3.533 cl, bottled. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma: Sweet, malt. Toffee. Taste: Medium sweet, malty. Citrus, sour. Hints of salts. Malty flavours. Palate: Medium body, balanced. Plesant toastiness in the end. Good.
3.9I have purchased this bottle from Amstein, St-Légier. Drinking and enjoying it, two days ago, at home, Epalinges. The body is orange/brown and clear with an average carbonation, white foam. For me, this beer is good, aromatic and subtle, well balanced for the style. The taste is sour but it is find, lactose, salty, spicy, coriander, herbal, dry cereal, discreet hop, a bit fruity at some moment of the taste.

Zbożowe, lekko kwaśne, lekko ziołowe, lekko słone, daje to trochę efekt picia wody morskiej. W smaku wyczuwalnie karmelowe. Lekkie, ale nie wodniste.

P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish.
O- Solid gose. Perhaps a tad acidic. Might get some heartburn off this one. Drank really easy.

3.3Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, melon, salt, dust and yeast. Pours clear amber brown color with totally diminishing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy, citrusy and yeasty, follows by wine, tannins and coriander, mouthfeel is dry with mild salty finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Merry gose...

The looks of the beer are very nice. The beer has a nice dark golden colour, with almost a golden honey colour. The beer is crystal clear and has quite a nice glow. I like the looks of it. On top of the beer there is quite a nice layer of slightly greyish brown soft foam. Foam retention is average. It leaves a nice soft drape on top of the beer. I like the looks of it though.
The aroma of the beer is nice. It is an interesting beer style. The malts give some nice grainy notes. Not too grainy. Hops give a zesty note. There are nice aromas of yeast and maybe sourness from lactobacillus? They give a fresh sour note, with fruity notes as well. Very nice indeed. There is also that nice salty sea aroma. I like it.
The taste of the beer is nice too. Nice sourness from the yeast. Also that nice saltiness reminding of the see. Bitterness form the hops and sweet malts give the beer a very good balanced flavour profile. I really like the beer.
The palate of the beer is nice. Medium body, smooth, medium-low carbonation. The finish is nice. It is nice and dry, with the nice acidity of the wild yeast and the salty notes. Great beer style.
3.3Bière à la graine de coriandre et au sel rose de l'Himalaya... Je peine à apprécier le sel dans la bière... une mauvaise expérience avec une anglo-normande brassée à l'eau de mer me tient éloigné de cette hérésie... pourtant, il y a ici un petit goût de reviens-y!

3.5Aromat przyjemny, cytrus, słone. W smaku lekko słodkie, soli nie czuć. Bardzo pijalne.
3.1Data do 16.05.20. Wygląd, od początku tworzy się wysoka średnio pęcherzykowa piana zapowiadająca przegazowanie, szybko opada do obrączki. Barwa bursztynowa, zupełnie klarowne. Aromat, czuć mocno kwas z lakto, trochę kolendry i leciutko słono-ziołowy zapach - całkiem przyjemnie. W smaku, mocno kwaśne i słone. Kolendry praktycznie nie da się wyczuć. Wysycenie zdecydowanie wysokie. Dosyć wodniste.

Ovo mi je najbolji Gose do sada..
Već na aromi mi se svidjelo , koja je malo neobična... nekakva mješavina voća , i oni kažu korijandera , koji je tako smiksan dobio miris , barem meni , bliže , recimo malini....ali u svakom slučaju lijep miris...
Tijelo je solidno sladno popunjeno..
Okus je naravno kiselkast , naginje prema suhom , ali je i voćkast..
Gaziranost je prava "gemišterska" ;)
Meni je ovo jako fino leglo uz pršut i zreli ovčiji sir :)
