Dry and floral, with the beautiful aroma of fresh hops and a sublime maltiness from gently roasted barley.

3.6Clear amber color with a velvety head. Pine and juniper aroma. Pleasantly bitter flavor. Pretty good.
3.3Pretty good. Amber color pine and floral notes old school maybe English? From the source.
2.3Tap at Pike. Minor floral, some earth, very unbalanced and astringent. Not good.
3.2On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a medium sized white head. Soft citrus, a bit of dusty malt. Medium bodied, soft citrus, a bit of malt. Dusty and dry, malt, toast. Slow bitterness.
3.0Beer that focuses on balance rather than hop assertiveness. Grassy, a little citrus, a little pine. Tried with Josh at the brewery in 2016.
3.612 oz bottle. Aroma is malty-sweet earth. Nice taste of cascade hops, just right bitterness, lingering aftertaste. A bit too much in places but overall a solid IPA that is above average.
3.8Brownish bronze, cloudy with yellowish head. Mild aroma of old orange. Caramel, orange with strong orangy, grapefruit bitterness in the aftertaste. High in carbon.
3.612 ounce bottle poured to wine glass
Appearance: Deep orange, clear, small head, almost no lacing
Aroma: slight smell of hops
Taste: Balance bitterness, but can improve on follow through
Palate:Slightly creamy
Overall: Good beer, but not something to look forward to. aftertaste can be improve
3.6The Aroma has a malty side for an IPA. There is an brown/orange appearance. A balance between bitter and sweet. the texture is pretty thin with a good amount of carbonation. As a Seattlite this beer is from a well known brewery that has a location at the Pike Place Market hence the name. It is a good seattle beer and I wouldn’t be reluctant to order a pint when available.
2.8Very old school style IPA. All malt here. Pours dark amber with decent head and lacing. Light tangy finish, some light citrus. Lots of mash malt vibe in aftertaste. Tap sampled at Alaska Lodge at SEATAC.
3.6Draft at Bigfoot at SEA. Pours a cloudy copper color with a decent, white head. Not much of an aroma. Some hops Thick, hoppy flavor with a little citrus in the background. Dry finish. Decent IPA.
3.1IPA.
あまりホッピーではなく、香ばしい感じがちょっとある
2.9Bottle - Literally brewed in the same market as the place we bought it from, Local colors. A cloudy Amber color with a minimal head. A pronounced dry hop flavor. Nothing special, a decent representation of this style of beer.
3.8Orange pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is citrus hops and light caramel malt notes. Flavor is semi sweet malt start with a good citrus bitter finish. Medium body with good carbonation. BL
2.7On June 25, 2015. At Pike Pub & Brewery in Seattle, Washington.
Listed at 62 IBU.
Hazy deep golden to copper color, white head. Slight butterscotch, caremel, bitter, herbal taste. Bitter, floral stems aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Fruity, floral, hoppy scent.
3.0Appearance: clear pale amber with a fat finger of light tan head, good retention and moderate patchy lacing. (3/5) Aroma: pine, caramel/toffee malt, light citrus, light diacetyl. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderately strong bitter. (6/10) Palate: medium slightly oily body, moderate carbonation, lingering bitter finish. (3/5)
A fairly pedestrian A/IPA. Yes, it’s bitter, and there’s a fairly good balance between the mildly dark malt and the slightly dank bitterness. But the hops don’t have a lot of character other than bitterness - no real brightness or pop. It definitely tastes every inch the 60 IBU the bottle claims - but it isn’t very interesting in the process. (12/20)
3.5On tap at 12th Man. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of bread and toffee with a bit of resinous pine coming through. Flavor is more balanced with pine and sweet bread with a touch of toffee underlying.
4.3Where the spirit really shines is its flavor and body. Flavor is very malty , some Toffee, a bit of roast, lots of bitter. Body is just right. Appearance isn’t bad with a clear amber copper color and loads of lace.
3.8Tastes of floral and hints of spruce. The appearance is orange red and hazy. The head is minimal. The taste is medium bitter. This beer is medium bodied, with a slick texture and a average carbonation. The finish is long . Overall this beer is pretty average with few distinct characteristics.
3.4Clean, straight forward IPA. Bottle consumption with limited quality notes. I will revisit when I've had a proper glass.
3.2On tap. Cloudy amber red. White head. Floral aroma. Caramel and roasted malts. Good floral pine finish.
4.2Draught at World Beer Museum, Yokohama. Clear amber with large off-white head. Orangey citrus, orange peel aroma with underlying maltiness. Similar in the taste plus lovely hoppy bitterness. Excellent.
3.1Bottle pour. Hazy golden brown with an off white creamy head. Aroma is citrus, floral, and light caramel. Thick medium body. Bitter and slightly salty taste.
2.9Pretty straight forward IPA. Some citrus, lots of hops and a hint of floral. A bit heavy on the bitterness but otherwise just another IPA.
3.1[3/3/15] Draught at Dungeness Bay Seafood House in Seattle-Tacoma airport. Clear reddish amber. Aroma of malt, slightly caramelly, piney and citric hops and a buttery note. Sweetish malt flavor with some caramel, a mild buttery touch, a bit of toast, citric and piney hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. A bit buttery but still OK.
3.6Fairly large off-white head. Somewhat dark Amber color.
Aroma - hops dominate with pine and citrus aromas. Light malt presence also with bread aromas.
Slightly oil and creame textures; a long bitter finish. Average sweetness.
Overall a pretty good IPA with good hop flavors, but with a bit of mild bready malt balance.
2.6This does not strike me as a beer that was brewed to a terribly high standard. It’s pretty bland for an IPA to be honest. It’s clear yellow orange color with a head of medium bubbles. It smells of minerals and pine needles. It’s dry and slightly watery w/ medium carbonation. I got this on draft but it somehow seems a little skunky or perhaps the hop variety was just a little bit catty. Finish is fairly bitter but not too harsh. This isn’t at all terrible or anything but drinkable is the most superlative compliment I can pay to it.
3.6Tap at Pike Brewing, Seattle. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, crispiness, some grape, hops and malts.
2.7Bottle. Pours amber orange with an off white head. Toffee sweet malts, light floral and earthy hops, and light bitterness. Blech.
3.2Draft sampler, golden Amber little head, good lacing. Aroma malt, spruce and fruit. Taste spruce and lychee, some pineapple, hops bitter finish. Palate smooth, carbonation good.
