2.5Draught in a clay jug at zum Drosselmuller, Rudesheim am Rhein, Hesse, Germany. Brown with beige head. This proved to be really quite sweet and carbonated, thin and grainy with a light metallic note. Not great unfortunately.

3.40.5 l bottle. Pours deep brown with beige head. Nose is sweet grains, chocolate and faint fruits. So is the taste with short sweet finish, light body and soft carbo.
3.8First had this in Berlin and was startled how easily it went down. Nothing to perturb you from tearing through these before you realise what's happened.
Strong aroma not really matched by a strong taste. Not too malty, light bodied and a thinner texture than I expected making it a great drink for a session.

2.5From tap. Dark amber color with small head. Weak aroma, taste of dark malt without any particular notes. Surprisingly fresh for its kind.
3.4Glass in Berliner Treffpunkt. Dark with an off white head that fades quickly. Aroma of malts and chocolate. The taste is mildly sweet, with a faint bitter undertone. Lots of malt. The aftertaste is much like the first sip,but with touches of grain.
3.2Soft, creamy, sweet chocolate in the right places. Very German and very dunkel. Flavours held a hard chill very well.
3.5500 ml bottle at Chopin Airport, Warsaw. Pours hazy brown with a small beige head. Very nice hefeweizen aroma, banana and cloves, with a hint of chocolate. Taste is banana, cloves and cacao, with an acidic finish. High carbonation, medium-bodied. Good, pleasant to drink beer.
2.6Butelka z Rajchu. Kolor ciemny, od brązowego do rubinowego. Piana na 2 cm, osadzająca się, kremowa, z dużymi bąbelkami. Aromat słodkiej coli, nie powala. W smaku... mocny, przypalony cukier, anyż, słodycz. Niezbyt mi to podeszło.
3.1Clear ruby brown body, medium white head. Aroma of pils malt, caramel malt, toffee. Flavours of pils malt, caramel, light astraingence. Short malty toffee finish.
3.2On tap at ’Salvator’. Clear, dark brownish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Faint, sweetish-malty, slightly roasty and a little grassy aroma of caramel, nuts and some straw. Sweetish, malty, slightly roasty and a little grassy-spicy taste of caramel, nuts, some chocolate and hints of straw, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little roasty finish. Medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
3.3500ml bottle. Crystal clear, reddish chestnut colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Slightly chocolately, dark malty aroma, hints of dark and milk chocolate, a touch of toffee, truffle, hazelnut, cautious fruity hoppy overtones with hints of cherry and red berries. Taste is minimally sweet, toasty dark malty with a nuttily touch, hints of malt lozenge, dry, hoppy, minimally strawy overtones; smooth, soft, silky palate.
2.7Bottle, 0.5l. Clear amber pour with two finger creamy beige head. Average retention and lacing. A bit weak on the nose, malty and grainy with subtle caramel notes. Slightly herbal.
Medium body, softly carbonated. Average carbonation. Moderately sweet taste with subtle tartness. Aroma of caramel, toffee, herbs. Grainy. Touch of citrus fruit, very subtle. Slight metal acidity in the finish.
Overall, ok. Average dunkel.
3.3Belle robe sombre brune tirant vers le rouge. Bon parfum malté évoquant le pain noir allemand. Un très bon corps malté relevé d’infimes notes fruitées et piquantes, le sucre roux est présent ce qui amène beaucoup de rondeur.
3.1On tap at Maximilian, Zagreb. Clear brown/amber color with small white head. Malt and nut aroma. Light sweet taste. Quite drinkable and light beer.
3.4Barwa coli, jasno beżowa piana, drobna i gęsta. Dosyć szubko opada ale ładnie oblepia szkło. Aromat typowy dla gatunku nie powala intensywnością. W smaku karmel, kawa, czekolada. Wszystko poprawnie. Przyzwoity Dunkel.
3.9Bottle. Reddish brown. Nice head that fades away rather quickly. Aroma of roasted malts and earthy hops. Damp basement. Taste is malts, chocolate, some nuts and caramel. A little touch of hoppy bitterness. Heavy sweet finish. Balanced and warming. Medium carbonation. A very nice Dunkel.
3.3Pours dark brown with medium off-white head. Aroma is caramel, raisin, roasted bread, toffee, something sourish. Taste is caramel, toast, some metal, raisin, fruits, toasted bread. Nice beer!
3.4500 ml bottle in Mae Kasa, Thailand. Pours a reddish brown with a one finger head. Aroma not too pronounced but there’s roasted malts and caramel. Taste is sweet, malty. Quite dry. Medium carbonation. A pleasant dunkel.
