Pietra Colomba Blanche

A white wheat beer unfiltered, on lees and cloudy in appearance. It forms its unique aroma from selective herbs found in the Maquis of Corsica.

Ingredients: Water, Barley Malt, Wheat, Hops, Yeast, Mixed Herbs.

2.7 Blond foncé, nuances orangées, très trouble. Mousse moyenne mais éphémère. Nez douceâtre et herbacé. En bouche, attaque herbeuse indéterminée (sûrement la myrte), suivie d'une bouche de froment, de pain, légèrement acidulée. En fin de bouche subsiste une légère amertume (houblon et/ou herbes?) et les arômes herbeux. Original, pas dégueulasse.

3.0 Opaque, fruitée, mousse onctueuse. Mélange intéressant d'épices pour l'aromatiser. Originale.

3.5 De Hopt. En copa Teku. Ordenando biblioteca de Steam. Wit correcta, quizás levemente más especiada de la cuenta pero tampoco estropea la experiencia

2.4 Une bière très trouble, bonde foncée, presque orangée, quasi sans mousse. En bouche elle laisse des notes d'herbes et de foin. Originale mais pas tellement à mon gout.

2.9 Bottle. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is herbal, spices. Mostly sage and cloves. Some yeast. Taste is herbal - sage. Wheat in taste. Slightly sweet. Moderate carbonation. Drinkable, but nothing special.

2.4 17/12/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from a trade with jerre. Cloudy light yellow, big white head. Nose is low wheat, banana, sweetness. Taste is wheat, low lemon, some banana, sweet. Strange one.

2.7 EIn Bier aus Korsika aus einer Zeit, als noch nicht an jeder Ecke eine Craftbeer-Schänke war. Daher war ich positiv überrascht, als ich es ca 2015 in einem Shop für französische Produkte in Korneuburg fand. Ein malziges Blanche mit leichten Geschmack und einem Touch Maroni und Kräutern. Kann man trinken -ist den Aufwand aber nicht wert.

3.0 07.07.2018 -- 0.33l bottle from leclerc in strasbourg rivetoile, 1.75€, bb 03.2020. pours a hazy pale orange with a dense frothy head. aroma of cardamom, cloves, citrus, green tea. flavour of cardamom again, honey, grain, vegetables, spices. medium bitter finish, fluffy mouthfeel.

2.7 Trübes gelb, schaum is Ok, im Geruch würzig etwas seifig, im Geschmack leider etwas flach würzig etwas citrus etwas Hefe, gefällt mir nicht so sehr

3.4 33cl bottle - nose is as hard to identify as La Fin du Monde ir other Unibroue beers. Cracker, toast and bread with light citrus peel. Comparable to a witbier with less fruitiness.

T: malty, wheat, herbal-fruity, aroma is not good but taste with herbal tones ok for me, bit spicy, bit mint, medium body and higher carbonation, 0,5l can from E-Leclerc supermarket in Pierry, France.

2.7 Prakticky tady přidávám tento komentář, jen aby tady něco bylo, protože zpětně dopisuji 900 piv z mého seznamu a asi bych se musel u toho zbláznit.

3.0 Bue à Marseille, blanche assez trouble, un peu acide, bien appréciée.

3.0 Cloudy yellow beer with some white head. Aroma is malty and some spices. Taste is sweet and little sour. Quite mild beer, no bitterness. Aftertaste is soft, low carbonation. Overall quite ok beer to drink, refreshing.

2.4 Piwo barwy złotej, mętne z drobnopęcherzykową pianą, która zbyt szybko opada pozostawiając małą obrączkę na szkle. Aromat cytrynowy, lekko słodowy. W smaku kwaskowe, cytrynowe, wytrawne, goryczka znikoma. Niezbyt dobre odczucia na podniebieniu, apteczne nuty, słabe.

2.9 Piwo koloru żółtego, mętne. W smaku lekko wytrawne, lekko kwaskowate, trochę cytrusów i przypraw. Aromat mało wyrazisty

3.0 Questa birra è davvero molto particolare. Io ho trovato che le erbe aromatiche si sentono troppo, non la trovo molto facile da bere. Però molto probabilmente questa sua caratteristica le permette di essere super apprezzata da una nicchia di persone. Quindi una birra che si discosta molto dalla massa.
