2.9 Keg as Partizan Saison Lemongrass, 3.8 % abv, half pint shared with Finn at Beer Cellar, Exeter. Filmy layer, cloudy golden body, spotty lacing. Aroma of grass with citric hints. Fresh taste of citrus peels, grass and herbal hops, lightly spiced. Mid-dry fruity bitter end. Soft in the mouth. Refreshing (Pub crawl in Exeter 28.09.2016).
3.4 pours hazy/cloudy very pale golden with a small white cap, reviving and leaving some lacing. potent lemongrass, leather botanics, mineral white wine, lots of peppery crisp wheat, dusty and spicy sseaioosn yeast - again lacaking a fruity component; white pepper. bright to moderate carbonation, light body - watery; dry and crisp lemony-peppery finish. just like its thyme-lemon sister, it lacks lemon fragrance and flavors’ oomph but it is a nicely dosed lemongrass saison.
3.1 Style et résumé: Saison à la citronnelle. Comment: Bouteille de 330 ml. 3.9%. Bottled 27/01/16. BBE 27/01/17. Note: 6+/10
3.3 Bottle (330 ml) at home. 3.9% abv. Bottled 27-01-2016, so a 5½ months old. Clear pale green-ish yellow with a small white head, little retention, leaving very little lacing. Aroma is soft and grain with lemongrass notes, lemon, mild spiciness and herbal notes. Taste is also cereal forward with lemongrass, lemon, lean maltiness, mild spiciness, a bit of lavender/floral notes and mild herbal bitterness. Light body. Good carbonation. Lemongrass and herbal finish. It’s fun at first but it gets borderline cloying by then end of the bottle because of the predominance of lemongrass (even though it’s not overly powerful). Decent.
3.1 (330 ml. 3.9%. Bottled 27/01/16.
3.3 On tap @fine mousse abv 6°. Nose is on cherries skin, mirabelle. Aroma is o, grapefruit, medicinal, notes as well as mirabelle, very astringent, yeast touch with ripped fruits notes, quite bitter bit monodimensional.

3.1 Pours hazy orange with a low white head. Aromas of citrus, lemongrass, funk, minerals. Taste is quite earthy and bready with slight funky notes. Mouthfeel is slightly dry with medium carbonation.
3.2 Pours cloudy golden amber with low white head. Aroma of citrus and lime, slightly funky, not much else. Taste is mellow citrus tart with light balancing sweetness and a tea like finish. Body is a bit too light, but smooth and with soft carbonation.
