3.9 750ml bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Rome). Nera, densa, impenetrabile, schiuma medio-leggera color cappuccino, non molto persistente. Al naso intensissime note di caffè, cioccolato amaro, liquirizia, leggero terroso, legnoso. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, con chiusura amara decisa a bilanciare, molto caffettosa. Corpo pieno, carbonazione media. Impressionante per profondità, ma non perfetta.
3.7 Bottle from Mike. Dark brown with thin mocha head that fades completely. Coffee, chocolate, molasses, booze, mild carbonation and strong body, sweeet but not overwhelming, some anise, burnt vanilla bean, interesting.
3.5 Near black, tan head. Roasty coffee. Sweet, slightly acidic. This was pretty good for me but not great. Too much acidity from the coffee. Draft at Owens Ordinary in Rockvillle, MD.

3.9 Butelka 2018. Piana znika szybciutko. W aromacie mocno i intensywnie, przede wszystkim kawowo, dalej palone słody, trochę gorzka czekolada, ale to daleko w tle. W smaku słodkawe, dalej mocno kawowo-palone, konkret pełnia. Alkohol profesjonalnie schowany. Dobre, intensywnie kawowe, lubię takie klimaty.

4.3 Black. Brown head, one finger, short retention. Difficult to see the carbonation through the darkness. Creamy texture, unctuous; you'll need a spoon. Aroma is lots of amazing coffee, chocolate, molasses, dried fruits. Taste is lots and lots of amazing coffee with notes of dried fruits, chocolate, molasses, sugar, maple. Sweet in mouth with soft bitterness at the end. Hints of acidity in mouth, from the coffee I suppose. Dry aftertaste, with notes of cofee and ash. Alcohol amazingly integrated. It's a shame that I had to share this. I would like a whole bottle, because I would drink this everyday, till my death. Complex and superb beer.
