Kiwanda Cream Ale celebrates Cape Kiwanda, the starting point of the stunning Three Capes Scenic Route and the birthplace of Pelican Brewing Company. Inspired by one of America's traditional 19th-century beer styles, Kiwanda has a golden color, floral aroma, refreshing body and a clean, snappy finish. Whether enjoyed with your toes in the sand at our oceanfront brewpub or in your own backyard, Kiwanda Cream Ale is proof that light colored beer can be both refreshing and inspiring.

3.6Pours rather unclear blonde, small white head with medium low stability. Smell is med-low in intensity. Sweet, malty. Taste is refreshing, crisp, malty, stronger in flavor than a lager, but similar in taste. bit malty sweetness. Mild bitterness. Lower side of carbo. Pretty solid. No real aftertaste, accept for a minor lingering maltyness.
3.522 oz bottle pours a mostly clear gold with a thin off-white head. Aroma is of leaves, grass, hay, popcorn. Flavor is very light, some citrus tangerine flower hops, malt, toffee. Mouth is creamy light and buttery. Refreshing but very light on flavor.
3.1Kiwanda is that rare Cream Ale that is extremely approachable but doesn't feel gimmicky. Pale straw color. The aroma could almost fool you into thinking this is a light pale ale given the citrusy hop notes. This beer's body is light to the point of being watery, but it is refreshing and the flavor has a pleasantly sweet creaminess without being cloying. It wouldn't be a go-to for me, but I could drink it again.
2.8Small fast dissipating head
Light aroma
Clear yellow tint
Fresh wheaty taste with light effervescence.
2.9Tap @ Bakgården Både &. Slightly unclear golden body with a small, lacing white head. Weak aroma of grain, yeast and hint of popcorn. 2.2Pours a bright, clear gold with lots of rapidly dissipating white foam. Nose is mostly malt with something vaguely floral. Taste is malt dominant. I can’t really pick up of anything else. Medium bodied with light carbonation. I can’t really pick up any of the cream. Frankly this tastes and feels like a really boring lager.
