4.25/3/19 (Chicago): $2.63 plus tax 16 oz can purchased 4/18/19 from Beer on the Wall (Park Ridge), can marked best by 8/22/19, poured into a tulip glass. Light golden pour, puffy bubble white head lasts long, leaves generous lacing. Very heavy carbonation flows well after the pour. Nice aroma, banana, grass, bread, floral. Taste mirrors aroma, bread, banana and grass predominant, pear noted as well. Light texture, carbonation holds well throughout, dry, easy crisp clean drinking. Overall very good pour, looking forward to more of these!
3.7Really flowery noise to it and a sweetness to the back end of it. Pours a light golden slightly hazy.
3.6Slightly hazy yellow gold pour. Classic Belgian saision, rustic spicy yeast on the nose and palate. Overpowers the chamomile a bit, but it's there too. Nice.
3.7Barwa złota, piana bujna, trwała, obficie zdobi szkło.
Aromat średnio intesnywny, nuty przyprawowe i kwiatowe.
W smaku lekka owocowa słodycz, rumianek wyraźniejszy, finisz cierpki, orzeźwiające.
3.6Draft at Torst. Thanks to Brenda. Mellow, dry saison with noticable elderberry flowers. Very nice
3.51/2/19. On tap at Freedom Brothers. Golden pour, hint of orange, under a rocky white head that sticks. Floral aroma, hint of funk, Saison spice. Doughy flavor, floral chamomile flavor, touch of funk and tart, spice. Not my favorite from Perennial, but not bad.
3.7Pint can. Spicy saison yeast aroma with notes of banana, chamomile and vanilla. Pours pale golden colored with a thin white head that has little retention or lacing. Starts with banana and chamomile flavors. Finishes dry and quite smooth with spicy saison yeast and vanilla flavors. Pretty nice saison.
3.5My Bottom Line:
Flowers and green herbs grace this otherwise sweetish Saison, as vanilla spiciness seems to slow down the refreshing properties.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the murky beige.
-Mouthfeel is effervescent, but a tad too rich for my tastes in the style.
-Floral notes are quite pleasant, especially in the aroma.
-Drinkability is moderate.
Bottle.
3.1Poofy white head atop an amber-copper body. Very clovey nose, with some chalky mineral quality to it. The body is a watery, diffuse cloviness with just feint yeast character. Some chalkyness on the finish. Rather one-dimensional.
3.8Nagy, hófehér, örökké tartó hab, borostyán szín. Gabonás, fűszeres, enyhén kamillás illat. Gabonás, fűszeres, kamillás ízvilág. Könnyű, enyhén szénsavas, alig keserű. Könnyen iható, finom, frissítő sör.
3.5Can, from Malt & Mold. Pours slightly cloudy rich yellow/orange, dense foamy off-white head, earthy vanilla aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter earthy taste, thin body, medium finish. I did not get the chamomile.
3.5Pint can, Wine Warehouse. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Aroma is yeast, banana, chamomile, bubblegum. Flavor is slightly sweet banana, chamomile tea, yeast, light spice. Slightly sour mid-back end. Good.

3.5Hazy orange with a white fluffy head. Aroma is wheat, vanilla and pepper. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and very light sour.
3.4Smells of Belgian yeast and not much else. Cloudy orange with a white head. Tastes very light with an adjunct which must be chamomile flowers; I never thought I would know what those taste like. Good zesty palate. This is a very safe flagship from Perennial. Not my favorite of theirs but I do like it.
3.7on tap at Interstate Drafthouse in Fishtown - clear golden color. Belgian and saison aromas. Pretty good Belgian flavor.
4.116floz can, COD: 03.06.2018, $10/four-pack, tulip glass. It's hazy, straw colored, and has a frothy white head. Aromas consist of hay, and flowery herbs. The medium-bodied palate has a smooth flavor profile of base grains, chamomile, and tame Belgian yeast funk. A delicate saison that offers versatility.
3.3Taster at Interstate. Very light, subdued. Mellow, light fruity flavors, grainy notes. Tasty, but extremely light, so focus. The flavor is in there.
3.1Bottle 75 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. Dry, spicy nose combined with some yeast and phenols. Light body. heavily yeasty, phenollic, slightly tart - very chalky and minerally with floral hops. The tartness is a bit annoying. 050318

3.5A golden beer, a head is big and blond. Aroma has earthyness, fruitness, some sourness and flowers. Taste has flowers, chamomile, fruitness, sourness, even some perfume in the end. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Fresh and floral.
3.3Bottle from Beer Republic. Clear golden color, medium bubbly head. Aroma of slight tart fruit like lemon and citrus, bit chamomile flowers and slight spicy yeast. Not much funk or bubblegum in the nose. Bit sweet and tart taste, soft zure matjes, dry and spicy. Bit high on carbonation, big bubbles, as I already expected from the type of foam. Ok, but lacks a bit of balance.
4.0I can't believe it's taken me this long to write this review. On draft at Hop Cat, but typically had at the brewery. Aroma is yeasty and slightly floral. Pours slightly opaque golden with small bubbly head. Moderate body with moderate fizziness. Taste is slightly wheaty with mild apricot esters, finishes dry with an almost champagne like finish. Refreshing and crisp with lots of subtle flavor.
3.7Bottle. Rather clear golden color with nice white head. Aroma is chamomille-flowery, dough, fresh yeasts, nicely balanced. Taste is dough, chamomille-flowery, very flowery. Medium carbonation. Very nice and super-balanced, and quite unexpected that this is only 5%.
3.2Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, perfume, and straw. The flavor is malt, spices, chamomille, straw, and malt, leading to a biter finish.
3.9Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a beautiful, soapy white head that lingers. Classic saison yeasty nose with pear blossom, honey & young white peach. Good carbonation, light well-balanced. Faint floral notes. Everything I like in a saison with the adjunct sitting way back in the background. Excellent.
4.1Flight on tap at Roots. Pours hazy peach with a thin head. Grapefruits and currant nose, clean with citrus and spice hints. Great for a hot summer day.
