3.7Bottle sent by Paulaner for my comment, along with the "current" Oktoberfest for comparison. A nice amber color in the glass, with a slightly off-white head. Smell has some caramel roast malt to it, perhaps a note of sweetness. The taste is malty, of course, with a little grain to it. Not as strong with Noble hops, but general bitterness and spice. I see that alongside of Hallertauer hop, they have a new varietal, Herkules, a probably more bitter offspring of Hallertau. This is the beer to have with hearty German food, whether at an Okotberfest tent or grilling at home.
4.0Nice off white head with good retention. Bready, malty aroma. Amber in color. Great biscuity make flavor. A well balanced, slightly hoppy bitterness. Very refreshing and drinkable. Excellent classic oktoberfest beer!
3.6Pours a clear coppery brown with an off white head. Moderate aroma of malts and fall spices. Thin body. Crisp with taste of fall spices and light malts and a hint of caramel. Not too sweet nor overly spicy. Light and refreshing.Flavors don't linger for long. Enjoyable
3.7Copper color with a floral and bready aroma. Taste is sweet caramel, toasted bread, wood, with floral, mild hop finish. Overall well done.
2.8Straw color with a white head. Typical Oktoberfest lager. Nice lacing in the glass. Aroma of hops with some honey overtones. One liter stein pour. Nothing special but very drinkable.
3.4# 1986; 5/2020. Grainy and malty aroma. Yellow-gold body. Fresh, malty, quite sweet, honey. Good Märzen. 0,5 l, plastic bottle, multitap bar, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).
3.5Malty. Abit of toffee. Some biscuit. Little bready. Thin and clean. It's alright
3.8Bottle. Amber / gold pour with an off-white head. Aroma and taste of malt, fruit, and caramel.
2.8Tap at Drink Bar. Clear amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramelly, malty, sweet, dried fruity. Taste is sweet, malty, buttery, caramelly. Medium body, average carbonation. Okish, but I have had better beers
3.2A liter at a time, every 30 minutes or so, gets you feeling good.

OANS! ZWOA! DREI! G'SUFFA!
3.7Malty with a carmely flavor. There's a biscuity vibe as others have stated and maybe nutty. The mouth feel is thin, but truthfully I don't care because this pleasant to drink. When I think of Octoberfest, this is the beer I think they would be serving. One can just enjoy the atmosphere of the festival with your friends and family. This has a fruit vibe going on, maybe like cherries or something like that. It's interesting. It may sound weird, but it's got a fruit cake-like flavor. I think it's decent. Not favorite from Paulaner, but I like it.
3.9Nice hops slight malt
4.1Dark amber pour with thin lace. Brown sugar and crackling oat nose. Sweet caramel and hop flavor. Sweet nutty palate
3.9Grabbed sixer from grocer surprised never had prior. Bright clear copper coloration. Nose is biscuits and light fruit. Tastes of toast, nutty, caramel, malt, some peppery notes, hint of honey and fruit. Tasty stuff not sure if changes year to year but I like it.
4.0Una rossa leggera, poco gassata. C’è la nota amara, che arriva dopo la nota dolce. Molto interessante, una bella scoperta.
2.4Nice
4.0An amber beer style. This full bodied beer with its rich malt flavor, dark toffee note and underlying fruitiness has a masterful hop balance.
4.8Quite possibly my favorite beer of all time
2.7Tap at Drink Baar, Tallinn. Color is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, biscuits, some grain, some bread and malts. Some honeyish sweetness.
4.3Very solid Oktoberfest. One of best in large tasting.
3.7Sono un amante di questa tipologia di birre. Corposa al punto giusto, gradazione alcolica perfetta (5,8%). Sapore ottimo. Gran birra
3.3Amber brown, small tan head. Sweet malt aroma. Slightly sticky mouthfeel. Sweet malt, some dry not bitter hop balance. Pretty good, some better ones are around.
3.7At Frankford Hall, dark golden color with a medium head. Notes are caramel malt, dark fruit, pepper, grass, cracker, and nuts. Earthy and not overly sweet for the style but the body is a little light for the style. Still a decent Marzen
2.9Feels and taste kinda thin for a German style marzen. The malt is nutty but falls flat at the end giving a mild club soda feel. Drinkable but nothing special. Made for many many stein of drink
3.9Taste: Crisp, caramel malt, semi sweet, very gentle hops, with a clean finish. Bready malty nose. Deep amber hue, clear, delicate head some ringed lace. Medium body.
3.5Backlog. Fresh baked bread aromas with light caramel and faint herbal notes. Caramel, bread and honey on the palate with light peppery bitterness.
3.5From backlog. On draft at Armbrustschütsen zelt, München. Golden with little white head. Malts, hops, Sweet.
3.5Light, nutty brown color with a thin, quick dissipating head. Caramel, malty smell. Taste is moderately sweet. Nice caramel taste with a little bit of bitterness. Low carbonation, but it stays medium bodied.
3.711.2oz bottle. Not sure how I've never rated this one but here we go. Filtered copper body, thin white head. Full bodied and bready. Really well brewed, Rather straightfoward, classic example of the style. Mild faint amber malt notes perhaps, munich malt. Not a lot of hop character, just a mild balance. Good.
3.7Pours clear golden with full, white head. Aroma caramel and Munich hops. Taste is sweet caramel and raisin, warming to herbs and light floral hops. Finish is smooth malt. A decent Marzen.
