Pabst Blue Ribbon

Pabst Blue Ribbon

Established in Milwaukee in 1844, this is the original Pabst Blue Ribbon beer. Nature’s choicest products provide its prized flavor. Only the finest of hops and grains are used. Selected as America’s Best in 1893.

Since 2001, contract-brewed for Pabst Brewing (San Antonio), as Pabst no longer owns a brewery of its own http://www.pabstblueribbon.com

2.0 To slightly quote Clint Eastwood; I'm giving this a 2, but that's because I've never had a one before (well, I have... From the same country). Light yellow hue, clear and little to no hoppy bitterness, some malty sweetness. Goes down. That's about it.
4.3 I love this fuckin beer!!! Let’s goooo
0.7 Early rating from Beer Buddy app
2.7 Can at Passyunk Avenue, Waterloo, London. Light gold + white head. Grainy malty, bit watery, corn, rice, biscuit cracker, light sweetness. Has the drinkability of American pale lager but with more flavour + less off-flavours than Bud / Coors or whatever. Above average for macro lager
3.5 Good lager. Smooth little sweet
1.0 Taste like throw up
4.0 cheap and does the trick. can find it anywhere and is a good ol’ reliable
2.3 pours pale straw color thin white head, aroma of a grainy and citrus, taste of sweet, citrus and corn, not bad beer but a bit flat
3.3 crisp lite caramel malt, mellow hops, clean finish.bright malt nose. light pale gold color hue, crystal clear, white foamy head, some lace. Light to medium body. No bad aftertaste.
1.9 (can 12 fl.oz. from Candy store (Brno)) Overall: Meh. Unpleasant. Aroma: Grainy, corn, light sweet. Appearance: Clear pale golden. Minimal, white head. Taste: Grainy, corn, weirdly sweetish. Palate: Light-medium body. Light dry finish.
2.4 Tinny scent, not appreciably, but present, not much else. Flavor is ok. Corn, rice, barley malts, minimal artificial hop flavor. hop extract #HPS5y11g-099 would have been a better pairing to offset the sweetness of the mash. But a beer of greatness on a budget.
2.0 Tight foamy white head stayed on a slowly carbonating pale straw body. Malt & cardboard aroma. Medium bodied, slightly tingly on the front with a dull back. Malt, lemon & Alka seltzer tastes. That's really poor.
2.3 Bottled, 0.5 (ABV 4.7%). Clear golden one with a fizzy white head on its top, which diminishes completely. Sweetish nose and aroma ruled by honey, some hints of bread... taste of candy. Short, sweet finish.
2.6 Honestly not so bad. Just very average beer. Pleasant grainy sweet full malty body. No head at all
3.5 Ganska trevlig, ganska otrevlig streckkod. Sonny säger mysigt. Kan stämma? Hejdå
2.1 4,7 % european bottle edition @ penny market (budapest) golden yellow colour, normal body, average carbonated, white head, some bitterness, corny, mild, smooth sweety, easy to drink, nothing special
1.9 Brewed in Brazil. Av wh frothy head. GL. Md. Dy clear body. 3/5 corn mod yeasty cheese light malt 3/10. If: mod sweet (yeasty/corny). FF: =não f. 2/10. P: lmb, wt, lc, mf. 3/5.'8/20. 2skol
2.9 Probably the shittiest beer I enjoy in a can. Honestly really good draft Piss beer.
2.6 Nog 1 biertje voor boarden. Aangezien ik alle Spaanse bieren hier al had gehad en dit enige onbekende was deze maar genomen. Niks bijzonder.
5.0 A tier beer
3.3 Great mass market beer that has a unique flavor for its type. Enjoyable with most anything, and has a nice flavor that goes down east.
2.5 Pours clear light gold, big white head. Pleasant cracker aroma, hints of corn, apple juice, typical a lite lager. Taste is indistinct, slightly sweet malt, cracker. Very light, crisp. Not bad for this kind of beer.
2.6 McDonalds of Beer.
2.3 A great beer to be had while catching up with an old friend. Now we all have to review the old standbys and my hope is that if I type enough characters here it will switch from private to public in rate beer.
2.2 Bottle. Very light aroma and taste, but to drink and refreshing. Dry after taste with note of malt and wheat.
3.5 Clean and crisp. Mildly sweet. Pretty standard lager. Light. Refreshing and thirst quenching
2.1 Złotej barwy, klarowne, piana słaba. Aromat słodowy, trochę zielonego jabłka. W smaku słodowe, bez goryczki.
4.2 Great beer. All of these other people are dumb for rating it low. It's easy to drink
3.0 I've tilted people before by saying that "PBR is just boneless Steel Reserve." I'm joking, but it does get a rise out of people sometimes! Anyway, PBR is fine. Of the big-name, run-of-the-mill lagers, you could do a lot worse. Unremarkable, but you knew that. Serviceable, but... you knew that too.
