Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, yrqsty notes, banana, light caramel, clove, light sweetish notes, light to medium bitter. Medium body, malty spicy caramel bitter finish. Ok.
Bottle. Dark chestnut color with an off white head. Aroma: roasted malt, bread, caramel, fruit and yeast. Taste: sweet but not overlevere so.

Came with caramel, milk-chocolate amber color and thick head. wheaty aroma. Dry, wheaty, grainy, well balanced, light coffe note, medium bitterness. Palate wheats and hops. Decent.

Delikatne przyjemne biszkoptowe. Piana to poza skala. Bardzo pijane ale mało smaku. Natomiast brać bez zastanowienia
Tap. Two Thirds, Sheffield. Light haze on a dark brown. Beige foam. Nuts and some coffee chocolate. Dried vine fruit. Dry and light. Hint of nutty fruit sweetness. Foamy and smooth. Decent.
Brązowa barwa, piana intensywna, drobnopęcherzykowa. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty pszeniczne, mało nut ciemnych słodów. W smaku podobnie do aromatu. Jestem zaskoczony ciemne a smakowało jak jasne.

Wolę jasną wersję, ale nie jest źle. Mało jest ciemnych pszenic na rynku. Mocno drożdżowe, słodowe, nuty karmelu, banana. Trochę melanoidowe i chlebowe Goryczka lekka do umiarkowanej.

Barwa brązowa, piwo zmętnione, piana ładna. Intensywny aromat piwa hefeweizena i ciemnych słodów. Jest goździk, jest pieczywo razowe, pierniki. Po czasie czuć coś - tak jakby - delikatną wędzonkę. Nagazowanie spore. Piwo dość lekkie. W smaku leciutki banan i goździk. Jest goryczka - niska, ale wyraźna. Jest mineralny posmak.
Kolor: Jasnobrązowy, zamglony. Piana: Biała, obfita, drobnopęcherzykowa, całkiem trwała, bardzo ładny lacing. Aromat: Słodowy, pumpernikiel, przypieczona skórka od chleba, nieco banana i typowych nut pszenicznych w tle. Smak: Ciemne pieczywo, banan, nieco kwasku i niemalże zerowa goryczka. Wysycenie ciut powyżej średniego, treściwość przeciętna, solidna pijalność. Dunkela dawno nie piłem, więc miło go było sobie odświeżyć, ale potrzebna byłaby powtórka, aby rzetelniej go ocenić.

0,5l bottle from Edeka store in München, drinking it on 17/07/2021 BB 01.2022 Pours hazy light brown - dark amber with lots of off-white foam on top. Aroma of wheat and malt, some cloves, caramel, cinnamon, kind of warm, pleasantly fruity with banana notes. Taste is pleasant and not too much sweet but neither too sour with good wheat, malt and fruit notes, baked banana, cloves, light caramel, slightly more warm than the regular Paulaner Weiss but light at 5.3% abv. Still very drinkable and a bit less sweet. Light body and slightly watery, moderate carbonation. Very nice and highly drinkable, a bit different from the regular weiss but as good and enjoyable.
Bottle from Redland Stores, Bristol. Deep brown in colour, with a billowy, off-white, head and lots of carbonation. Full aroma of bubble gum, brown sugar, with a touch of banana and clove. Flavour had had ripe grains, more banana, a spicy edge and some caramel sweetness, leading to a gentle finish. Enjoyable drinking.
Ambré légère (un poil trop) se boit très bien du coup
Un grand ami et non moins grand spécialiste en bière m'indiquait récemment que les Bock se rapprochaient des doubles belges. Il faudrait que je creuse quelque peu le style des Dunkeweizen car cette Paulaner pourrait très bien s'apparenter au style. Style compliqué d'ailleurs pour lequel il est peu aisé d'obtenir de grandes bières et je ne tombe pas ici sur un grand succès. Pourtant la complexité est bien au rendez-vous, mais des dissonances sur l'alliance, et surtout un manque criant de vivacité de l'alcool et une corpulence pas au rendez-vous en font une bière très moyenne. Le visuel est également loin d'être exceptionnel sur un brun noisette, trouble et sans mousse. Le nez laisse pour sa part interrogatif. Celui-ci est pourtant complexe mais sur une alliance pas totalement heureuse avec caramel, pain noir, banane, noisette, écorce d'orange, anis étoilé et girofle. A la dégustation on découvre une bière manquant nettement de vivacité et de nervosité, et ce dès l'attaque. L'alcool n'arrive pas, du haut de ses 5,3% à enlever l'ensemble. Côté arôme on retrouve ceux présents au nez avec, cette attaque une petite touche plastique peu à propos. La deuxième bouche a un peu plus de présence en bouche, mais toujours sans nervosité. L'arrière bouche est un peu plus douce, comme le final qui est de surcroît court. Pas détonnant.

Klasyka, pachnie bardzo dobrze. W aromacie banan, lekko karmel i skórka od chleba. W smaku lekkie, gładkie, średnio nagazowane, ciało pełne, goryczka niska, lekką słodycz.

Old rating from 2013 - 500ml bottle, pours brown with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of plum, toffee, spice, clove, cinnamon, banana, grain & yeast. Medium body. Dry light bitter finish
Lager oscura bávara. Espuma abundante que desparece dejando una fina capa. Marrón oscuro. Gusto equilibrado ligeramente dulce. Malta. Retrogusto algo refrescante. Menos duce que la weiss. Buena.
500ml bottle. Hazy, chestnut colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, sweet-ish, wheaty malty aroma, notes of clove, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, baked apple, baked banana, some hoppy hints of mandarine, minimally nutty, even chocolately, malty background. Taste is yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, sweet-ish and minimally nutty, wheaty malty, diluted hints of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, a touch of baked apple, baked banana, leafy and minimally citrusy hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine, a lemon dash.
Watery texture, rather indifferent, in the finish minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation.

W aromacie żelazo, banany, karmel, biszkopt, raczej zwiewny.
Świetne w ustach, pełne, ale lekkie, karmelowe, owocowe, lekko kwaskowe na końcu, bez goryczki. Wysycenie solidne, ale nie szampańskie. Świetne piwo.
