3.0 0,5l Flasche vom Dens. Strohgelb und klar. Hoher Schaum. Grasig und etwas süsslicher Duft. Herb-süsslicher Geschmack. Geschnittenes Gras, Hopfen.
3.3 A German style pilsener with a twist. Dry, crisp an slightly bitter, as a pilsener should be. Then a hoptwist introduces a citrus taste, similar to IPA (but not as strong fortunately). Let the summer begin.
2.9 Small, bubbling and quick fading white head over a clear golden body. Aroma is sulfur and grassy. Taste is grassy, a bit metallic. Medium mineral and grassy finish. Medium body, average carbonation, thin texture. Nice pils, if the head was better it would have easily been a 3.2
3.5 Clear golden, small head, aroma is malt grain, taste is the same, bitter, light sweet
3.5 A pretty decent Pilsner and hey, it’s organic, so it’s healthy right? Yeast finish
2.8 Bottle at Strandslag 10. I think courtesy of Puttetjes leaving this behind in my fridge. Thanks! Clear pale golden with white head. Sweet malts, buttery and light spiced and vegetal. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
3.1 Bottle at Symbiose. Clear golden with white head. Quite grainy, bready, soft pills malts, light yeast, orange, a bit of apricot and grass. Just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Decent pils.
3.0 Für ein Pils ok und auch nicht zu bitter.
3.5 Bottle shared at Al's. pours a lightly hazy orange golden with large head. Nose and flavor of Honey and sweet malt, German pils smell, florals, and toast. Probably too old but I can drink it purely based on the fact that its organic. Cheers.
3.1 A soft fruity aroma. The small white creamy head has a short duration, the body is cloudy and orange. A fruity and light bitter taste. The body is medium strong and oily with a normal carbonation.
2.9 20th Jan 2018, 500ml (Ur-Pils) at my daughters in California. Slight haze to the light gold/straw coloured body, snow white head that soon dissipated to a wisp and thin collar. Grainy nose, taste also leaning towards a grainy, semi sweet brew. Hoped for more to be honest.

2.9 16.9floz bottle (500ml), no date, $3, pint glass. Appears a pale, neon-yellowish gold color with a small amount of head. Wet hay aroma, and flavor is similar. Overall, this is a fair simple pils.
3.3 This is one good Pils, fresh, tasty, with a lovely bitterness, well-crafted
2.5 500 ml bottle. Hazy yellow pour with a white head and good retention. Good lacing. Slick and flat mouthfeel. Lightly bitter and slightly sour flavor. Good for an organic, but a sub-par pils.
3.8 From old tasting notes. Deep Amber gold color with a big rocky white head. Refreshing floral hop aroma. Delicious dry hop flavor with a brisk malty character. Long dry finish and aftertaste. Very good.
3.6 Ar: Cracker and dough, with fresh hay; slight sweetness; lean noble hop aroma, with accents of herbal and dried flower. Ap: Straw gold and crystal clear; medium white head with moderate-low retention, leaving a thin cap of bubbles and a few larger suds. T: Fresh doughy malt followed fast by burst of herbal hops; medium bitterness, fairly clean; moss and a slight amount of sulfur; crisp, clean finish with hints of black pepper and saltines. P: Medium-light body, steely; high carbonation with a very dry finish. O: Very tasty German pils; the hop and malt characters are very austere and lean, yet still full and flavorful; clean fermentation, crisp to drink, with great noble hop character.
3.0 Bottle. Clear pale yellow. Decent head. Aroma is grassy and noble hoppy. Taste is grassy, grainy and hoppy. Medium carbonation. Easy drinking but could do with more bitterness. Decent German Pils. That’s it.
3.1 10-03-17 Hamburg, 33 cl bottle, bb 08.2017. A white good foam layer on a clear yellow beer. Smell is somewhat malty and sweet. Taste starts a little sweet wth some yellow fruityness. There is an upcoming hopbitter, which becomes a little dry. A reasonable pilsener but not a topper.
2.9 A bottle from the so-called ’Pinkus German Restaurant’ on Keelung Road, drunk at home. Aroma: faintly hoppy. Appearance: slightly opaque, light amber, minimal head. Palate: medium body, rather thin. Quite lively carbonation, recognisably hoppy finish. Taste: lightly bitter: this is superior to the locally available lagers, but unremarkable by European standards.
3.0 .5L bottle from grocery store. Pours a light gold. Slightly hazy. Aroma of noble hops, some cracker. Flabby mouthfeel. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Flavor of mediocre German sized cock. EU centric. Not fufulling. Light, lager, pepper. Meh.
2.8 Aroma: Slight aroma of malts, yeast, grain and hops. Appearance: Hazy yellow/golden beer with a slight/medium white head. Taste/Palate: Starts slightly/medium sweet with malts and yeast; ends slightly dry with grain and hops. Overall: This beer is rather intense and balanced, but lacks complexity. Refreshing Pilsener that is not artificial at all, but lacks a lot of flavour at the same time. A great basis for its style, but could have been improved upon easily with a strong hop flavour.
2.8 Interesting despite averageness. Aromatic hops does the job really well. Worth trying once.
3.3 Bottle from Ekoplaza supermarket Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 09.07.2016. Pour it clear golden color with medium white head. Aroma nice grainy feel. Taste of bread, malty feel, nice pleasant easy drinkable beer, finish pinch of bitter German hops. Really surprised with this one actually. Nice one!
2.8 Aroma; sweet malts, floral hops, meadow, caramel. Look; pale yellow golden about clear body, pearl white head. Taste; lemon, hops, grass, pale malts, floury malts - in finish balanced, sweet to herbal. Feel; normal. Overall; nice pils. [50cl. swingtop-btl 5.0% BB.09.12.2016]
3.4 Bottle from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is light grass, hay, cereal, mild skunk. Taste is sweet grass with some slight medicinal / lozenge hoppiness. Clean but uninteresting.
3.1 500 ml bottle. BB 01/2017. From a trade with Erzengel. Danke schön! Slightly cloudy straw yellow color with a tiny white head. Dry grainy and hay malt, mild grassy hops and some hints of sourness in the aroma. The flavor is grassy bitterness, some rubbery notes, dry maltiness, hay and grainy dryness. Not bad. A thirst-quencher.
2.7 500ml bottle. Crisp grain aroma. Pours a cloudy golden colour with small white head. Crisp grain and bread flavour with some metallic notes. Thin to medium body. Bitter grain finish.
