citrus along with some metallic notes. The color is pale golden. The taste is full of elderflower, hops, wheat, citrus and the finish is abrupt. Decent but not impressive.
Very nice beer, tastes like summer! One of my favorites. Goes with everything!
Draught at Absalon community dinner. Light with some flower floral notes and a bit of hops.
From bottle on board Fridtjofen 27.05.17. Slightly hazy pale straw colour. Quickly diminishing white head and no lacing. Sweet aroma and taste, with grass, flowers and wet cardboard. Some bitterness.
