3.8 330ml Bottle - Black with a tan head. Blackcurrant, roasted malt and some vinous notes in the aroma. Fruity, roasted and slightly spicy taste with blackcurrant, plain chocolate, cloves and coffee detected. Complex and rich, yet relatively easy to drink. The finish is sweet but not cloyingly so.
3.8 330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10.5%. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate and blackcurrants. Sweet and roasty flavour, with malts, coffee, chocolate, molasses and blackcurrants. Warming mouthfeel.
3.8 Couleur bien sombre qui augure du liquoreux. Mousse inexistante. Sympa sympa.
3.8 Couleur noire, bonne mousse beige cremeuse.

4.2 Tasted on draft. Thick, viscous appearance with minimal head an lacing. Aroma of chocolate and fruitness. Taste starts with a tart cherry, leading into a deep, chocolate finish. Aftertaste is smooth and slightly boozy. Wonderful sipping beer to enjoy with a light schedule.
4.0 Tap na One More Beer Festival.
3.7 Tap (One More Beer Festival 2017, Kraków). Piana średnioobfita, beżowa, drobnopęcherzykowa, redukuje się do warstwy, koronkowanie przeciętne. Barwa brunatna. Aromat intensywny, mega czekoladowy, lekka kawa, nuty czarnej porzeczki. Goryczka średnia. W smaku lekko kwaśne, czarna porzeczka, gorzka czekolada, paloność. Pełnia średnia, nasycenie średnie minus.
3.7 Draught @ One More Beer Festival. Black, no head. Roasty, little peated, malty, earthy, dark fruits with little sour twist at the end.
3.2 Próbka wypita na One More Beer Festival. Spoko nic ponadto.
3.9 Barwa brunatna, piana średnia. Aromat kawy, czekolady, karmelu i coś kwaśnego. W smaku kawowe, czekoladowe, porzeczkowe. Pifko mega słodkie. Alko niewyczuwalne. Świetne pifko.
3.6 Bottle. Nose is cassis, chocolate, and soy sauce. Sweet and fruity, cassis, chocolate, soy sauce. Reasonably drinkable from the bottle. The keg was a sweet soy mess.
3.7 Bottled. Small sample. The aroma has roast, black currants, vanilla. Black coloured beer with a thin, tan head. The taste is moderate sweet with chocolate, vanilla, cassis fruits indeed, roast. Full & quite smooth. Nice one.
3.8 Pitch black. full body. Blueberry aroma. Some sourness. Taste is slightly sour blueberry. Warming up gets more varied flavours. Prefer the ’original’ Öö.
3.4 Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks zviSG. Black/ dark brown. Creme de cassis, a little bit of alcohol and sherry in the nose with berries, sweet and wood, with sour notes and somewhat umami. Umami taste with some teriyaki sauce. Medium body, too fizzy, cassis finish.
3.7 Bottle - Dark chocolate and cocoa with a touch of dark fruit. Jet dark brown with a light brown head. Dark roast, toasty notes and the dark fruit. Black currents add to the nice dark fruity note but don’t dominate and are well balanced and in the background. Solid.
3.2 Small brown head doesn’t last. Opaque black body. Tried flashlight on cell phone: no difference. Earthy fruity toasty aroma with mealy chocolatey notes. Dry-sweet blackberry and roasted malts taste with chocolatey earthy wine grape notes. Very concentrated. Full-bodied. Sharpish, mealy, slightly hot mouthfeel. Intense blackberry and chocolate aftertaste with earthy roasty notes. I don’t know. Without the blackberry it could have been great. (0.33l bottle, from wine monopoly somewhere.)
4.1 Black with thin dark head. The blackcurrants are noticeable in the aroma and fairly dominant in the flavour. Combined with the roasted malt bitterness it’s a very nice taste. Low carbonation. Thick and lucious. The blackcurrants linger in the aftertaste nicely.
3.6 Decent porter - nothing extraordinary apart from light acidity from black currant, but nothing wrong with it either.
