Pas de quoi faire une fête de la bière avec cette Original Munchner Hell qui est une lager ni sans grand intérêt, ni sans grand équilibre. Le visuel est sur un joli blond parfaitement limpide avec une fine effervescence moyennement soutenue et une mousse blanche disparaissant rapidement. Le nez est sur un mélange blé, pomme, citron et foin peu emballant. A l'attaque l'acidité est bien trop marquée avec des arômes de blé, pomme de terre et citron peu exceptionnels. La deuxième bouche est dans la lignée avec une présence qui reste toutefois honorable. Le final est plus quelconque voire sans intérêt. L'arrière bouche est même un peu aigre. Quant au final, court et sans intérêt. Pas terrible.

Classica lager bavarese dal colore giallo dorato limpido e la schiuma bianca ed abbondante. Il profumo è delicato: maltato e floreale. Il gusto è inizialmente amaro ma molto gradevole, ben bilanciato tra malti e luppoli: in bocca si avvertono sentori di cereali e miele nel finale secco. Corpo leggero che la rende molto beverina e delicata al palato, leggermente frizzante.
(Can, 0.5 l, from a supermarket, 20220812) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A clean and nice brew with grassy notes.
Un vrai régal. L’amertume est bien présente mais ce n’est que mieux. Parfait !
Small bottle at Vietnamese restaurant near Viktualienmarkt. Pretty uninspiring, mass produced lager with a decent amount of hops. But the bitterness was pretty unpleasant, maybe bad storage or just reduced production/ingredients quality from back in the day.

Clear golden with a big white head. Malty grassy aroma. Sweet taset with a mild bitter finish. This beer has everything I love in a German beer: it's affordable, comes in large sizes, it's malty and very quaffable.

Dla mnie turbosztos. Megaprzyjemna goryczka która przykrywa slodowosc, dość mało nagazowane, nic nie drapie w przelyk, całość sprawia wrażenie bardzo wycofanej i zarazem dopasowanej. Jeden z lepszych jasnych jakie piłem.

Surprised I have. It had this.. a dry lager. Full malt flavor. Some hop character but not as much as the pils. Easy to drink
Clear golden color with a two-finger high white foam. Quite light body, fizzy carbonation, small traces of lacing. Aroma of malts, hay, bread, biscuits, some grains and grassy hops. Mildly sweet and malty taste, that follows aroma. Simple, light and drinkable.
Antrunk frisch, sogar leicht spritzig. Dann weich und vollmundig. Malzig geht's dann Richtung Gaumen wo sich dann eine zarte Hopfenspur hinabzieht. Rundum süffig - ein feines Bier!

Disclaimer: This beer I reviewed nearly expire and I remember taste for a long long time but I don't write it.
I drank this beer 3-4 times also in draft version but I don't reviewed it then this is a good time for write about it.
This can nearly expire but cold and it's ok to drink. Tasting is medium bitter, a little bit spicy, earthy from hops. Malt tastes like bread or sweet disappear a lots from fresh version (also draft version) but still ok. Clean body and watery also high carbonate more than fresh or draft version.
It's still ok for drinking and having some enjoyable.
Absolutely one of my mainstays. Crisp, flavorful, smooth, and refreshing. Really cheap in my area (central Maine) under $9 for a 4 pack of 16.9oz cans. I didn't think my score would be as high as it is, but I went over everything a few times, and that's where it sits. Great beer at a great price. I wouldn't change a thing about it.
Spunkier than Rocky 4 and smells much nicer. Enjoyed with a stick of rock from Ron's Tat Shop on Blackpool front.
